Appreciated the text updates of our appointment and the call from the technician that he was leaving his current job to our appointment. Hayden was great, friendly and courteous and after his assessment explained clearly what needed to be done. After his work, the garage door is so much quieter and efficient. I had trouble identifying a company to use but glad I chose Precision Door Service. Recommended with no reservations.

We called Precision for a minor (we thought) replacement of a worn bottom rubber bumper on our double garage door. Precision scheduled a technician within two hours. Service tech, Beau, assessed the situation, found a failed edge hinge we were not aware of. He talked with us about repair options, gave us reasonable detailed estimates, efficiently replaced the damaged part and installed other hinges carefully. We appreciated Beau's friendly manner, technical know-how, clear communication and providing us a range of options. And, yes, the bottom rubber bumper was replaced too. Recommend Precision most highly.

We had been having some issues with our garage door not opening and closing right. I called Precision and they sent out a technician the same day. Our technician was Trey and he came right on time and was friendly, knowledgeable and did the safety inspection, lubricated the door and diagnosed the problem and fixed it for a fair price. The safety eyes at the bottom of the door needed to be repositioned as the sun was affecting their ability to work together. I also had an issue with my older classic Mercedes garage door opener not working with the new garage door opener. If a vehicle is pre 2013 due to changes in how the signal operates it may be that I just have to use the hand opener which works fine. Trey promised a call back from one of their senior techs on this issue later today which is fine.

We purchased our garage door from Precision in 2016 and the whole process was smooth as silk from our salesperson through installation. This is the first repair we've needed since it was installed (broken spring) and our technician Nicholas did an excellent job! We opted for the Overhaul 10year package and we're very pleased with the result! Thanks, PDS!

I am eighty years old and use a walker. It was Sunday afternoon and my garage door was stuck in the open position. I called Precision and Nicholas arrived within half an hour. He cleaned off the laser eye, checked springs, rollars, lubrication. As we were reviewing the work. he heard the beeping of a smoke alarm, tracked it down and disarmed the worn out battery-which I will replace. Nicholas's went above and beyond standard service and I am so grateful.
