Came out on a Sunday when I was locked out of my garage. Very friendly and informative service. Installed a new garage door opener in a couple of hours. Explained the whole system. It was great!

Yes I have an issue with my garage door opener. I call precision and they come over the next morning and took care of it. It was under warranty as well. The issue was fix within 30min. Thank you very much for taking care of your customer so well. I do recommend precision to anyone.

Scott showed up 1/2 an hour ahead of schedule and got everything done in less than an hour. Friendly and honest. He gave me several options and didn’t pressure me to do any unnecessary work. Tim was amazing. He showed up the next day after I called to fix my garage door. He explained what the door needed. Offered several choices at different prices. Called for appointment earlier this morning about my garage door that snapped. Dispatcher provided an estimate & asked me what time I preferred. Repairman Pen was on time & very polite. He inspected everything & explained in detail what he found & cost to fix. Pen did an outstanding job & takes pride in his work.
