Thanks for the quick response. Brandon and Scott showed up to give me an estimate as to what the cost would be to replace my garage door opener. Excellent service! Sean came out to provide an estimate to replace our damaged garage door. Courteous, very knowledgeable, and efficient, he did some measurement, showed some style choices, and gave some recommendations. He stepped out to his car, and 10 min later came back with an estimate. He even stayed to do a quick repair so we can use the door before our new ones arrive. We will be moving ahead with the purchase.

Luke D. He was on time as promised to replace my broken garage door spring. He did a complete inspection of my garage door and recommended replacing the rollers, cables & etc. I agreed to the complete inspection recommendations and I couldn't be more pleased with the results. Wow, such great service and such friendly technicians. I was so surprised how quickly they got someone out to assess and repair. My garage was fully repaired within 4 hours of making the first call. I trust Precision Garage as they have been are go to firm when we moved in 16 yrs ago. Called a few times over the yrs & taken care of nicely. I like there new s/up when u call they then advise you via email who will be the tech & a picture etc. Today the tech helped greatly, after 16 yrs the overhead door system was fried as of yesterday & I knew something was wrong big time. Now I have a new updated garage door system & super pleased all in one day, cost effective & very helpful with a great resolution! Had to be done & promptly! Extremely pleased with Tim Paquin the service tech who replaced our old problematic remotes with new universal remotes. We had two (2) other service techs from competitors that said our garage opener system was too old for new universal remotes. Tim proved the other techs wrong and we now have new remotes that work.
