Born and raised in Kansas City, Joe moved to the Pacific NW in 2015. They have enough on their hands at home with a son born January 2020 and an energetic Labrador-Spaniel mix, but Joe always has the energy to lend a helping hand to customers. In their spare time, they enjoy listening to audio books about history and distant places and exploring the region they've grown to love so much.

Joe I. came out on a Saturday to help us with our garage door. He gave us an arrival window of between 8am - 10 am and arrived shortly after 8. He identified the problem with the and had it fixed in an hour. I would definitely recommend him if you need help with your garage door!

Super impressed with the level of service provided by Joe and Precision! I used the online chat feature to schedule my appt which was so convenient; nice to not have to make a phone call! I was able to get in same day, and he even called to see if he could come earlier as he had finished his previous job ahead of schedule. He repaired my garage door within an hour, was courteous and professional, explained what it needed and how it worked, and went over various options for repairs. I will definitely call Precision for any future garage door needs and won’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Simply the BEST. On a weekend and the old garage door bites the dust! Precision Door came to our rescue ready to solve the problem. Joe was at our door just an hour after we reached out to them for assistance and he was ready to handle our garage door opener issue immediately. We have used Precision in the past and Joe was our technician then as well. Today’s visit was somewhat more involved but he handled everything in a very timely and professional manner, start to finish. The new Liftmaster Wall Mounted opener is a significant update to our garage door system was obviously the best choice for our home. I would most highly recommend Precision Door and our technician Joe when you need expert service delivered on time at a very competitive price.

Our garage door spring snapped on a Saturday afternoon. I called our home warranty company who referred me to a company that could not come out to fix it for a week! I don’t know why I didn’t call Precision from the get-go; we’ve used them before and have always been happy with their service. Joe was out the next day! Not only did he do the repair, but contacted his manager to research our account to find that we had gotten our springs through them years ago so the warranty covered it! We only had to pay for the service call, half of what a service call with our home warranty would have cost! Don’t even go anywhere else… these guys are the best!

Our spring broke around 7pm on Friday night. We called around 7:30 am Saturday and Joe was at our house by 10:30am. He was friendly and knowledgeable. He gave us 3 options and we ended up going with not only new springs but also a new opener as we had been talking about replacing ours since it was 18 years old. Joe helped get all the remotes and keyless pad programmed plus showed me how to control it from my phone. He did a great job, was quick, thorough and efficient. We would absolutely recommend Precision and Joe.
