The Precision team replaced 2 Garage openers today for me with Lift master 87504 and I couldn't be happier with the service and quality of work. They arrived right on time, were incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. I was expecting 3 to 4 hours of work and they finished in a little over two. That included helping me get the online app set up and programmed. Awesome work by the guys!! Great job!

The garage door itself is amazing! My house was built in 1943 and has some issues. My old garage door was wooden and falling apart They went above and beyond to get the new door properly installed. I cannot thank them enough. They have really brought my house to the next level. Marcos is one of the best in the business. If you can make a request for a technician, Marcos would be the one.

Was impressed with same day service. Hayden, the tech, was on time and very knowledgeable. Diagnosed the problem and had all the parts to repair in his truck. We called Precision for a minor (we thought) replacement of a worn bottom rubber bumper on our double garage door. Precision scheduled a technician within two hours. Service tech, Beau, assessed the situation, found a failed edge hinge we were not aware of. He talked with us about repair options, gave us reasonable detailed estimates, efficiently replaced the damaged part and installed other hinges carefully. We appreciated Beau's friendly manner, technical know-how, clear communication and providing us a range of options. And, yes, the bottom rubber bumper was replaced too. Recommend Precision most highly.

We had been having some issues with our garage door not opening and closing right. I called Precision and they sent out a technician the same day. Our technician was Trey and he came right on time and was friendly, knowledgeable and did the safety inspection, lubricated the door and diagnosed the problem and fixed it for a fair price. The safety eyes at the bottom of the door needed to be repositioned as the sun was affecting their ability to work together. I also had an issue with my older classic Mercedes garage door opener not working with the new garage door opener. If a vehicle is pre 2013 due to changes in how the signal operates it may be that I just have to use the hand opener which works fine. Trey promised a call back from one of their senior techs on this issue later today which is fine.
