I was lucky enough to have a technician at my house the same day, 1.5 hours after I called. I had a spring break, but my spring, garage door opener and wheels were 20 years old, so I went with the Best option available with the longer warranty. I got new wheels, new springs, and a much quieter garage door opener. My technician, Jeffrey, was great to work with, he was fast and did an excellent job. Thanks!

Couldn't program a new remote for my LiftMaster garage door opener installed in 2000. Called Precision because they were the dealer for LiftMaster. Joe arrived 90 minutes later. Trouble shot the opener and gave me a couple options. I choose to replace the opener. Joe had one on his truck and had it installed in 90 Minutes. Joe did a great job. Expensive but done right. Colby Diaz immediately diagnosed the problem with our new garage door system and fixed the problem. He was very thorough, went step by step back through the installation process, and made the necessary adjustments so that the problem would not recur. He then repeatedly tested the door with the inside wall-mounted keypad, the outside keypad, and the remotes. He was friendly and professional. When you call for an appointment, don’t waste time, just ask for Colby.

I am a do it yourself person and I managed to install the new garage door motor myself, but I was having issues with programming portion, and after re-reading the instructions several times, my wife told me to call Precision Garage Door. They had been to our house in 2021 to install a new door spring. I was able to get a technician named Colby to come over within two hours, he was personable, knowledgeable, professional, and had a good sense of humor too. He fixed the issue within 15 minutes. I am so grateful for Precision. Colby was awesome, he really knows the ins/outs for everything on garage doors, and takes pride in his job. It's really nice to know that there is a wonderful A++ business out there like Precision Garage Doors. Call them for ALL your garage door issues, you won't be disappointed. He explained to me and provided three different estimates depending on the work I wanted done and I chose to go with the best to replace everything that need was needed. Called Precision when the spring broke on my garage. They gave me a quote over the phone when I called and had me scheduled within minutes, and then someone was at my house within in hour! They sent confirmation immediately and provided details (and picture) about the technician. The technician (Scott) was super nice, communicative, and efficient. They stayed true to the quoted rate. I had a working garage door within 2 hours of realizing it was broken. Highly recommend.

Very quick response to my service request - I could not get the garage door open and my car was inside! I called the company who installed the door first. They said it would likely be over a week to get out and look at it. Precision was out and fixed the door within 2 hours.
