Luke was a fantastic technician, showed up on time, went through all the repairs and upgrades that needed to be done and completed the work in a timely manner. Really appreciate the hard work he put in, would highly recommend. Never heard a garage door so quiet, thanks again!

My appointment was scheduled promptly and the technician, Colby, was an excellent communicator and offered a comprehensive assessment and did not pressure my decision making/ feel like he was a salesperson. I had a new system installed due to an aging /faulty model. The service was prompt and completed - all in about a hour. Thanks for your work- would recommend.

Excellent and professional same day service by Brian and David. Company that treats their employees well. Not sure about the cost as rival company told me I overpaid, but then they would, wouldn't they?

Really appreciated the service call from tech David Heath. He was able to come up with a cost effective solution to the damage to our garage door. He took the opportunity to make other adjustments to improve its operation. He let me know when he would arrive, he was on time, he was friendly and professional, and explained everything that was going on with the door and what the options for repair might look like. I really appreciated his attention to detail.

Called Precision Garage Door Service of Portland on a Sunday and they arrived two hours later in 98 degree heat and replaced my broken springs. Amazing service! Thank you!

The giant spring on the garage door broke on a Sunday with the car inside. There was no way to get the garage door open. We took a chance and called Precision. They answered and had someone out to the house within a couple hours. He was super professional and got it fixed. We heard about Precision from a radio ad. Thanks SO much Precision!

The garage door itself is amazing! My house was built in 1943 and has some issues. My old garage door was wooden and falling apart They went above and beyond to get the new door properly installed. I cannot thank them enough. They have really brought my house to the next level. Marcos is one of the best in the business. If you can make a request for a technician, Marcos would be the one.

Joe showed up on time and fixed a pretty jacked up garage door in an hour! Great work.
