We had two (2) other service techs from competitors that said our garage opener system was too old for new universal remotes. Tim proved the other techs wrong and we now have new remotes that work. We recently purchased a new home and the garage door opener was opening and closing on it’s own. We called and were given an appointment first thing the next morning. We purchased the door from Precision slightly more than a year ago.The seal at bottom when closed left a gap at one corner, then the door wasn’t closing without constant pressure on the button. The service person diagnosed all the problems explain how to deal with them and installed a thicker seal which we needed due other work in garage and serviced the door. He told us how to maintain the door. I was satisfied with this service wish the earlier installation had been better on the custom fitting and information front but very satisfied with product and this follow up .
