The spring broke on a Saturday night at 10 pm got online and found precision door service said open on Sunday and let me make a appointment on Sunday morning and they had Colby Diaz come out and looked at it gave me a quote to have fixed he was great to show me things about it and how to properly care for the whole system and was pleasent to chat with did a great job and for being on a Sunday and with a short notice to get someone out to fix was pleased with them would recommend them as well as Colby to anyone

I paid well over $700.00 for the repairs. I added up the cost of parts which Came to less than $100.00. the tech. Was there for barely 2 hours. This adds up to being charged over $ 300.00 per hour for labor. This is highway robbery. You have people at their mercy and highly abused this. I am going to submit a formal complaint to the better business bureau and advise anyone to not use you. Don't see how you sleep well at night

Luke Dials is awesome. This is the third time he has done work for me. He replaced springs, weatherstripping, rollers, wheels, etc. on my current garage door. His work is spot on. He is super friendly. I will only have Luke do my work. I am very satisfied with him and Precision Garage Door. Highly recommend Luke and the company!

Price i felt was great considering it was on a Sunday and 12 hours after the garage door was broken no complaints thank you

Samuel came out to our house and did so in double quick time. He was very knowledgeable, provided all available options, outlined the pros and cons of each, and allowed us to make a decision free of any pressure. He provided information on how to perform appropriate maintenance and was friendly throughout. I’ll use Precision again and will ask specifically for Samuel. Excellent customer experience.

From the start of when the salesperson came to the house, to the installation of the garage door, the service was fantastic. I could not have asked for better service from Precision Door. Eric the salesperson, was very helpful, he was not pushy or trying to do high pressure selling. He explain in detail what I was asking about, the differences, the cost, etc. He arrived on time checked out the problem I was having with the door, very informative in regards to differences in garage doors. he thoroughly covered the cost and we set an appointment for the door to be installed. William was the installer, he was very proficient, on time explained what he would be doing and checked the existing door. He was very polite, courteous, worked very efficiently..after the installed door was complete he explained things in regards to the remotes, the motor unit. He removed the old door and swept out the garage area where he had been working--fantastic job. He too was on time and finished in a timely manner. If anyone asked if I would recommend Precision Garage Door, I most certainly would.. From the first phone call to have someone come out and give me an estimate to the complete install they were all great.

I was very impressed with the quality of service. Prices seemed very reasonable. My garage door motor worked but the door guides and rollers were binding and stopping part way up. I called on a Thursday. They were available the next day but I scheduled for Saturday. Beau the technician was great. Very friendly, professional, fast, showed up on time and seemed to know his stuff. He told me my options but didn’t try to hard sell me. I paid for a tune up and new rollers. Seems to be working well now. No binding and much quieter. I’m happy! I would definitely recommend Precision Door Sefvice.

Robert Ruffin arrived early in the time window for my repair. The original problem with my garage door opener resolved itself overnight. However, I had him do an overall assessment of the condition of my 2006 era door & found a significant amount of wear & tear. He provided me three options for repair work. I chose one & he efficiently performed all the requested work. I had no other quotes to know if this was a competitive price but now I am able to use the door without concern of failure for then next 10 years. Peace of mind & ease of the repair were worth the price.

I called on Friday night after 5 pm & booked an appointment window from 8-10 am on Saturday morning. The original problem had self resolved by the time he arrived. Robert Ruffin provided an assessment of the condition of my 2006 era door & supporting hardware. I approved the estimate & he repaired all worn-out items & provided me a 10 year warranty. The process was easy & completed timely. Robert was informative, polite & completed the work with professionalism.

He explained my options, From the initial consultation to installation was only a week and one-half. The technician who did the installation was wonderful. I’m so pleased. My LiftMaster garage door opener finally stopped working after 20 years! I contacted Precision Door, a representative for LiftMaster and requested a new opener. I chose to drive out to the company, in Tualatin, Oregon to save some money and both employees at the company made sure that I left with the correct opener! Both employees were very friendly and professional.

These guys know how to run a business, and create happy customers at the same time. We had Precision visit a few years back to replace a broken spring, and were pleased with that result. Realizing our 30 something year old garage door needed the weather stripping replaced, I gave them a call yesterday. They had a tech on site within an hour. Hayden called to let me know he was a half hour away and showed up spot on. It was only a minor challenge, to get the right weather stripping fit to a door that old, but Hayden made short work of it. It’s hard to find a reliable service provider these days, as we learned recently with another home project. I wish all service providers could be as pleasant and reliable as Precision. Start to finish, their entire team is stellar in my book.

I requested tuneup and maintenance on my 2018 double garage door. Joe arrived and told me my door was in good shape. He asked if I would like new springs installed, as they were 7 years old. He told me they were good now, and it was my decision. I chose to have new springs installed. I purchased a new remote to replace one of my 30-year old remotes. Joe is very personable and did a great job. I was impressed by the service I received.
