We had a tension cable come off the drum on one side and the door was bound up. Technician Nick showed up on time and used some very tricky methods working around a vintage vehicle that couldn’t be moved to replace parts, rewind the springs, and get the door functional again. He answered all my questions in a very friendly, personable way and gave me estimates on options for future improvements to consider for our 25-year-old door. His performance reflects well on the company. Thanks, Nick!

My garage door spring snapped and this was the 2nd time in 5 years. I decided to try Precision because I saw them in my neighborhood recently. I now understand why they have such great reviews. Service technician David Pla responded within two hours of when I placed my phone call. David was extremely professional. He explained to me that the company who had replaced my garage door had simply reused the old parts. This is why you pay a little more for expert service folks. David replaced the bearings, rollers, springs, lubed all moving parts, and attached wall mounts. The garage door sounds amazing now too. I know I'm due for a new motor soon and I will be using Precision for that as well. Super happy customer!

Our garage door has always functioned flawlessly but suddenly would not open. I called Precision at 9:00pm and spoke to a gentleman who scheduled the technician to arrive at 7:30am the next morning. The two workers arrived on time. They were professional, friendly and patiently answered my questions. They diagnosed the problem and had the correct parts in their van. The repair went smoothly and they left our garage door working better than it ever has. The cost was reasonable, too. We are VERY pleased with their next-morning service call. Many thanks!

Excellent same-day service, multiple options presented and thoroughly explained. No up-selling. Stayed late to finish the job, set up phone app, home-link controls in cars, keypad, etc. Can’t recommend Tim and Precision more. Woke up thinking I ought to get my failing garage door opener fixed and made a call. By evening had a modern opener installed and damaged cables/springs replaced.
