Robert Ruffin arrived early in the time window for my repair. The original problem with my garage door opener resolved itself overnight. However, I had him do an overall assessment of the condition of my 2006 era door & found a significant amount of wear & tear. He provided me three options for repair work. I chose one & he efficiently performed all the requested work. I had no other quotes to know if this was a competitive price but now I am able to use the door without concern of failure for then next 10 years. Peace of mind & ease of the repair were worth the price.

I called on Friday night after 5 pm & booked an appointment window from 8-10 am on Saturday morning. The original problem had self resolved by the time he arrived. Robert Ruffin provided an assessment of the condition of my 2006 era door & supporting hardware. I approved the estimate & he repaired all worn-out items & provided me a 10 year warranty. The process was easy & completed timely. Robert was informative, polite & completed the work with professionalism.

My old garage door wasn’t working, so I requested a consultation. Precision promptly scheduled an appointment with a technician. He explained my options, From the initial consultation to installation was only a week and one-half. The technician who did the installation was wonderful. I’m so pleased. The new door is beautiful and adds a lot of curb appeal. Here are before and after photos. The new door has decorative windows across the top.

My LiftMaster garage door opener finally stopped working after 20 years! I contacted Precision Door, a representative for LiftMaster and requested a new opener. I chose to drive out to the company, in Tualatin, Oregon to save some money and both employees at the company made sure that I left with the correct opener! Both employees were very friendly and professional.

These guys know how to run a business, and create happy customers at the same time. We had Precision visit a few years back to replace a broken spring, and were pleased with that result. Realizing our 30 something year old garage door needed the weather stripping replaced, I gave them a call yesterday. They had a tech on site within an hour. Hayden called to let me know he was a half hour away and showed up spot on. It was only a minor challenge, to get the right weather stripping fit to a door that old, but Hayden made short work of it. It’s hard to find a reliable service provider these days, as we learned recently with another home project. I wish all service providers could be as pleasant and reliable as Precision. Start to finish, their entire team is stellar in my book.

I requested tuneup and maintenance on my 2018 double garage door. Joe arrived and told me my door was in good shape. He asked if I would like new springs installed, as they were 7 years old. He told me they were good now, and it was my decision. I chose to have new springs installed. I purchased a new remote to replace one of my 30-year old remotes. Joe is very personable and did a great job. I was impressed by the service I received.

Wow, new garage door installed without hassles!! ... CJ & his counter part were very professional, explained everything, and very friendly. Completed on time and cleaned up everything. Even pointed out a defect in a panel and said they'll be back to fix it!! ... Most others would just leave it and pray the customer doesn't notice it ... Want it done right, call these people ...

Absolutely great experience!! Our garage door spring broke at about 1:00pm, I called Precision and they had a tech here within 30 minutes. Service tech Robert Ruffin did a complete safety check of our 30÷ year old garage door and generated quotes for various services he could perform. He had all necessary parts to do the job and I trusted his opinion, was not pushy, was well-mannered when discussing options with my wife and me, and very meticulous in his work. Completed all service in about 2.5 hours and replaced all major parts I wanted. He also adjusted the door opener and lubed needed surfaces. Precision had a technician to my home the same day that I contacted them. The technician laid out three options for me to consider. Once I selected the work to be done he went about the task of not only repairing the garage door but making it better than it was originally. Jackson was our service technician. He was able to come earlier than scheduled. He was very gregarious and nowadays to find a service provider with good customer skills is becoming rare. He got to work quickly, explained everything after his inspection. He discovered issues with the garage door that we were unaware of, which explained the problems with the garage door. The job site was left clean, we were shown how to use the new equipment and were shown what was replaced. We are very pleased with the work and worker. All moving parts of the garage door system were replaced.

I was very impressed with the quality of service. Prices seemed very reasonable. My garage door motor worked but the door guides and rollers were binding and stopping part way up. I called on a Thursday. They were available the next day but I scheduled for Saturday. Beau the technician was great. Very friendly, professional, fast, showed up on time and seemed to know his stuff. He told me my options but didn’t try to hard sell me. I paid for a tune up and new rollers. Seems to be working well now. No binding and much quieter. I’m happy! I would definitely recommend Precision Door Sefvice.
