The tech arrived at 1:00, adjusted and lubed a few things and was gone by 1:20. The bill was $233.95. Do you realize that is $11.69 per min. or $$701.85 per hr. Even if you remove the $74.95 service fee it’s still $7.95 a min. or $477 an hr. Seems quite exorbitant to me. Will probably try a different service company next time.

Called for appointment earlier this morning about my garage door that snapped. Dispatcher provided an estimate & asked me what time I preferred. Repairman Pen was on time & very polite. He inspected everything & explained in detail what he found & cost to fix. Pen did an outstanding job & takes pride in his work.
