A broken garage door on a Saturday afternoon...I thought I'd have to wait until Monday but with one call, I had an appointment for a repair tech to be out within 1-2 hours. Hunter was on time, polite, professional and he did a great job. I most appreciate that Precision was open on a Saturday, your fast response and that Hunter was able to complete the repair in one trip. Great service, a fair price and a very nice repair tech who resolved the problem. Thank you!

This is the 2nd house that we needed to replace the door, opener, keypad and remotes. The estimator is very professional, well prepared and provided all options and quickly answered all my questions. The installation appointment was very soon, and the installer was very efficient. I missing component was quickly delivered to the house, barely affecting the installation time. Outstanding customer service. Very good product. Never a question on who to call for service.

I got in touch with Precision via their chat option on the website. That worked really well for me. I liked that they let me know up front that the whole spring unit would have to be replaced based on the model. That is what I suspected after researching on the internet. I originally called because my door opener appeared to be causing the electrical breaker to flip. Precision door sent out Mr. Luke Dials and we found the problem was actually another item plugged into the same circuit. Mr. Dials inspected the entire installation which is over 30 years old. He recommended changing out the fraying cables and plastic rollers. Best of all he installed a key system that allows me to open the garage when the power is out! The price was fair and included a AARP deduction of 10%. I am very happy.

Wow. What great service. Your two guys, Paul & Bo came earlier than schedule, found the source that was obstructing my door from going up and down . We called late Friday night, and Nick came to fix our broken garage door spring Saturday afternoon. Nick was knowledgeable, personable, and prepared to make the repair. He worked quickly and kept us totally informed about what he found, what he needed to do, and what the expected outcome would be. When he finished repairing the spring he took the time to help us program a new garage door opener. We couldn’t’t be happier and will use this company again.

Nick, the service tech, did an incredible job. He explained all the work to be completed, gave me a rough estimate of the amount of time and answered all questions that I had. Hunter was terrific. He efficiently diagnosed the problem with my garage door which had stopped opening - a failed motor (20 years old). He was able to install the new motor, sensors, wall switch, and chain rail right away. He explained all elements and was very respectful and helpful in answering my questions.

Our garage door opener quit working in the early AM. Joe came out the same day, right on time, fixed the door in about an hour. I thought it would take a lot longer since it seemed like a pretty big repair/parts replacement, but he was quick and efficient. The door works better than it has since it was installed!
