He showed and explained the options we had for a replacement. He then quickly installed the new opener and walked us through installing the MyQ app for control via our iPhones. The Precision technician, Trey, was extremely professional and efficient. He explained the problem and offered several solutions, including the cost. Once the replacement opener had been selected, the installation went quickly and smoothly. Trey then explained the various options for the operation of the opener and assisted in the installation of the APP. The entire process took less than two hours and I am extremely pleased with the result.

Our double car garage door was malfunctioning and not opening all the way. I left an internet appointment message on the Precision Garage Door Service site and was contacted later the same day. I explained the issue and agreed to have a technician come out the following day between 0600 and 1000. The next morning we were contacted via phone by technician Joe Igla who gave us an arrival time of 0830. He arrived on time and did a thorough examination of the door and identified the issue promptly. He supplied me with several estimates based on what needed to be done and the age of the door. He was very thorough in explaining everything to me and discussing the pros and cons of each estimate. I chose the one that best suited our current needs and Joe went to work. Within two hours, a very aggravating situation had been professionally fixed. Joe was very professional, on time, knowledgable and gave thorough no pressure estimates. I would definitely recommend Precision Door Service and especially Joe Igla if you need garage door work done in the Camas/Washougal Area.

My decision was random given how close you are to L.O. The response time was as promised, 2 hrs. Hayden called and was here in less than the 2 hr time. A sliding door, what can go wrong? Well, I found out. Even sliding doors need a certain amount of care and feeding. Hayden very diplomatically explained the proper 'care and feeding' of the door. I give Precision a 6 star rating.
