Very professional tech knew what he is doing. Went through a 25 point exam (might be wrong wording)and tested everything. He did recommend a new battery since it was close to expo date. Rather be safe than sorry. Would definitely recommend and use again

Mike Connely your service tech did a repair at my neighbor's a couple of weeks ago. I had all ready decided I was going to replace my garage doors and was going to start the process soon. I saw his truck and went over and ask if he could take all little time to talk to me following his service call. I was impressed with his demeanor and information, so ultimately decided to have Precision do the replacement. I received and accepted the estimate today.

I went to take my trash out, hit the opener and heard a pop. Door opened up, but when closing had a major failure. Called Precision and they came out the same afternoon. Andrew arrived earlier than quoted. After a quick inspection, he noted what failed and why. Turns out that the previous owner did this on the cheap. Everything now fixed and working as it should be. A friend recommended Precision. When I called after 7:00 PM, I was greeted in a courteous way. I called back to get clarification and was greeted again with respect. The repairman arrived the next day and quickly helped explain how the door actually operated and gave some reasons why the problem happened including some ways to fix it correctly. Some good preventive service was recommended and I accepted.
