Couldn’t have asked for a better service experience. Clear and timely communication when setting up appointment; tech David was on time and knowledgeable. Clearly communicated options for minimum repairs needed plus offered additional repair/upgrade options without any sales pressure. David worked fast and efficiently installed everything, making our door like new again. Highly recommend!

We were extremely happy with our service technician, Joe Igla. He gave us several options to repair our 25 year-old garage door components. Our Tension spring broke in half on Saturday and we were unable to open the garage door. The following Monday it was completely fixed for a reasonable price. Hunter was the technician that fixed our door, he was friendly, efficient and went above and beyond. We have had many same day cancellations during the pandemic from companies doing appliance repairs, etc which left us in a bad spot for weeks at a time. This company definitely cares about their customers and I highly recommend them.

Luke showed up on time and was friendly and courteous. Replaced the broken spring and overhauled the entire door with new rollers, cables, etc., and was finished in 1.25 hours. Door works great now and is noticeably quieter as well. Precision was great to work with.
