Spring broke on my 20+ year old garage door. Contacted Precision Garage Door Service and setup a next day service. Service Technician Joe Igla responded inspected the garage door and related hardware, and within an hour had the springs/bearings replaced. Joe didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need, was very professional and friendly. The repair cost was reasonable and now my garage door is working like new. Three year warranty is an added plus. Very happy with the entire experience.

Excellent service. Same day service for a garage door that had many issues. The springs, rollers, sensors, and even the motor were in need of replacement. Brian was very informative: told me all the issues that he saw that were creating my garage door problems. He showed me how all the replaced parts worked and how and where to lube the garage door to prevent future problems. Brian had Nick worked together and were professional, courteous, and efficient. They got all the necessary things that needed to be fixed done.

Had a great experience with Precision Door Service and the Technician Beau June. My garage door needed to be repaired, and these things never happen at a good time. I was able to call Precision and make a same day appointment. Beau came out, explained the issue I was having, and offered me a clear solution to fix the problem. He was very professional, fixed my issue then addressed another issue with my door that could cause very expensive repairs or replacement down the road. Excellent customer service.

The receptionist greeted me and was courteous on the phone. We were able to have an appointment 2 hours later. David Teehee was prompt and very courteous. He was professional and the service he performed has alleviated the issue we had experienced, ie; the door was not sealing on our garage floor. He installed a new bottom seal. The price that he charged was very generous. Additionally, he thoroughly checked our door and suggested issues that may need to be addressed in the future.

Great experience. Their tech, RobertR, arrived within an hour of my call (well within the 2 hour window provided - and on a weekend!) and took the time to not only assess the immediate repair required, but went though a detailed assessment of all other points of the door highlighting where improvements were needed. Given that it had been installed 7 years prior with little regular maintenance (lesson learned) he quickly pulled together a solid estimate and after my agreement, started the work immediately. His completion ETA was spot-on, working into a Saturday evening) and he then took the time to show me proper maintenance techniques to ensure solid performance for years to come. Truly lucky to have found this company (their google reviews helped greatly) that one goes far and beyond to ensure the customer is satisfied. Great job RobertR! Definitely would recommend.

To say I’m impressed with Precision Garage Door is a huge understatement! They helped my parents who have health problems and are on a fixed income. The door needed to be replaced. Cody Moss came out and met with my father, and gifted him with their “Pay it Forward” program which knocked nearly 75% off the cost of the door replacement! They also installed a door opener he received as a gift, but it hadn’t been installed yet. I had to do some repairs to prep the door frame for the install, and Cody, Alvin and Marco came back and Marco quickly got the new door and opener installed within a few days after the repair was complete. I cannot express enough how grateful I am to all those involved in making this possible for my parents. Cody was amazing to work with, and made himself available whenever we had a question or concern. Thank you to Cody, Marco, Alvin and everyone else at Precision Garage Door who made this possible!!
