Cody, the salesman, was friendly, knowledgeable, and patient as he walked me through all my options. He made sure I understood every detail and helped me choose the perfect garage doors for my home. His professionalism and clear communication set the tone for a great experience right from the start. Marco was the installer and did the full installation of my garage doors, and I couldn’t be more impressed with his craftsmanship and work ethic. He arrived on time, explained what he’d be doing, and then got right to work with incredible attention to detail. You can tell he takes real pride in what he does, every measurement was precise, every adjustment thoughtfully made. He worked efficiently but never rushed, and the final result shows it. my garage doors look amazing and operate flawlessly. On top of his skill, Marco was genuinely kind, respectful of my home, and happy to answer any questions I had along the way. He was very personable, but caries himself very professionally. It’s rare to find someone who combines expertise, professionalism, and such a positive attitude, but Marco truly delivered all three. Spring failure — needed service ASAP. Precision door had a technician on site in less than 2 hours. David Heath was a great guy explained all my options with no pressure. Absolutely great experience from the online scheduling tool to Colby the technician. His great communication skills to his attention to detail, I am very highly pleased. He did a complete overhaul of the OHD system and explained the quality of the parts used that allows their 10 year warranty. Springs, rollers, bearings and cables were all replaced. He worked efficiently and was a very pleasant fellow to work with. I highly recommend Precision.

My first experience was bad, where they charged me a service fee, but never fixed my issue and had a different company fix it My latest experience was much better. I decided to give them another chance because they were the most readily available. My spring system failed last night and I need someone to fix it next day. I was able to get a 9am appt using their online appt system. They arrived on time. Bo and Andrew were excellent. They were friendly, thorough, and explained everything to me. I didn't feel pressure on any of the upsells. They replaced my spring system in about 90 mins. They took their time and explained everything they did. I would use Precision again in the future.

I just bought a house and the garage door was moaning and creaking quite badly every time it was opened/closed. After doing research online, I ultimately chose Precision Garage Door Service to address the issues at hand. Within an hour of contacting this company, Samuel arrived at my home to address my garage door issues. After discussing my concerns, he then went right to work assessing the situation. Sam then wrote up 4 options to address the problems at various levels, and we discussed the pros and cons of each option. After I made my choice, he went right to work. When Sam was finished, not only was the door opening and closing MUCH more quietly and with ease, but the new trim also solved another problem, and looked nice as well. Lastly, Sam took the time to teach me how to take care of twice yearly lubrication of the door hinges on my own. I am thrilled with the work that was done, and my neighbors will be thankful for this repair as well! I will most certainly be recommending Precision Garage Door Service to others!
