Techs arrived on time and evaluated the doors. One spring broken. Recommended rebuilding both door systems as they are the same age and the second spring has similar number of cycles. Repair completed and we are very happy with the results.

We've had our garage doors since 2016 so there was maintenance needed. Brian was was excellent! He explained the process clearly, gave us solution options and communicated effectively. Brian was awesome! He was friendly and communicative. He knew what he was talking about. He was professional, thorough, he worked quickly and left everything clean. We could not have asked for more considering the circumstances. We were not expecting it, but we had to replace the entire garage door opener along with the springs, the rollers, and all of the corresponding parts. It was expensive, but we thought the quality was there and there was no pressure to do anything.

Joe our installer replaced our opener and was friendly knowledgeable and taught us all we needed to know with our new opener. Next time we have any garage door situation I will be specifically asking for Joe thank you precision excellent job came on a Saturday holiday weekend. We couldn’t get our cars out our opener had broken completely. I am very relieved and very, very pleased.

A friend recommended Precision. When I called after 7:00 PM, I was greeted in a courteous way. I called back to get clarification and was greeted again with respect. The repairman arrived the next day and quickly helped explain how the door actually operated and gave some reasons why the problem happened including some ways to fix it correctly. Some good preventive service was recommended and I accepted.
