Joe from Precision Garage Door was friendly and able to efficiently diagnose and fix my garage door tracks that were bent and squeaky. He provided options for different repairs and was able to bend the tracks back into place - and replaced the old rollers. All the options were reasonably priced and the end result was what we were looking for - no more squeaky door! Would definitely recommend.

Precision installed our beautiful sleek modern garage door and garage door opener in May 2024. Had an issue with door partially closing and then going up again. Couldn't program a new remote for my LiftMaster garage door opener installed in 2000. Called Precision because they were the dealer for LiftMaster. Joe arrived 90 minutes later. Trouble shot the opener and gave me a couple options. I choose to replace the opener. Joe had one on his truck and had it installed in 90 Minutes. Joe did a great job. Expensive but done right. I am very impressed with how smooth and effortless this whole situation ended up being. Having my garage door spring snap in half and trapping my car in the garage seemed like a headache. I was recommended to call Precision from a friend. They where available on the weekend when I was home from work, and had all the parts to replace my old system! What a pleasant experience to unfortunate event. I upgraded my old 2004 system to a brand new lift master. Now that's the way to run a business! I had a broken spring and could not raise my door. Googled to find a service and was lucky to call Precision. The technician, Joe, came to house and noticed the springs were previously installed by Precision. I knew I had them replaced about ten or so years ago, but couldn't recall, or find the paperwork. Joe made a couple phone calls and they found the information (installed 12 years ago) and instead of a several hundred dollar repair (which I was ready to pay) only charged me the well under $100 for the service call as the springs were warranted. I've now posted their business card right next to my opener. Will definitely call them again, or refer them to anyone that asks me. Thank you Joe!

Our double car garage door was malfunctioning and not opening all the way. I left an internet appointment message on the Precision Garage Door Service site and was contacted later the same day. I explained the issue and agreed to have a technician come out the following day between 0600 and 1000. The next morning we were contacted via phone by technician Joe Igla who gave us an arrival time of 0830. He arrived on time and did a thorough examination of the door and identified the issue promptly. He supplied me with several estimates based on what needed to be done and the age of the door. He was very thorough in explaining everything to me and discussing the pros and cons of each estimate. I chose the one that best suited our current needs and Joe went to work. Within two hours, a very aggravating situation had been professionally fixed. Joe was very professional, on time, knowledgable and gave thorough no pressure estimates. I would definitely recommend Precision Door Service and especially Joe Igla if you need garage door work done in the Camas/Washougal Area.
