We were very impressed with Paul B, who was our garage door technician today, and we thoroughly enjoyed our experience with him. He was prompt, courteous, and very professional. He was not only amazingly knowledgeable regarding our old garage door, he was informative about the products that we needed to replace the door in a timely and cost effective way! He helped us customize the choices to meet our needs and that was very much appreciated and above our expectations for what was possible in garage doors. We would not hesitate to ask for Paul’s services again!

Jackson came to resolve some issues another company left un-resolved. It was apparent Precision Garage Door Service trains their people properly to resolve any issues that you may face. I was so impressed with their service I also had them replace my older garage openers with new side mount openers. When they were finished all of the original issues were resolved and the doors ran quietly and efficiently. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service.

Excellent customer service was in place from my initial contact to your company throughout the entire process. Your service person (Joe) was prompt, professional and courteous. I would and have already shared my positive experience with others and one of my neighbors called and set up a visit with your person for that same day. Well done and a much appreciated reply of thank you very much. Ray and Charlee Smith

Robert Ruffin was very thorough, engaging, knowledgeable, and clear in his communications as he tuned up our garage door and opener. Our's was more of a pre-emptive checkup, but am very glad we did it, and that Robert was the technician!

We needed to replace an older garage door opener with one that was quieter and safer. I made an online appointment this morning, and Luke, our installer was at our place at 1pm, and helped me pick an opener that worked within our budget, and he installed it and was done by 3:30 pm. Excellent service on a Friday afternoon, great review of features, and we're very happy.

We needed new garage door springs, cables, rollers, ball bearings, and a new opener installed. Our small garage was a challenge but Hayden made it all work!! He came out quickly, did a great job, was very conscientious and made sure everything works. It’s very quiet and smooth compared to our 25 yo chain motor!

This company cares for their customers. David came out when my spring broke. He was so amazing, he cared for me when I was in a hard situation. David replaced both springs and the two baring’s while making a deal I could afford. This company truly care about taking care of their customers more then the all mighty dollar. I will refer all my friends and neighbors to them Thank you so much I am a customer for life!
