This is the 3rd time for us using Precision Garage Door. Nicholas your technician was great and on time. He explained everything and what he was going to do to resolve our door issue. He was quit polite and respectful of our property as he went about his work. The same day service we received was greatfully appreciated especially in this day and age. Also we appreciated the veterans discount on parts. I will recommend Precision Garage Door Service to all my neighbors as the sevice was great. JS

My wife and I could not be happier with your repair service technicians Brian (supervisor) and Jackson (trainee). We found them both to be very knowledgeable , courteous and friendly. They called to let us know they would be arriving ahead of our scheduled time. They examined both of our garage doors and gave us expert recommendations for the necessary repairs on our doors. They presented us with costs for the optional repairs. After we agreed to which repairs we wanted they began work immediately. Brian and Jackson answered all our question as they worked on the repairs. We were pleasantly surprised they had all necessary parts and supplies with them. They thoroughly checked all their work and operation of the doors upon completion of the job. The entire job took less than two hours start to finish. Precision Door should be proud to have Brian and Jackson on their staff. Jeff and Sue Pika

Had a great experience with Precision. My garage door stopped working late on Friday, but they were able to get there Saturday morning to fix it. My technician, Brian Stearns, was great--very professional and efficient and clearly walked through all of the options for me. Would highly recommend them!

I chose Precision Garage Door Service after talking to the google highest rated garage door service companies in the area. Precision is very highly rated with a lot of positive reviews, they were also the best price for the work that I thought I needed done. I called Precision at 11:45 am on Friday to schedule an appointment and the service technician arrived at my at 12:30 pm the same day. The technician was very friendly, informative and thorough. He was able to fix the door while he was there and took the time to educate me on preventative maintenance I could do to keep everything working properly and hopefully last longer. I highly recommend this company.

Hayden did good work here! Was on time for our appointment, called 10 minutes beforehand for a heads-up and provided personable, efficient service at a reasonable cost. We've needed this company's services before and have always been very satisfied with the results. Highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service --

I came home one evening and the garage door wouldn't open. I was very pleased that I could book an appointment for the next morning. The online booking was very easy. The technician (Luke) was running a bit late and he called me to let me know. He then let me know when he was on the way. I received a message with his picture so I knew who to expect. He quickly diagnosed the problem and provided me with the options and cost. In a couple of hours, he had replaced everything but the door and rails. He also showed me how to maintain the new system. It's very quiet and smooth. I highly recommend Precision Garage Doors.

Trey was amazing! We heard about Precision from a family member who was pleased with their service. When our dilapidated garage door broke, we called Precision, too. So happy we did! Trey was here within a couple of hours (he called us along the way to give us an expected time) and rescued our stuck vehicle. Tomorrow we will be ordering new garage doors from Precision, too. Fantastic company!

Leah Cutler

Friendly! Great job.

I purchased my garage door opener 5 years ago and I was having issues with it. Scott from Precision came out to look at it and got it running again. He also gave me options for my next steps in replacing the door itself. He was incredibly helpful and responsive and I appreciate his attention to my problem. I will be looking at Precision first when I look to purchase my new door and for future needs.

Christopher Walker

The service is superior. In comparison to one other garage door service I used previously, Precision Garage Service is well better and more honest for its quality, price, and contract. After knowing I work at Shriners Children’s Hospital, the service man volunteered to give 10 percent discount. Thanks!

We have had other companies over the years, but called Precision Doors this time. Fantastic experience! Luke was our tech and he was wonderful. Very knowledgeable and super nice. He went out of his way to help me move a few things and his work was absolutely top-notch. Furthermore, it was extremely easy to schedule the appointment and they were here the following day. Luke & Precision will be our go-to garage door people from now on. I HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend this company.

Jeff Wessel

Precision reacted very quickly to my request for repair. They sent a very good service man, Luke Dials, to make the repair. I can easily recommend Precision and Luke Dials. I would use both again.
