They do a good job overall and I like that they'll come even on a Sunday. What I don't like is they can lie/omit the full truth. What happened to "a name you can trust"? I had them come out once and they said id need new springs/cables one day (duh for everyone) but today they could fix my issue with new, bigger rollers. I did that for 400$. Less than a year later, they came back out and said the spring system broke. He tried to sell me on a new a package the included rollers, so i told him I didn't need those because his counterpart put them in less than a year ago. He said it's a package system so I had to buy the rollers. I said you're telling me your counterpart lied to me when he sold me rollers, and he said "kind of". No discount, no nothing. It's unfortunate, but I'll never fully trust them again because of this. I'll have them give me in writing when they do any work that I don't have to replace it again if another part has to be replaced. Just very sad I have to ask questions I didn't even know existed when they're supposedly the professionals.

I scheduled an emergency service call on line at 4:30 a.m. due to garage door randomly opening and closing by itself and got an immediate confirmation for same day service. When the technician, Jeffrey Powell-Jenkins, arrived I was still freaking out about the door which had opened itself after 10 p.m. and stayed open until I woke up at 3:00 a.m. He calmly explained what he was doing to do to find the problem but the diagnostic tests didn't reveal the cause. I opted to have the opener, remotes, and exterior keypad replaced for my peace of mind as I had just purchased the house. Jeffrey's customer service skills are superb. He deserves a medal for his patient and empathetic approach to a freaked out old lady.

I had made multiple appointments for quotes but I was very impressed with professionalism and very transparent communication and pricing so decided to have Robert install a replacement opener and spring system while he was there, along with a few other items that needed replacement. He stayed and made sure my app was setup and I understood how to use the system. Much appreciated, as you can imagine. Now I have to cancel the other company’s appointment, not a bad problem to have.

We had a new opener, spring, and related hardware installed last January and wanted to have it inspected and adjusted prior to Winter. We were able to get an appointment the same day we called and our tech was great about keeping us informed as to the time he would be on site. The service was excellent as he adjusted the spring tension, opener arm, and lubricated all the necessary fittings. We were really appreciative that Luke answered all our questions and explained what adjustment were made and why. We couldn't have asked for more.

Nick did a great job! Really kind and made it easy to understand what he was doing and what my opinion were. So great to have some one who provided great customer service. I wouldn't use any other company. Im very impressed. He replaced springs,rollers,starter motor, cables, barrings, I think a couple of other things can't remember. 10year warranty on it awesome.
