I was able to get the appointment right away. Hunter came to my house within an hour of calling precision door service. He was very courteous. He didn't mind putting a mask on my request. Much appreciated. He gave me detailed breakdown of what happened and what needs to be done to fix it with few options to choose from. After choosing the option he went at it and fixed the problem very quickly. It was nice to have Hunter fixing my garage door. Highly recommended.

I called Precision Garage Door Opener Repair of Portland on a Saturday evening and a technician, Andrew, came out the next morning to repair my garage door opener. He assessed my garage door opener, gave me the results, recommendation and estimates. After I consented to the repair, he repaired it with new parts and within an hour, my garage door opener was functioning again! Andrew was professional, friendly and timely. I highly recommend them!

Our spring broke on our garage door. David came out on a Sunday and gave us three different Options for repair. Our garage door opener what is 23 years old. Besides Replacing the spring he also put in a new garage door opener all in two hours. Reasonable price and great work.

Joe, the service technician was very nice and helpful in his service. He was able to tell us right up front what was wrong and how much it would cost. He replaced some rollers and bearings on our garage door. We had a quick turnaround time for the repair, just a Precision’s ad stated. I would definitely contact them again should I need their type of service in the future.
