Timely and excellent service. Called and received same-day maintenance service. The representative, Luke, was professional, courteous, and informed. Reviewed the maintenance to be done, which included testing the remotes, and completed the work timely, with a final demonstration test of the door and remotes.

Just had Cody Moss come out to give us an estimate on getting new garage doors. He was on time and was extremely thorough with walking us through the process of choosing the right door for us. His samples and digital pictures helped define exactly what we wanted. He was very thorough about taking measurements and explaining all costs plus some wonderful discounts. We couldn’t have been more satisfied with his expertise and knowledge. Precision has some great reviews and we are another happy customer.

Colby was very knowledgeable, thorough with the inspection, very observant with identifying all pertinent fixtures. He fixed them all saving us another visit or another garage problem. The proactiveness was really valuable. He was very patient with all the questions and explained every work that he did in detail on why he was doing it. We highly recommend this business and are thankful we were recommended them by a wonderful neighbor of ours.

Nikki Graybeal

They had a tech out within a couple hours on a Sunday. Nick was great - he walked me through how the doors work, how it broke and then fixed and serviced both so they work better than before I broke it! The price seemed fair as well.

I was a previous client, and was satisfied then. I am very happy with the service I received, from the amount of time I called for an appointment, to my garage being completely fixed! Jeffrey did an excellent job and gave a thorough explanation of what happened and how the new equipment works! I would give a 6+ rating if I could! I will refer others, and will continue to use Precision in the future if a situation arises!

Same day service. A service tech who knew what he was doing, was efficient and very pleasant to work with. Our second time calling for your help and will definitely use your services again when needed.

Jeff Shapiro

Vance and Brian were excellent technicians. My wife and I purchased a 15 year old house. We had no garage openers, the door sqeeked and part of the support pieces was pulling away from the door. Within two hours we had a smooth and quiet running door with two remote controls. They worked with me on pricing and now I have a 10 year warranty. It doesn't get better than that. Thanks Guys!

We needed a service on both of our garage doors, plus a new opener installed on one of them. Jeffrey was a delight when he showed up, on time in the freezing cold, and was courteous, kind, and honest the entire time he worked at our house. We appreciated his candor when talking about the specific type of garage doors we have and their special retainers. He didn't try to sell us on a sub-par solution, but offered to help troubleshoot what may work, with the caveat that it may not. He was incredibly tidy with his work, which we were very thankful for - even though it's a garage, it doesn't need to look sloppy. We are loving how quiet the new opener is (can't go wrong with a jackshaft), along with the new rollers and lubrication of all of the bearings. This is our second time having work done by Precision, and we will be happy to call them again for any garage door needs.

I was in quite a bind because my garage door stopped opening entirely. However, I was able to get same-day service from Precision, and Luke came within the promised time window. He was very easy to work with and explained my options, without pushing me to choose the most expensive ones. When he was finished, Luke showed me how everything worked, patiently answered all of my questions, ensured that everything worked smoothly, and that I knew how to use it. I am very appreciative.

Samuel was awesome. He went over 3 options to choose from and was very knowledgeable about each. I've used precision door once before and wasn't disappointed. So I called them and they came out the same day and got the job done. Thanks Precision Door. Mark G

My experience with Precision Door Service was exceptional! They were able to get me scheduled for garage door service on the same day. The Technician, Colby Diaz, called me shortly after I made the appointment and verified his time of arrival. He arrived on time and was quickly able to identify the issue. He explained the repair process and price for service clearly and professionally. He was able to make the repair and have my garage door working better then ever. The service was quick, the price was fair, and Colby was friendly and a pleasure to deal with.
