Joe from Precision Garage Door was friendly and able to efficiently diagnose and fix my garage door tracks that were bent and squeaky. He provided options for different repairs and was able to bend the tracks back into place - and replaced the old rollers. All the options were reasonably priced and the end result was what we were looking for - no more squeaky door! Would definitely recommend.

Although I did not get a competitive bid, the price of repair and service seemed reasonable for the number of parts and the time taken to complete the repair. Their repair techs replaced 2 panels in one of our new doors, which were damaged during the original installation. It took the service guy 20 minutes, start to finish, to swap out the two panels. However, it took the company nearly a year to get around to doing it. Overall, though, I still gave them a 5-star rating for customer service, price competitiveness, and effort to be the go-to garage door vendor in the PNW!

Of course the garage door breaks on a Sunday morning. Made an online appointment for the same day, and the tech was there is about 90 minutes. Springs were replaced, new key pad and additional remotes programmed within another 90 minutes. Robert was friendly and professional. Excellent experience!
