Precision Door Service provided stellar service! They responded immediately to inspect our 20 yr old door that was having problems and devised a solution that was within budget to fix it. I appreciated that the technician (Mike) listened to our priorities and educated us on the door mechanics so we know what to keep an eye on going forward. Mike was extremely personal and helpful. Tim was professional, efficient and very thorough in replacing a panel on my garage door. He kept his eyes open on both doors that we installed and found items that presented a safety issue. He corrected and tested both doors and they worked perfectly. I feel he is a A+ level technician and a high value to his customers and an excellent representative for Precision!

Thanks to Tim p for a job well done. He did a thorough inspection of the door, cables, rollers, etc etc. and found a couple other issues besides the main spring breakage. We discussed the options, including prices, and agreed on what work would be done. He said the work would be done within an hour and he was spot on! Thank you Tim and thanks to the company for the same day service.

Garage door opener failed after almost 18 years of service. Called Precision this afternoon, who dispatched Marcus within an hour. Marcus arrived, agreed the opener had reached the end of its service life, offered us some replacement opens, and 1.5 hrs later we had our new garage door opener installed and in service. Great job, Marcus, and thanks to Precision for the fast and efficient service!
