Precision is a name of a company that is well known and does good work. Our technician, Jeffrey, called to say he was on his way, arrived promptly, introduced himself and told me what he was going to do. After his evaluation, he showed me what needed to be done and the cost. He worked hard and completed the job in good time.

Beau was an awesome, courteous, professional technician. He determined what was malfunctioning on my old unit and was able to install a new garage door opener in an hour. Then he walked me through all the features of the new unit and made sure my car built in button was in sync with the opener. I couldn’t have asked for better service.

Joe was so nice and spent a long time with us explaining all of the different options so that we could make an informed decision and then he gave us a great deal. We also had a dangerous lose spring on one of our garage doors and he put a cable through it so that we could still use that garage door until they could come to put the new ones on. He did that for our safety and didn't even charge us! That was really really nice!

I've used Precision many times and they are always very punctual, quick to response (often same day!) and the technicians are well-mannered and a pleasure to deal with. The cost is probably on the higher end, but they do great work!

A few hours later, Nicholas came by--super friendly, super efficient, and great about answering my questions. This is my second experience with Precision, and I wouldn't hesitate to call them again.

Our garage door quit working on July 4. "Oh no! Not a holiday!" We assumed we wouldn't be able to get it repaired that day. But, Precision Garage Door Service was able to schedule the repair within a couple hours of the phone call. We are so happy with the service we received. Beau June was fabulous.
