I chose Precision Garage Door Service after talking to the google highest rated garage door service companies in the area. Precision is very highly rated with a lot of positive reviews, they were also the best price for the work that I thought I needed done. I called Precision at 11:45 am on Friday to schedule an appointment and the service technician arrived at my at 12:30 pm the same day. The technician was very friendly, informative and thorough. He was able to fix the door while he was there and took the time to educate me on preventative maintenance I could do to keep everything working properly and hopefully last longer. I highly recommend this company.

I came home one evening and the garage door wouldn't open. I was very pleased that I could book an appointment for the next morning. The online booking was very easy. The technician (Luke) was running a bit late and he called me to let me know. He then let me know when he was on the way. I received a message with his picture so I knew who to expect. He quickly diagnosed the problem and provided me with the options and cost. In a couple of hours, he had replaced everything but the door and rails. He also showed me how to maintain the new system. It's very quiet and smooth. I highly recommend Precision Garage Doors.

Trey was amazing! We heard about Precision from a family member who was pleased with their service. When our dilapidated garage door broke, we called Precision, too. So happy we did! Don't remember the techs name, but he did an excellent job, of explaining, everything he was doing, and giving tips on maintenance. Installed a new keypad, and everything was fixed.

The service is superior. In comparison to one other garage door service I used previously, Precision Garage Service is well better and more honest for its quality, price, and contract. After knowing I work at Shriners Children’s Hospital, the service man volunteered to give 10 percent discount. Thanks!

He went out of his way to help me move a few things and his work was absolutely top-notch. Furthermore, it was extremely easy to schedule the appointment and they were here the following day.
