A friend recommended Precision. When I called after 7:00 PM, I was greeted in a courteous way. I called back to get clarification and was greeted again with respect. The repairman arrived the next day and quickly helped explain how the door actually operated and gave some reasons why the problem happened including some ways to fix it correctly.
