My technician, Marco Gray, did an extraordinary job installing my garage door. He was very organized in his setup and clearly experienced in his execution.

Mike Roeter

Easy scheduling. Next day service. Chuck called and asked if he could come out a little early (nice). About an hour to replace a blown spring. That includes a quick run down from Chuck on today's work and some down the road options. My top option for garage door work.

Ricky Egger

Jeffrey was great. Super knowledgeable and wanted to provide the best solution for me. Appreciate his flexibility in working with me and how quickly he was able to achieve the work we discussed!

Jeffery showed up on time and looked over what needed to be done. He took about 15mins to look at both garage doors and show me three different proposals and price and asked me what proposals I would like to go with. Proposal was very thorough and I chose the one I wanted. Jeffery went over everything that would be done on the proposal I chose and got started on the Job. When job was done he showed me everything that was done and showed me that all is working. Was very happy with all work done and will recommend Precision door to anyone I know if they need garage door work done. Jeffery really knows what he is doing and I really appreciate that.

My garage door openers had stopped working, even when I replaced a battery so I knew I needed to call someone. I had remembered advertisements for Precision door and gave them a call. They were able to get me an appointment with a technician within a couple hours. He was pleasant and very knowledgeable. It turned out that my unit was 30 years old and had "died". He installed a new one, replaced the rollers on my door and showed me how to use the app on my phone. I am VERY pleased.

Right from the beginning to the end of replacing my two garage doors, everything was ordered and installed in the time frame they provided. The estimator was always available when needed and when I changed my mind and had the automatic door openers installed instead of locks, not a problem.
