The technician, David, called to alert us and arrived on time. He was pleasant and knowledgeable. He thoroughly accessed the problem, answered all of my questions, provided several repair options and promptly fixed our garage door. The invoice was completely itemized and easy to understand. Very courteous and capable service. I would certainly recommend them.

I couldn't believe that it only took 4 hours after my call for a technician to arrive and one hour after that, my garage door was fixed. We needed to replace a broken spring, bearings and rollers, and it's as good as new! Ten year warranty on parts (one year on labor) and a 10% senior discount! I have no way of comparing prices, but I'm satisfied.

We had an issue with our new garage door installation. Our garage has low clearance so it was not a typical installation. Our issue was that one of the rollers left the track frequently. The first tech who came out didn't solve the problem. I called in again and they scheduled a senior tech to come take a look. CJ showed up and took a *lot* of time analyzing the problem and got everything squared away. 5 stars for CJ but only 4 overall since there was an initial issue that wasn't resolved with the first follow up. Having said that, I would recommend this company.

Super Great experience today. Door broke today and Precision was able to get here on the same day! Luke and Brandon were awesome, professional, curteous, explained the problems and proceeded to fix them all in the same day with parts available. Our garage door spring snapped on a Saturday afternoon. I called our home warranty company who referred me to a company that could not come out to fix it for a week! I don’t know why I didn’t call Precision from the get-go; we’ve used them before and have always been happy with their service. Joe was out the next day! Not only did he do the repair, but contacted his manager to research our account to find that we had gotten our springs through them years ago so the warranty covered it! We only had to pay for the service call, half of what a service call with our home warranty would have cost! Don’t even go anywhere else… these guys are the best!

This is the second time I’ve had repairs/ maintenance work done on my garage door and I will choose precision again. They answer their phone and schedule appointments right away. The technicians come out will all the gear they need to do the repairs so the work is done when they leave. They show up when they are supposed to and call ahead to let you know they are enroute.
