This is the second time I used Precision. They were very responsive, thorough in their explanation and options, and incredibly fast with the work. They are friendly, understanding and excellent communicators. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them!

We have worked with Precision Door for several decades now and could not be more pleased with their service. They have a superb staff, and our most recent experience only reinforced that impression. We had an issue with the LED light on our opener, and Service Tech Joe Igla along w/his manager Scott worked with LiftMaster to resolve the issue. Joe is a talented tech, super knowledgeable and willing to think outside the box. We are delighted to give them a 5-star review and highly recommend them!

Luke Dials was the representative that came to my house to assess why the garage door made so much noise when opening & closing. He has the right personality and skills: he really listened to the concerns of me as a customer, and to provide the solutions needed. Both are highly valued by me. He did a complete repair (lubricating the door) and then took the time to do a deep dive explanation of all aspects of the door, remotes, keypads, and gave me an explained my job to keep the door 'greased'....now I am better informed and understand what makes the door operate correctly. So far so good, some scheduling issues and communication was great. Friendly and skilled. The only thing I really didn't care for was that the tech put a sticker on my garage wall without asking. I don't mind the sticker just the placement and doing it without consent. I moved it and all good now.

One of two garage door motors failed and we called Precision to replace the motor. Two Brians came out and, after explaining what they would be doing, they went to work. In a shade over 2 hours they replaced the chain drive with a belt drive, installed a new motor to match the other one (which had been replaced 3 years ago), and secured the electric eyes so that they can't get out of alignment. Nice job guys. Very pleased

We had our 3 garage door openers replaced. 28+ years of service and the parts no longer available. Two were Liftmaster. The 3rd was a Genie, 30+ years old. Joe Igla, service technician was very helpful informing us of the options. Ended up replacing all 3 with the Precision's house brand, Marantec, made in Germany. Very quiet, smooth and not all the high tech features we don't need. Joe was there 5 hours, excellent service removal, installation and connection to all 3 vehicles. Call Precision.

Colby Diaz was the technician that came to our home to help me with a garage door that would not close. Colby was a service person that had all the qualities a person could hope for-courteous, thoughtful, knowledgeable and clear speaking. I am a 77yearold grumpy old man, a technician’s nightmare: somewhat distrustful of service people, lots of questions, worried about getting cheated or taken advantage of, and sure he could of fixed it himself! Colby was the perfect technician for a person like me: Carefully listened to my concerns, politely listened as I reviewed all my failed attempts and MY diagnosis of the problem and then quietly proceeded to explain to me how he would approach diagnosing and solving the problem. He was clear and generous in his explanation and showed me what he was doing. He offered alternatives and made suggestions to reduce the likelihood of the problem recurring. Not only did Colby fix the problem and reduce the likelihood of another occurrence but he renewed my faith in Precision Garage Door and renewed my faith in quality service staff like Colby. Thank you!

I would have left a 5 star review if it were not for the prices. Nicholas and Nick came out to service my garage door and find where the beep was coming from. We looked everywhere because the sound was hard to locate. Finally, despite the opener saying on the outside that there were no internal parts, Nick took the cover off and found a replacement battery. The guys were awesome. The issue is that there are four levels of cost choices that were from $370-1100. The charge for the battery itself to replace was around $200 which I think is excessive based on what I looked up. I chose the lesser cost structure as the garage door has been fine with no issues other than the beep. I am sure that things could be replaced (rollers, etc) but as it works great I was still surprised by having to pay $370 for a battery and maintenance. But, great job, Nicholas and Nick.

We had a spring bracket pull off the wall. Called Precision at 3pm to report the issue and they had a tech out the next morning at 9am. Jackson evaluated the issue, identified the problem and remediated the failure. I strongly recommend Precision for your garage door needs.

Our garage door failed yesterday am…after checking around and reading reviews and trying to check prices on repairs….We called Precision Door about 4:00 pm yesterday….they scheduled a tech for 8am to 10:00 am today…Luke Dials the technician called us at 7:45 said he was going to be here in 15 minutes & was here exactly at 8:00! He did a review and estimate of the repairs needed in about 15 minutes and gave us 3 different options based on our needs and wants… we chose the more extreme of the 3 options….for a very fair price!….he had everything he needed to complete the work and was literally done in just over two hours! The door is working great! I am extremely happy with Precision Door! And the professional work of their company and especially with the technician they sent Luke!
