I was so happy when i called at 5am and was able to be scheduled in for the same day as my garage door came off the roller and would not go all the way down. Hayden came to the rescue and fixed it. He was very professional and walked me through everything he would be doing.

Quick shout out to Jeffrey for the excellent service he provided. Experienced a broken spring that needed quick attention, so reached out to Precision on their website to schedule an appointment which was super easy. Within a couple of hours Jeffery showed up to give me my options and improving several needs for both garage doors including a new opener and tune-up to ensure future issues don't arise. It was a little more than I wanted to spend but well worth it at the end. Precision's commercials are spot-on when they say they will be there same day. Thanks again Jeffery and Precision!

The absolute best customer service I have experienced since living in Wilsonville for the past 7 years. My email request was responded to immediately and Scott ,the technician, was here the next day at the time promised. The installation took less than an hour and Scott gave me a complete explanation of the garage door opener system. It is such a pleasure to get great, honest, timely service. Thank you, Nancy Kelley

We had new garage doors installed on October 22, 2025. The installer, Drew Colson, did an excellent job for us. He explained the installation thoroughly and walked us through process of installing the door. He explained how to take care of the doors moving forward and answered all our questions. He also installed a new opener on one of the doors and pared the opener to one of our cars. It was a seamless process, and we highly recommend Drew and Precision for any garage door issues that may arise in the future. We have used Precision many times in the past, and they have always exceeded our expectations for good service and quality products.

Thank you for the prompt and knowledgeable service. Nicholas was great to work with; he was very knowledgeable and worked hard to fix the crashed garage door. Thank you for being available on Sunday. Not only did they fix our door, three years prior we purchased a garage door from precision. We had the same Awesome service then as we do now. Thank you.

My garage door was not opening and closing right. I called Perscion Garage Door Service. This is my first time using them. Luke Dials arrived within an hour of my initial phone call. He was knowledgeable, professional and easy to communicate with. He diagnosed the issues and installed a quieter opener than what I had! The light in the garage is much brighter that my last opener. He also pointed out some electrical safety concerns that I greatly appreciated. Luke is the "man" you want to get your job done. Thanks again Luke. I highly recommend this service and Luke.

We had been putting off having our garage door motor replaced for years but finally decided to go for it. Precision was able to get here same day. They were prompt, courteous and efficient. Hayden and his partner were awesome! Price was also slightly lower than a local competitor that we had quoted 6 months ago. Highly recommend.
