It was a weekend & my garage door would not go down. I looked online & picked a company with a high rating, which was Prec0ision. Everyone I talked to, from the woman in the office to Jacob, the technician who came out on a Saturday, was professional, friendly & knowledgeable. My garage door was not opening due to a broken spring. It was past 5pm, and most places were closed except for Precision Door Service. I have never used them however, I needed my garage door repaired asap. Precision sent Luke and Curtis, the next day to repair my garage door. They were both friendly, professional and pleasant to work with. They took the time to answer all my questions and concerns. They took their time and did a great job! If you encounter garage door issues or have concerns, give Precision Door Service a call.

Really happy with Precision! First class experience in every respect. The guys that came to our house to replace the springs on our electric garage door opener we’re friendly, knowledgeable, thorough and honest. Precision’s pricing was also better than their competitors. Highly recommend them!

Purchased the house recently and the garage door opener decided to quit last. Their card was posted next to the control panel so decide to call them. They set an appointment for the next day and showed up at the scheduled time. The service technician was very professional and friendly. He studied the issue and gave me a number of option for replacement. Completed the installation in a little over an hour, help program my car and walked me through all the features. Would highly recommend them I’d you’re ever in need of garage door repairs.

Service was able to be scheduled within 48 hours. Technician named Tim was on time, friendly, and personable. He got our garage door going again and advised us of a few issues with our 20 year old opener. Gave us estimates for updating our system, but no pressure at all to do it that day. I had been pleased with their service a couple of years before. They are my go-to company for repairs and service. Will get a new opener from them in near future.
