Our garage door springs broke and the manual release broke on our garage door making it impossible to open the garage door. Robert R. came out on Saturday morning and fixed the garage door for us. He was very friendly and professional. Thank you Robert for a great job!

We had a 20 year old garage motor and all the other parts were probably just as old. The spring had split and the cables snapped so we needed it fixed ASAP. The customer service rep was great in getting me set up with a tech. They were quick and came by in about 30 minutes. Nick, the technician, was incredible. He got the work done and done right. I never knew that a garage door could be so silent!

Jackson was great. He gave an honest evaluation of our situation and was up front about what was needed to repair our opener. We have been very pleased with Precision Door in the past, and this time was no different. We will continue to use and recommend Precision Door.

Garage door would not open. Called Precision about 9:00am: Samuel arrived about noon and quickly diagnosed the problem as broken spring replacement was wrong size. He put the correct springs in place and door worked like a charm. Excellent service.

In my 43 years of life, I’ve only taken the time once before to write a positive review for a business. I had a door installed 3 years ago from precision and noticed an issue this morning that was of concern. I called around 11am to request service and the kind and professional woman I spoke to informed me that she could have someone to come repair it within a few hours. David Heath arrived right on time, was very professional, polite and thorough in the work provided. When I asked for the bill, David informed me that precision stands by their warranty and today’s visit would cost me nothing. I’m very impressed with the business model of this company and the level of “customer first” service they offer. Ten stars!

Nick did a good job of completing the requested work and suggested a tuneup that improved the functionality of the garage door, which resulted in a much quieter operation

Outstanding service. We called at 4:30pm on a Friday afternoon, Chuck was here by 6pm and work was completed by 7pm. No service or late day fee!! Chuck Hunt was professional, polite and resolved our issue quickly. We could see the spring on the door was broken, he examined all parts and made recommendations. He reviewed 3 options for us, answered questions and explained each option. This is the 2nd time we've used Precision, we wouldn't use any other service.

Highly recommend! Precision Door Service are professionals who offer information first without expectations from the customer. They did a great job of explaining my garage door issue and options for repairs. They are very fair in pricing and really easy to work with. I've recommended them to my HOA and will definitely depend on them again when the time comes. Thanks Paul and Scott!

Luke Dials was the employee that came to my home today to fix my garage door. He was kind, knowledgeable and thorough. We even joked about our Ducks/Beavers likings. He fixed the garage door and then explained what he did and showed me, as well. Also told me that the hinges/wheels would need maintenance every 6 months with lubrication. 5 Star rating for Luke as well as Precision Garage Doors! Thank you! Debbie Haugen

I always had a great experience with those who serviced my garage doors at my property. But yesterday, the young man you sent me was not experienced and did not appear he knew much about it should function. I am most disappointed.

When your automatic garage door isn't working who do you call - well I chose Precision Garage Door Service of Beaverton and the whole experience was amazing. From my initial phone call to the technician arriving in the next half hour - yes they responded that fast - the technician was super friendly, very helpful and once he assessed the problem, he gave us several options to chose from to fix the problem. Definitely would not hesitate to call them again and highly recommend them for all your garage door needs.

Nick was amazing. I needed extra garage door openers for everyone that we have coming and going, and we had a bolt that would occasionally come loose and we would have to re-screw it into place. Nick came out, same day, I got 2 new openers - he programmed them, he added an additional nut to keep the other nut from coming loose, AND he helped to set up the App on my phone and make sure that homelink wasn’t available on any of our vehicles so he could help to program those as well. Very thorough, super friendly service. Could not recommend highly enough :)

Terri Bruce
