Technician Shane was early, friendly, knowledgeable, and had many years of experience. After doing a few tests, he figured out the problem and fixed it. I’m so glad I called Precision! I’m not sure who I spoke with to make the appointment but she was friendly, efficient, and able to book me for the same day which I didn’t expect. David, the technician who arrived to fix a loose garage door cable and install a new garage door opener, was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He was able to show up for the appointment early and answered all of the questions my husband and I had. He removed the old garage door opener and installed a new one quickly and cleaned everything up afterward. He also explained everything we needed to know about the new opener. He even tweaked the track so the cables weren’t rubbing against it and now it is silent for the first time since we’ve lived in our house. The quote I was given over the phone was exactly what I was charged with no surprises or upselling. David exceeded our expectations and he was great to work with! I’m very impressed with him and with the company’s commitment to their customers. Thank you!

Joe, the service technician was very nice and helpful in his service. He was able to tell us right up front what was wrong and how much it would cost. I was able to get the appointment right away. Hunter came to my house within an hour of calling precision door service. He was very courteous. He didn't mind putting a mask on my request. Much appreciated. He gave me detailed breakdown of what happened and what needs to be done to fix it with few options to choose from. I called Precision Garage Door Opener Repair of Portland on a Saturday evening and a technician, Andrew, came out the next morning to repair my garage door opener. He assessed my garage door opener, gave me the results, recommendation and estimates. After I consented to the repair, he repaired it with new parts and within an hour, my garage door opener was functioning again! Andrew was professional, friendly and timely. I highly recommend them!
