Patrick came to my house within an hour after I called the company. He serviced and tuned up my two 30-year-old garage doors. He replaced the ancient garage door openers with new ones and explained how to use them. All this was done in a single visit. Recommended.

Your technician removed wall board along the top and sides of the garage door. The studs and the gaps between them are now exposed allowing outside ambient air to flow into the garage. I will need to hire a contractor to replace the wall board that was removed in order to seal up the garage and restore the status quo ante. This will have to be done at some point in order to sell the house. I cannot recommend your company because of this.

On a late Sunday afternoon, I heard a loud crashing sound from within our garage. It turns out the coiled tension spring had snapped in two. I looked online and decided to book an appointment with Precision Garage Door Service. I was surprised to see that I was easily able to schedule an appointment for the very next morning between 10am and noon. The online scheduling was convenient and easy to use. The next morning, I was contacted via text at 930am and told my technician (Chuck) was on his way. Chuck was prompt, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable. He quickly assessed our needed repairs as well as the overall condition of all components and provided us three estimates ranging from minimum repair to complete overhaul. Our house is 15 years old the garage door and components were all original. It shook, banged and vibrated every time it was opened and closed. But not anymore. It is now whisper quiet and no more vibrations. Once everything was installed and working, Chuck took time to explain how to operate and program everything, provided preventative maintenance tips and cleaned up afterward. I am impressed with Precision Garage Door Service, and I would not hesitate to call them again.

My Technician who called before the Job and arrived on time "Jeffries" who was very Professional and was able to take care of all the Problems by excellent Workmanship and was able to keep my older Wood Door that worked fine w/a new motor and rollers that saved me about $3,000 that another Company said a new door that wasn't needed but they did not want to deal w/ Extra Labor on this job. My garage door stopped closing, and it was making a horrible noise. I researched a couple of companies and found Precision got consistently good reviews. I went to their website and was amazed I was able to make an appointment for the next day. Booking the appointment was painless. Today, Luke came out and looked over my garage door. Luke was awesome. Very personable and easy to talk with. I will be replacing the garage door and will post an update when it is done!

I highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service for their superior, expedient service. I called at 8:00 am regarding a broken door spring and they were at my residence by 12:30 pm the same day making repairs. My service technician, Joe Igla, completed a quick assessment to determine if there were any other issues, reviewed the costs and recommendations, and then proceeded with the repair. Precision came in December ‘24, did a tuneup. This morning I went to walk my dog and garage door key pad stopped working and would not close…I got remote from car and closed then took with me, when returned key pad did not work ( good thing had remote with me ) called Precision, they came out within a few hours…Brian ( technician ) was so helpful explaining things and he got things working great…highly recommend him for any needs

We have currently had our home, new since 1992, and the 3 garage doors have been in service since then. I have had other garage door people service them. But, since Dec. 2024 I have had Precision service and maintain them. Today I had "Joe" replace all the rollers on the one door that gets used the most. Called in the afternoon, and he was here by 2:00pm. Courteous and knowledgeable, he completed the work very quickly and the door is almost new again. They are the best in the business.

Great service! I love it when service companies show up on time, as promised and the job started with Trey doing just that. He then proceeded to diagnose the problem I had while checking on the integrity of the twin garage doors. I knew they needed work and he confirmed that. I accepted his reasonable quote and he got the whole job done on both doors within two hours. Great service, thank you!
