After evaluation and recommendation we agreed to a complete overhaul of our system. The process took time and skill. Sam's personal touch was appreciated. Very prompt service response. Booked on line at 2:30 PM and Jackson arrived by 3:30 PM. He explained our options for the repairs needed gave us 4 options. Explained the options thoroughly and then let us decide with no pressure. Told the total cost of all options and how long it would take. We picked the option that was best for our needs. He went to work finishing 2 hours after his arrival. We were very pleased with him and his work. Highly recommend!!

Had Persicion Garage Doors out in 2018. We'll fast forward to last night one of the springs broke so garage wouldn't open. Called persicion and they had Samuel come out on a Saturday at no addition charge. Samuel quickly new what the problem was and got us all fixed up. Its even better then it was! Luke Dials was the representative that came to my house to assess why the garage door made so much noise when opening & closing. He has the right personality and skills: he really listened to the concerns of me as a customer, and to provide the solutions needed. Both are highly valued by me. He did a complete repair (lubricating the door) and then took the time to do a deep dive explanation of all aspects of the door, remotes, keypads, and gave me an explained my job to keep the door 'greased'....now I am better informed and understand what makes the door operate correctly. So far so good, some scheduling issues and communication was great. Friendly and skilled. The only thing I really didn't care for was that the tech put a sticker on my garage wall without asking. I don't mind the sticker just the placement and doing it without consent. I moved it and all good now.

One of two garage door motors failed and we called Precision to replace the motor. Two Brians came out and, after explaining what they would be doing, they went to work. In a shade over 2 hours they replaced the chain drive with a belt drive, installed a new motor to match the other one (which had been replaced 3 years ago), and secured the electric eyes so that they can't get out of alignment. Nice job guys. Very pleased

We had our 3 garage door openers replaced. 28+ years of service and the parts no longer available. Two were Liftmaster. The 3rd was a Genie, 30+ years old. Joe Igla, service technician was very helpful informing us of the options. Ended up replacing all 3 with the Precision's house brand, Marantec, made in Germany. Very quiet, smooth and not all the high tech features we don't need. Joe was there 5 hours, excellent service removal, installation and connection to all 3 vehicles. Call Precision.

Precision responded to our request for help promptly. The service technician,Hayden McEnulty,arrived on time. He was thorough in evaluating our issue.
