What a great experience with this company and their technician David Heath! I’d spent quite a bit of money buying a new insulated overhead garage door with another company. The door looks great but made a horrible grinding noise, for over a year. I paid to have this other company come out to fix the noise but they couldn’t. I was told, “That’s just the way it’s going to be.” Out of desperation, I called Precision, and they had David there within 24 hours. It took him less than 15 mins to properly lube my door and make the noise STOP! He showed me how to lube it myself if I wanted to, and he left me the can. I now have a quiet, correctly working garage door. I will be asking David to come back!

My garage door spring broke today. When it called I told the person who schedules that my cars were in the garage and I could not get them out. She scheduled Nicholas to come between 12-2pm. Shortly Nicholas called and said, he had finished the job he was working on and said, he could come right over. He gave me a number of options to fix my door. Did the work in a timely manner. We checked to make sure everything was working properly. He gave me his card and said, to call him if I had any issues. I have had Precision staff come out previously and have been very satisfied with their service

Call to Precision resulted in person picking up phone and scheduling an appointment to fix garage door opening the same day on Thanksgiving eve! Serviceperson was Hayden McE; he arrived promptly, was skillful, and listened/related well. He determination to fix the problem was splendid. Very impressive service on short notice! ("No Product Purchased" although new parts provided under warranty...again, very welcome and impressive).

The Tech showed up on time and did a quick review. The estimate was $100 less then an estimate I received a year ago from another company. He also said that the garage door spring (over 15 years old) should be replaced. Low pressure and the total estimate for the two jobs (spring replacement and new rollers) was $550 after a $50 on the spot discount for being a new customer. All work was completed within an hour. The tech was very friendly and the cost reasonable. Highly recommend.

My garage door was squeeking more than usual. After checking things out I realized the weight of the door without the opener was heavier than usual. I called Precision and Hayden came quickly. He checked both doors, lubed them and made a minor adjustment to the spring. He also pointed out that in the future I could need a replacement door but was not pushy about this. Price was reasonable and the doors both work better.

I noticed one of the springs on my garage door had broken the day before Thanksgiving and contacted Precision Door Service through their online chat function. Holly was helpful and quick to get someone scheduled to show up the day after Thanksgiving, so service was very fast. The technician Bo was extremely pleasant and professional. He arrived right on time, identified the issue right away, and got it taken care of quickly. Outstanding service from a company that stands behind their work!

Colby and Andrew represented the company extremely well. On time, friendly and professional. They describe everything they suggested needs to be done. Gave us 3 choices of what we could do which included to replace the whole door. However he did say our door really didn't need to be replaced even though it was 31 years old. They did the repair work in a timely fashion and swept the floor in the garage to get any ball bearing that dropped. Colby gave us his business card and said we could call him any time. He also showed us how to apply lubricant to brackets which we did not know we should have been doing. They were awesome and represented your business in the best way possible.
