Called because our 20 year old garage door opener was making funny noises. Scheduled appointment and Joe came out. Found the problem was a worn out part quickly and recommended replacing the old opener. He did a great job installing the new opener and spent time showing me what was different. Ted quickly diagnosed the problem gave an estimate on the spot and completed the work in a timely fashion, cleaned up after himself and left leaving me with a working garage door. Wonderful, efficient and professional service. My garage door's main spring broke on a Saturday, and they had a terrific tech, Marcus, out within an hour. He had everything fixed in just a few more hours, with all the replacement parts in his truck. I highly recommend them. It's also a great feature that you can watch an introductory video of the tech before he/she arrives - that way you know who to expect. A nice touch.

After parking my car in the garage and closing the garage door, I realized I left the remote in my car. My keypad would not work to open the door. As Precision had worked on the garage door about 20 years earlier, I called them and an appointment was set for early the next morning. Happily for me, Joe was the gentleman assigned to help me.
