Tech was great! Very knowledgable and efficient and fixed the problem well. Pricing seems pretty high. No parts were required and it was $199 for 30 mins of labor on top of the service charge. So $400 / hour cost for labor seems high but that is the only negative.

Big shout out to Nick and to Precision Door Service. I cannot thank you enough for repairing our garage door within 12 hours of my call..as well as Nick kindly and patiently answering all of my questions and explaining everything to me in detail. The cost was fair and Nick went over everything with me ahead of time. I will absolutely be a returning customer ... please consider offering a tip line when paying by card. I would have loved to have been able to tip him but I did not have cash on me. I would like the option to be available please and thank you :) see you next year!

My garage door spring broke this morning. I had used Precision before at my previous residence and had been very happy with the service. I called them, and they scheduled an appointment the same day. The technician David P arrived on time, assessed the problem, provided some options and completed the work in 1.5 hours. Very happy with the service and I highly recommend them.

Setting up an non-urgent appointment was easy with good availability, clear pricing, and professional services. Hunter came for diagnostics and came up with an evaluation and proposed solutions in what felt like less than half an hour. He was also equipped to fix the issue right then and there, which only took an additional 1.5 hrs. I appreciated his professionalism and friendliness. I received their info from a friend who did some price shopping, and we both agreed that Precision appeared to have the most seamless system from start to finish. Their pricing and hardware reflect a premium using newer models (consider replacement part availability for years down the line), but if you're looking to properly invest in your home, it's worth it.

My garage door was stuck about a foot off the ground when Jason arrived. Even under the best circumstances the very heavy old wooden door has come down very noisily. For years. Jason spent 2 hours working on it until he corrected the roll perfectly and soundlessly with a new bearing plate. Thank you Jason.

Joe I. came out on a Saturday to help us with our garage door. He gave us an arrival window of between 8am - 10 am and arrived shortly after 8. He identified the problem with the and had it fixed in an hour. I would definitely recommend him if you need help with your garage door!
