The technician was efficient and polite. My only complaint is that your technicians should be trained NOT to ASK to punch the code in for the customer, but let the customer punch it in themselves discreetly. I did this for my daughter who experienced a traumatic home break in a few years ago. Security is paramount!! Oh, and I'm not sure why my debit card was not swiped or inserted for the card read. He punched in the numbers individually. Strange.

Exceeded expectations. Tim came out and replaced the hinges and spring on my garage door. It was all done in about an hour and a half. He was professional and courteous and finished the job in his quoted estimate. Would highly recommend!

I’m so glad I called Precision! I’m not sure who I spoke with to make the appointment but she was friendly, efficient, and able to book me for the same day which I didn’t expect. David, the technician who arrived to fix a loose garage door cable and install a new garage door opener, was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He was able to show up for the appointment early and answered all of the questions my husband and I had. He removed the old garage door opener and installed a new one quickly and cleaned everything up afterward. He also explained everything we needed to know about the new opener. He even tweaked the track so the cables weren’t rubbing against it and now it is silent for the first time since we’ve lived in our house. The quote I was given over the phone was exactly what I was charged with no surprises or upselling. David exceeded our expectations and he was great to work with! I’m very impressed with him and with the company’s commitment to their customers. Thank you!

We recently moved into our home and when the garage door wouldn’t close we called Precision for help. Ted showed up early and quickly assessed the issue and identified options for us. He finished up the work quickly and showed us how everything worked and we were back in business. We now have Precision’s business card above the door opener switch for future needs. Joe, the service technician was very nice and helpful in his service. He was able to tell us right up front what was wrong and how much it would cost. He replaced some rollers and bearings on our garage door. We had a quick turnaround time for the repair, just a Precision’s ad stated.
