Luke explained everything he did and in addition to the repair, took the time to make adjustments to the garage door opener so that the door closes tighter.

Repeat customers for a reason. All around great (no delay) service every time we call for help. Our technician showed up thinking he was just fixing a broken spring and some basic maintenance on our over-sized garage door. He ended up staying for hours installing a really cool new opener and stayed even longer to help us program our cars to work with the new system. Not easy. The technician was efficient and polite. My only complaint is that your technicians should be trained NOT to ASK to punch the code in for the customer, but let the customer punch it in themselves discreetly. I did this for my daughter who experienced a traumatic home break in a few years ago. Security is paramount!! Oh, and I'm not sure why my debit card was not swiped or inserted for the card read. He punched in the numbers individually. Strange.

Tim arrived earlier than appointment time, called ahead to let me know he was on the way. Listened to me when I explained the problem. I ended up replacing the opener (it was over 25 years old) Tim explained everything to me, how the opener worked and all the details of the remote. He also helped me get the app up and running.
