Precision is a name of a company that is well known and does good work. Our technician, Jeffrey, called to say he was on his way, arrived promptly, introduced himself and told me what he was going to do. After his evaluation, he showed me what needed to be done and the cost. He worked hard and completed the job in good time.

Beau was an awesome, courteous, professional technician. He determined what was malfunctioning on my old unit and was able to install a new garage door opener in an hour. Then he walked me through all the features of the new unit and made sure my car built in button was in sync with the opener. I couldn’t have asked for better service.

Joe was so nice and spent a long time with us explaining all of the different options so that we could make an informed decision and then he gave us a great deal. We also had a dangerous lose spring on one of our garage doors and he put a cable through it so that we could still use that garage door until they could come to put the new ones on. He did that for our safety and didn't even charge us! That was really really nice!

I've used Precision many times and they are always very punctual, quick to response (often same day!) and the technicians are well-mannered and a pleasure to deal with. The cost is probably on the higher end, but they do great work!

8 AM: "We should replace the garage door opener." 2 PM: "Wow, the new opener is so quiet." What happened in between? Great communication with Precision, as I explored the options for a new opener. A few hours later, Nicholas came by--super friendly, super efficient, and great about answering my questions. This is my second experience with Precision, and I wouldn't hesitate to call them again.

Our garage door quit working on July 4. "Oh no! Not a holiday!" We assumed we wouldn't be able to get it repaired that day. But, Precision Garage Door Service was able to schedule the repair within a couple hours of the phone call. We are so happy with the service we received. Beau June was fabulous. He was kind and efficient. He obviously knew what he was doing and didn't mind answering any of our questions. We just moved into a new home when the garage door decided to stop opening, leaving our car stranded. Fortunately there was a sticker from Precision Door Service in the garage, so we called and got an immediate response. Yes, we could get service on a Sunday morning with no extra charge!! Jeffery came on time and was very clear about our options to repair the problem. He was knowledgable, professional, efficient and polite. 3 stars because you responded quickly. The attendant was courteous and blamed my phone for the issue. The door often goes back up after coming down. We sweep as advised. This time the attendant found that there seemed to be be movement that could cause the problem. He attempted to fix it. He was in the truck about to leave and it went back up. Came back, also had fixed the clickers which will be helpful. Just frustrating. The door had worked then didn’t. Not the first time to have a tech come out.

Today's experience with David was terrific. He replaced my garage door opener , which did need to be replaced. It was nineteen years old. He explained my options and answered my questions clearly. He was courteous and professional. Problem solved! the garage door is opening and closing again!

We had Precision replace two original doors in our 1960’s home. From our first contact with Paul our estimator we knew it was the right company to do business with, his knowledge and expertise guided us through preparing our garage for two new doors, what was needed for clearance for installation and the process. Our installer CJ arrived on time, appreciated the prep we had done to make it an easy install, talked through options on mounting and future drywall I planned on installing, he understood my attention to details as I’m an avid DIYer. The install was perfect, we LOVE the new doors, wondering why we hadn’t done this earlier!

Service was next day. They did a safety check and got to root cause of noise and door not closing issue. Changed one of my springs and install new tube all in warranty and I had to pay nothing. Service was excellent and Trey the technician was fabulous. Customer service was above par and they resolved my issue and everything else above in under an hour!
