I was very hesitant to hire Precision. I thought that with all of their advertising presence that they would be all promises and no follow through. I was very wrong. Robert called and apologized for being late. He wasn't late at all, just in the middle of the arrival window. Robert gave us many options, without pressure to choose one. He got the work done in a timely manner. We have had other repairs done, but this is the first time our garage door has really worked well.

We had a garage door spring break on a Thursday evening, trapping my wife's car in the garage. At 7pm that night, I made an appointment with Precision using their online booking tool. At 10am the next morning, Luke showed up promptly to assess the situation. By 11:30am he had replaced springs and bearings and our door was back in business. Great service done quickly! Luke was prompt, thorough, professional, and friendly. We couldn't ask for a better experience.

My wife and I returned home to find that our garage door would not open. We called Precision Garage and found that a worker could be out between 4 and 6 pm that same day. He actually came just before 4 pm, quickly diagnosed a broken spring and gave us two options, a shorter term option and a long term one, which we choose. We wanted the repair to last. He went to work, replaced several components, and fixed the problem door. He also gave me instructions for maintaining the other door so as to lengthen its service life. I really appreciate his work, promptness and attention to detail.

They gave detailed transparent explanations for what was needed and provided several options we could choose from. Diagnosis and repairs were completed within a couple of hours, including replacing springs & rollers, servicing and adjusting the door, and reattaching the door frame to the house. Nickolas was very friendly, stated various options for fixing the door problems, and gave several estimates for short term solutions, as well as for a complete new system. He showed me how the door worked manually, and pointed out all the places that showed the most urgent things that needed to be done. Very prompt with the arrival time, and very Knowledgeable.

Their work is fine but they are way, way, overpriced. The installers are pretty clearly on commission and are constantly trying to upsell and push the most expensive option. My installer 'accidentally' loaded up the more expensive installer when it was time to sign. Personally in the future I will look elsewhere.

Great response time and our tech was prepared with options to either repair/retro-fit or replace lift units. I chose to replace them with new and Joe did an excellent job installing them. He kept me informed of his progress then did a complete overview with me when he was done to make sure I understood how to use the new lift units. Joe is personable, knowledgeable, friendly and outgoing - but not pushy in any way. He helped and advised me so that I could come to an informed decision and I appreciated his input and attitude. I am very pleased with the new units. Great job done and Joe represents Precision Door Service very well.
