Update after a second visit: we had the same technician come and help us with a different garage door issue, and again he was amazing and fixed a hard-to-diagnose problem. He was patient, resourceful, and thoughtful. (David! hope it's ok to name him, he was so great. I would give him 10 stars if I could!) First visit: Technician arrived on time; was friendly, personable, and knowledgeable. He communicated clearly and was happy to explain as much as I needed, and answered all of my questions. I feel he honestly explained the benefits and drawbacks of repair vs. replacing. He was able to fix my garage door and got it working better than ever, and all in a very reasonable period of time. I'd be happy to do business with them in the future!

Our technician, David, showed up about five minutes early for our appointment. He Recognize the problem right away, Offered And explained to us three choices To remedy the problem, And got right to work. He not only replaced springs and bearings. He also switched the sensors around so that the sun wouldn’t blind our sensor during the summer. I will always use this company in the future. The 5-Star rating shown on their website is well deserved.

My spring broke and Precision was able to come same day which was great. However, my garage broke in the down position which left a tight fit for work inside my garage. I replaced both springs per their advice, rollers, tightened chain, and greased everything up. Although it seemed to have gone well, I’ve found the following: -garage door stopped working a week after initial repair as the trolly jammed -my car headlight coincidently went out right after my appointment -my power washer which was being stored close to the door coincidently is now leaking oil -I found the broken spring piece and suspect that it was dropped, possibly hitting my car and power washer -hole in my dry wall -my gear needs replacing which was not mentioned during my appointment I also did not get a good feeling when the tech asked what I did for a living before he charged me for repairs. I also would have been happy to help and avoid any damage if I would have been asked. I get that I was an add on at the end of the day and the tech wanted to be done. But overall, not a good experience.

What great service! I called around 5PM and was given an appointment for the following morning. Technician Joe both texted and called about 20 minutes before arrival. He was very friendly and professional and diagnosed my problem quickly. My garage door that sounded like a chorus of squeaky birds ran smoothly and quietly in the end. Recommended!

Our garage door spring broke at noon today; we were stuck at home since we couldn't get a car out. It's 5 o'clock and the door is fixed and working well. Just as the commercial says, same day service is available. The tech Jeffery explained the repairs needed and gave us three levels of repair options including parts warranties. Jeffery showed up on time and looked over what needed to be done. He took about 15mins to look at both garage doors and show me three different proposals and price and asked me what proposals I would like to go with. Proposal was very thorough and I chose the one I wanted. Jeffery went over everything that would be done on the proposal I chose and got started on the Job. When job was done he showed me everything that was done and showed me that all is working. Was very happy with all work done and will recommend Precision door to anyone I know if they need garage door work done. Jeffery really knows what he is doing and I really appreciate that.

My garage door openers had stopped working, even when I replaced a battery so I knew I needed to call someone. I had remembered advertisements for Precision door and gave them a call. They were able to get me an appointment with a technician within a couple hours. He was pleasant and very knowledgeable. It turned out that my unit was 30 years old and had "died". He installed a new one, replaced the rollers on my door and showed me how to use the app on my phone. I am VERY pleased.

This is the second time in 10 years we have called on Precision For Garage opener repair/replacement. Great professional friendly service. Jackson is outstanding! He diagnosed the problem and gave us clear options. We chose to replace our opener and he installed it right then! He guided us through the operation, programming and the remote app! We are really happy we chose Precision!
