We had Precision Door put in a new door in Spring of 2024. The door was beginning to make some creaking and squawking noises so I called for it to be serviced. Precision Door sent out Tim, who was very knowledgeable and helpful. He tightened and lubed the entire door and it now much quieter. And, even though our one year warranty was already up, Precision Door did not charge us for this call! I am a very satisfied customer and would recommend Precision Door to anyone needing quality, reliable service.

Chuck arrived on time, even calling ahead. Even with the age of our door he masterfully harangued it and replaced our broken spring. He was quick and courteous explained all the details. We will be using Precision Door again soon when we replace our entire door.

We have used this same company for many years for our garage door repairs. This is the first time we went ALL OUT!!! We purchased an upgraded door, with side windows and the most high tech garage door opener that I’ve ever owned!!! It has a built in camera, connected to WiFi, has an app on my phone to open/close, has a sensor to automatically turn on lights when it’s triggered by the infrared sensor!!! Plus 200++ more features! Cody came out for the estimate and walked us through the entire purchase and installation. We felt the pricing was VERY reasonable for the quality of the door, opener and installation. Very professional installers.

A spring broke on the garage door so we checked online and found Precision which has excellent reviews. They were right! We called and less than 24 hrs later the technician arrived. Joe did a great job replacing the springs. He was knowledgeable, professional, prompt and a nice person. The garage door is now working better than ever! We had a 25 year old garage door opener that was no longer working correctly nor had we ever had any routine maintenance. Scott came and serviced it, and then we decided to replace the opener as it continued to be problematic. Wow, what service! Spring failure — needed service ASAP. Precision door had a technician on site in less than 2 hours. David Heath was a great guy explained all my options with no pressure. Noted areas of excessive wear, bearings and rollers. David went through the repair process methodically and explained each step. Tested the door motion extensively and made minor tweaks. Door operates the best it has in years. Great service from a wonderful guy.

Absolutely great experience from the online scheduling tool to Colby the technician. His great communication skills to his attention to detail, I am very highly pleased. He did a complete overhaul of the OHD system and explained the quality of the parts used that allows their 10 year warranty. Springs, rollers, bearings and cables were all replaced. He worked efficiently and was a very pleasant fellow to work with. I highly recommend Precision.

Joe was very polite, easy to talk over things and options. Did not try and sell me something which I appreciated. He looked over the door situation, and then gave me 4 options. My first experience was bad, where they charged me a service fee, but never fixed my issue and had a different company fix it My latest experience was much better. I decided to give them another chance because they were the most readily available. My spring system failed last night and I need someone to fix it next day. I was able to get a 9am appt using their online appt system. They arrived on time. Bo and Andrew were excellent. They were friendly, thorough, and explained everything to me. I didn't feel pressure on any of the upsells. They replaced my spring system in about 90 mins. They took their time and explained everything they did. I would use Precision again in the future.
