After attempting (and failing) on our own to troubleshoot what turned out to be some rather serious issues with our garage door, we decided to call Precision Door Service after reading reviews online. We described the issue to a Precision representative and a technician arrived at our home shortly after. Shane H. thoroughly examined the state of our garage door, identified the problem, and went over a few options with us. From beginning to end Shane was courteous, professional, and demonstrated the highest level of service as he was ultimately able to fix the issue we were having with the garage door spring and cables. I couldn't believe that it only took 4 hours after my call for a technician to arrive and one hour after that, my garage door was fixed. We needed to replace a broken spring, bearings and rollers, and it's as good as new! Ten year warranty on parts (one year on labor) and a 10% senior discount! I have no way of comparing prices, but I'm satisfied.

We had an issue with our new garage door installation. Our garage has low clearance so it was not a typical installation. Our issue was that one of the rollers left the track frequently. The first tech who came out didn't solve the problem. I called in again and they scheduled a senior tech to come take a look. CJ showed up and took a *lot* of time analyzing the problem and got everything squared away. 5 stars for CJ but only 4 overall since there was an initial issue that wasn't resolved with the first follow up. Having said that, I would recommend this company.
