I discovered a broken spring on my garage door in the morning and had both cars in the garage. I was unable to lift the door even after disengaging the drive motor. I was really in a bind and was hoping that nothing happened that would require me needing to use a vehicle. I figured it would take a couple of days to get the springs replaced. When I called Precision Door Service, the lady asked me if that same day between noon and 2p.m. would be alright. You bet was my answer. The two technicians did a quick but thorough replacement and thanked me for being a repeat customer.

Paul & Gary Very professional & helped me to understand my issues with my key pads. Changed out the LED lights back to incandescent because LED LIGHT Bulbs interferes with connecting to my key pads as well. I had no idea ???? light bulbs could be a problem. A new key pad and wire repair & reprogramming my remote & I am a happy customer!!!

I've used Precision in the past and was very happy with their service. They also have excellent ratings on Angies List. I called to set up a service appointment for a broken garage door. I was happily able to get an appointment the same day. I received a phone call when they were on their way. The two techs were very professional and pleasant. They inspected the door and determined the issues. They were very clear with the issues and gave me choices as to the level of service that I would like. The charge seemed appropriate for the parts that were replaced and the time that it took. I will definitely use them again in the future for any other issues and I will highly recommend them to others.

Travis was great. He went through all the options for repairing the door that just happen to break today. The spring broke, cable started to fray. One cable came off. I chose the option that fit the door and my needs at the moment. Learned a lot that I feel realtors should tell home owners, especially first time home owner as myself. Travis was efficient and fixed it fast. (Showed me too where it needs to be lubricated, I had no idea.)

We found Precision on Angie's List. Based on the reviews we saw, I called them at 8 a.m., and Joe was there by 1:30. He was done by 3:30, replacing our broken springs and lifting bracket. He was friendly and knew his stuff. We were very pleased.

A real review from a real customer. Used Pricision this Saturday, a garage door spring broke and we could not get our cars out. Trapped. Called and a technician arrived at the house about 2 hours later, we felt that was pretty responsive for an emergency call. Travis our technician was very professional and really knew his stuff. He even got us a discount on a part which saved us quite a bit of money. He went beyond the expectation to make sure we were satisfied with the repair. I highly recommend this company.

5 Stars! Showed up on time, investigated all parts of door and then advised on a plan. They only fixed what was broken, but gave a heads up for possible future areas to watch. I have had them come out a few times for repairs the past and the technicians are kind and knowledgeable. Will call them again. Excellent! (Also enjoyed the tech's dog, very sweet!)

Luke did a great job all the way around on this service call. We have a 3-car garage with two doors and we called because the double door wasn't working correctly. Luke cleared that problem up quickly and explained what he had done. I asked about replacing an aging, noisy garage door opener for the single door. Luke explained the options, including pricing, then performed a fast and efficient installation of the replacement GDO. After finishing, he explained all the features of the new GDO and how to work them. He also walked me through setting up the keypad and even programmed the car remote. I couldn't ask for better service.

Great repair work...as usual. Joe came on time to replace our double door bottom rubber seal. He not only replaced the seal in a timely manner, but checked our other door seal, lubricated all of the hinges and springs and adjusted the closing settings. You guys are the best!!! We bought a top level garage door from you a few years back and requested a maintenance service call. Your technician, Hunter, was amazing!! He serviced the door and was very knowledgeable and extremely courteous. My old door opener was starting to get very noisy and was probably at the end of it's life cycle. Hunter advised us that it may last awhile or may go at any time and he advised us of our options on new openers. There was no pressure from him at all to buy and he answered all our questions and gave us several options if we decided to replace the opener. His professionalism was very impressive and reflected your company very well. As such, we decided to go with the best and had him install a new opener. As I say, You folks are the best out there!!!
