I don't remember the young man's name that serviced my 3 car garage with 3 doors. Only 2 are powered. He called me @ 7:40am which was just fine with me, and he was here promptly as he said, 20 minutes later. Profesionally he listened to my reasoning of contacting Precision,,,(TV add), and followed that up with what he was going to do and that he would let me know the condition of my 2 siongle car garage doors. He came back with some alternatives for me to consider. I chose the alternative that fit my pocket book and he then went to work, and 1.5 hrs later he was finished and did a great job. I'm totally satisfied with his professional ability and workmanship. You have a customer for the rest of my life with my garage doors.

Our garage door was stacked in the down position and we were leaving the next morning.Called precision at about 4pm Saturday night got a live person answering the phone very helpful had a repair guy there within 30 minutes to replace broken springs. Chuck the repair was very professional and responsive had a new spring in under an hour. Great job don’t bother to call anybody else!

I have been using Precision Door for many years on my own home. I am currently selling my Dad's house and when I was trying to clean out the garage, the door came off the track and was stuck half way up on one side. I called and they came out within a couple of hours. They were able to get it in the down position and scheduled a tech to come out the next day and measure for a new door. All the employees are knowledgeable and friendly. Its great having a company I can depend on when an emergency arises.

Had a large, wooden garage door that become unbalanced. Made an appointment with Precision to have a look. Website was very helpful. Could have had them out same day. Made the appointment. The first technician, Colby, called to say he was on the way. He arrived and was exceptionally enthusiastic, energetic, competent, friendly, and informative. Performed a thorough check, and made some logical suggestions. We chose to do a thorough servicing including adjusting balance, new rollers, and lubrication for a very reasonable price, and done within 2 hours. We needed one part not on the truck, so Chuck came out two days later. Again, called ahead to make sure he had what we needed; arrived and was very experienced, friendly, and thoughtful. Turns out the solution was very simple, so we saved some money and now have a quiet, fully functioning garage door. Both Colby and Chuck spoke highly about their company (a rarity); and we concur that Precision is an exceptionally responsive, competent, and reasonably priced company that we would not hesitate to contact for any garage door needs.

Our 20-year-old garage door opener was starting to glitch after many years of faithful service (thanks, LiftMaster!). We had one of your 'tuneup' services done in 2022 but something more drastic was called for now. I was able to get same-day service from Precisions scheduling desk and technicians Beau and Robert texted me that they could come even sooner. They proceeded to do a professional assessment of the units condition and showed me the sorry state of the rollers and motor. I was provided with several repair options and decided to go with a new LiftMaster unit, springs and rollers. Beau and Robert finished the install in ~2 hours and then helped me train the opener for our cars. They were very thorough and professional and polite. The new unit is like something from a science fiction film - it even has a web cam and interfaces with my phone. I am very pleased. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door for everthing from tuneups to new unit installations. They are the gold standard in my area and totally exceeded my expectations.

On a cold afternoon my garage door decided not to close even after three tries. I hurried to my computer to pull up Precision Door's phone number, called, explained the problem, they were busy, might not get to it until the next morning, but on looking again, one of the technicians was finishing up another job & was able to come in 11 minutes. Always professional, always polite, once again the technician was able to check out the problem, suggested what might take care of it and got to work. A short time later, the door closed completely and the garage was tight for the night. I suggest to all when you have a garage problem, call Precision Door Service, you will be glad I suggested this.

We called because of a faulty outside keypad and the 2 staff members were able to get out to us the very next day! After consulting with the employees, we decided to replace the garage door opener as well as the keypad. They were able to complete the entire process in just a few hours.
