Precision Garage door exceeded my expectations! After a break-in, I needed same-day service to replace garage door key pads and clickers. I called Precision, and they quickly and politely answered all of my questions, and had a technician named Marcus at my house within the morning. Marcus called me on his way to provide an estimate of arrival. He arrived on time, was very friendly, and provided prompt and thorough service. He answered all my questions, provided multiple options, and did an all-around great job. I highly recommend and would use Precision Garage Door again.

At 1:15 p.m. yesterday my garage door suddenly wouldn't open -one week before my house was to be listed for sale. Based on a friend's experience and my realtor's recommendation, I called Precision. Brittney was very helpful and efficient in gathering information, then said there was an open window from 2:00 - 4:00 that same afternoon! At 1:50 I got a call from Luke saying he would be there at 2:20. At 2:15 he pulled in the driveway, friendly and easy-going, asking me questions, assessing the problem, then gave me 3 options. I chose one and he went to work - replacing cables and rebalancing springs - done in less than 30 minutes. He even programmed new remotes I had bought elsewhere and helped clean up behind a cabinet that had to be moved. Luke definitely knew what he was doing, and his customer service was above and beyond. I wish every company was this competent and responsive - very impressive!!

We booked an appointment to have them replace our Garage door opener that was around 18 years old and beginning to have issues with the opening and closing with the clickers and keypad. We tried fixing it ourselves and it wasn't working so we reached out to Precision for help. They came early and did their initial check and tried their best to fix our existing opener to avoid having to replace it. After working on that they determined that a full replacement was needed and he was able to crank that out very quickly as well. I was really appreciative of how he tried to save us a little bit of money by trying to work with what he already had and then I was very happy with how quickly and efficiently he worked and did an excellent job! This is our second time using Precision with our Garage Door needs and we won't be going anywhere else!

Our garage doors began to make noise and periodically stall out when coming down. Jason did a great job of replacing the cables and adjusting the doors back to the original positions. I’m very happy with the work done. I felt it was a little expensive however and that is the reason for 4 stars rather than 5.
