I had a garage door opener installed by a no-name company. The installation did not go well and I was not pleased. I called Precision Door Service and they sent out David. Needless to say, I was frustrated because I had just spent a lot of money to have a job incomplete. David took the time to go through the system and make the needed repairs. I was charged fairly, and it was a very good experience. David was a professional and a leader in his field. If I ever need repair work done, I will call Precision.

Fantastic service! The technician (Chuck) arrived right before 10 AM. I booked the appointment online at 9:40 this morning for today between 10 and 12. He was here at 10:00! Chuck was friendly, professional and knew exactly what to do. He had everything in the truck to complete the job - and he even had an new remote I asked for after he got here He quoted me the charge and the final bill was exactly as quoted. Chuck was thorough with his inspection and checked the door operation before leaving. He explained the services he'd performed and showed me his work. He left the area clean . The efficiency of the service allowed me extra time to get more done afterwards than I had expected. My neighbor saw him at work and after I bragged about the service she asked me to get Chuck's card - which he promptly supplied. This experience is exactly why Precision is the only company I go to for all my garage door needs.

From the initial estimate to the final installation, my project was smooth and professional. This was replacing a damaged single car garage door with an upgraded model. The new door has insulation which has helped this otherwise fully insulated space retain heat and and also stay cooler on hot days. The pricing seemed fair, as it matched exactly what my insurance company said it should be when determining my claim payment.

Our garage door wouldn't open. Precision's employee Joe was at our house in a few hours to work on the door. His service was excellent. He explained the issue, explained the possible solutions, and efficiently performed the repair. He was very personable and his explanations were clear. We were very pleased with his work and service.

Brian and David serviced our garage door today because it was sluggish going up when we used the remote. They found the problem and I think added some new rollers. It works perfectly now. They were very knowledgeable about the system and it gives us peace of mind to have it working properly again. We have signed up to have the system checked out once a year. We would enjoy having them return to our home next year. I have already put a reminder on my phone calendar. They were very personable and we enjoyed meeting them. My garage wouldn't open last night at 9pm. The emergency handle wouldn't work. I checked on Better Business Bureau and found Precision Garage with a very high score and had seen their commercials on TV. I made a next day appointment and was scheduled between 11-1pm. The technician, Colby, called me at 9:45am telling me that he could be there at 10:30. He came and inspected the garage and ask me questions on if I had the garage doors serviced before. Told him no. He did his inspections and quote me different quotes. Answered my questions and gave me information on what his aassessment is. He has all the parts in his truck. I installed a new motor because the old one was making noises and he told me that it will need to be ordered. He replaced the motor and the rollers and springs for me. After he was done, he told me what he did and such. Gave me a tour of the garage motor. Told me to get a garage door lubricant and spray it in the hinges to help with the lubrication of the hinges. He gave me his business card and told me if there are any questions to call and let him know. He even told me what days he isn't working. Which is very helpful. It gives me comfort to know I can always call him or the office if needed.

My wife and I could not be happier with your repair service technicians Brian (supervisor) and Jackson (trainee). We found them both to be very knowledgeable , courteous and friendly. They called to let us know they would be arriving ahead of our scheduled time. They examined both of our garage doors and gave us expert recommendations for the necessary repairs on our doors. They presented us with costs for the optional repairs. After we agreed to which repairs we wanted they began work immediately. Brian and Jackson answered all our question as they worked on the repairs. We were pleasantly surprised they had all necessary parts and supplies with them. They thoroughly checked all their work and operation of the doors upon completion of the job. The entire job took less than two hours start to finish. Had a great experience with Precision. My garage door stopped working late on Friday, but they were able to get there Saturday morning to fix it. our tech Cody Diaz did an outstanding job with the inspection and installing the new motor, railing, rollers, outside key pad, etc. He is very knowledgeable, and thoroughly expained how everything worked. Our tech Colby Diaz did an outstanding job installing the belt drive garage door opener, railing repair ,outdoor key pad, as well as tuning up/lubrication. He also volunteered to pair our car with the opener. Colby is very knowledgeable, and explained everything thoroughly. He is also very friendly and professional.
