Nicholas Alby was excellent - He explained the complete workings of my garage door, and then explained the reason(s) for the spring failure. He provided me a detailed estimate. he went to work and quickly and efficiently repaired our door and also took the time to adjust it. The door now opens and closes more quietly and smoothly than before. He cleaned up the repair area perfectly. If I ever need another Garage Door repair I will be calling Precision and asking for Nicholas!

Precision is a name of a company that is well known and does good work. Our technician, Jeffrey, called to say he was on his way, arrived promptly, introduced himself and told me what he was going to do. After his evaluation, he showed me what needed to be done and the cost. He worked hard and completed the job in good time.

Beau was an awesome, courteous, professional technician. He determined what was malfunctioning on my old unit and was able to install a new garage door opener in an hour. Then he walked me through all the features of the new unit and made sure my car built in button was in sync with the opener. I couldn’t have asked for better service.

Joe was so nice and spent a long time with us explaining all of the different options so that we could make an informed decision and then he gave us a great deal. We also had a dangerous lose spring on one of our garage doors and he put a cable through it so that we could still use that garage door until they could come to put the new ones on. He did that for our safety and didn't even charge us! That was really really nice!

Stephanie Ordway

Garage door randomly broke. Precision door service came out same day and gave us a heads up call that they were on their way. They gave us our options without trying to upsell. They were so fast and polite. Also wonderful online booking system.

I've used Precision many times and they are always very punctual, quick to response (often same day!) and the technicians are well-mannered and a pleasure to deal with. The cost is probably on the higher end, but they do great work!

I hired Precision to install a new electric garage door, and the entire experience was smooth. Their customer service—both over the phone and through the website—was easy and efficient, and the installation went off without a hitch. The new door works great. I chose Precision based on a friend’s recommendation, so I didn’t shop around for prices, but the service and product both seem high quality, and I’m very satisfied.

Benjamin Potloff

We had a great experience with Precision. They responded to our inquiry quickly and came out and gave an honest assessment and recommendation. We ended up replacing our garage door and they were very upfront about our options and the different price points. When they installed the door they were professional, quick, and easy to work with. 5 stars!
