Super prompt and professional service. I had this company install a door two years ago and concrete contractor damaged the sensor in one side of the door. Precision came it and fixed it the same day and for a very reasonable price. These guys are great. You won’t be disappointed..

We had a hinge that popped out from the garage door and causing the door not closing. I submitted a service request from the Precision website and they came by first thing Monday morning. Colby did a fantastic job explaining the issue and making different recommendations. My garage door was not opening and closing right. I called Perscion Garage Door Service. This is my first time using them. Luke Dials arrived within an hour of my initial phone call. He was knowledgeable, professional and easy to communicate with. He diagnosed the issues and installed a quieter opener than what I had! The light in the garage is much brighter that my last opener. We called as an emergency situation on Saturday- cars in the garage and could not open auto or manual. Customer service responded with tech available in few hours. Within two hours the the tech text that he was on the way. Reviewed options/ cost for repairing (was very detailed and clear as to options) that could be completed in approximately two hours. Tech completed and reviewed what he did. Everything worked perfect. Would call this company again and recommend them.

Spring broke on my 20+ year old garage door. Contacted Precision Garage Door Service and setup a next day service. Service Technician Joe Igla responded inspected the garage door and related hardware, and within an hour had the springs/bearings replaced. Joe didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need, was very professional and friendly. The repair cost was reasonable and now my garage door is working like new. Three year warranty is an added plus. Very happy with the entire experience.

Excellent service. Same day service for a garage door that had many issues. The springs, rollers, sensors, and even the motor were in need of replacement. Brian was very informative: told me all the issues that he saw that were creating my garage door problems. He showed me how all the replaced parts worked and how and where to lube the garage door to prevent future problems. Brian had Nick worked together and were professional, courteous, and efficient. They got all the necessary things that needed to be fixed done.

I was able to call Precision and make a same day appointment. Beau came out, explained the issue I was having, and offered me a clear solution to fix the problem. The receptionist greeted me and was courteous on the phone. We were able to have an appointment 2 hours later. David Teehee was prompt and very courteous. He was professional and the service he performed has alleviated the issue we had experienced, ie; the door was not sealing on our garage floor. He installed a new bottom seal. The price that he charged was very generous. Additionally, he thoroughly checked our door and suggested issues that may need to be addressed in the future.
