This was my second experience with Precision Door. One of my springs broke yesterday and was under warranty from years ago. Precision sent their man this morning to get me patched up, not even 24 hours after my call. Sean was very knowledgeable and efficient. He answered all of my questions and offered some solicited advice. I'm very glad I have Precision Door in my corner now and in the future to keep my garage door working properly.

100% painless! Hunter diagnosed the problem, gave me options, and I selected what should have taken an hour and a half and it took him less than an hour. Very personable and while I worked on my car we chatted a bit. I would recommend Precision to anyone. Customer service guaranteed.

I would recommend Precision Door Service in a heartbeat. We called about a broken garage door opener. They were able to send someone out the next day. Our technician, Sean, was professional and friendly. He quickly identified several potential concerns and the root of our problem. I feel confident that he would have repaired our existing system if he felt that was a viable option. Our system needed to be replaced and he was able to provide me a couple options for our bid right on the spot. The whole opener system and chain rod were replaced in about an hour. So grateful to have our issue resolved quickly and with obvious skill. Love the new opener system, it’s much quieter than our old one. I will be happy to utilize Precision again in the future if ever the need presents itself.

Needed new garage door openers for both doors. Joe inspected the doors prior to installing them and recommended some repairs to the doors. Joe completed the repairs, installed both openers and cleaned up the worksite in a few hours. He set the codes for the keypads, helped me sync the Homelink device in my car, and ensured I knew how to operate them all. Great work.

Today, my garage door would not close and I was in a panic. I could not figure out how to manually close and Google was no help. I called Precision Door Service and spoke to a live person within one minute. They sent Sean C. out with a window in the afternoon but he was running early and was there before I knew it. This is a good thing, since I had to sit out in the garage and wait. He was extremely kind and professional. He diagnosed the issue within minutes and had it fixed in less than an hour. I have had some less than positive experiences with repairmen and such so I wasn't expecting such an amazing experience. This company is the real deal. Repair price was reasonable as well. He let me know that my garage door opener was getting old, but should last me a little longer. I can assure any reader of this review, that I am 100% calling upon this company to replace it when it's time. I cannot sing their praises any louder!!! Kudos to such a well run and helpful business!!!!

Tim my service man called and let me know he would be here in 20mi. The options were offered to me as to the different ways of dealing with my problem. Tim share the policy of the company and I chose what I needed for now . Tim went over the information as to the year warranty. He work very well and was very respectful. I had not heard of Precision before calling but was very happy I found them. The spring on my 2-car garage door broke mid-day on Saturday leaving me stuck at home with both cars in the garage. I found Precision on the web, talked to a live dispatcher and had someone out to look at it in about 3 hours. Given the rapid response I fully expected to pay a premium for the service but was pleasantly surprised to find that Precision charges standard (and reasonable!) rates. My repair person presented additional options beyond just repairing the springs but I got no sense of being pressured or upsold. I was very happy with the whole experience and would definitely use Precision again and recommend to others.
