Precision always provides excellent service. My garage door stopped working when my power went out during the recent ice storm. Precision responded quickly to my request for assistance. Hunter came over, fixed the problem and installed a surge protector to prevent future problems. He was courteous, efficient and professional. Overall a good experience. They replaced my broken spring. The repairman was professional, courteous, and finished in a timely manner. Only complaint is the price seemed a little high, $350 for two springs. And that was with a $100 discount!

The guys came last minute and fixed my springs and installed a new garage door opener. Very nice walked me through the new garage door opener. Luke was super nice. He said once i get my in car garage remote fixed give him a call and he will walk me through setting it up.

Precision was able to have a technician out within 2 hours of my call. Luke was very professional, did a thorough review of the entire system and replaced the spring which had broken. He answered all of my questions and provided the best solution for our repair needs without trying to sell me something I didn’t need. In the two times I have had to use Precision Door Service, I have found them to be dependable, courteous and trustworthy. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of overhead garage door repair!

Top Notch Service from (Travis). Travis originally solved an issue with our Garage Door, that another Firm...kinda Gave up on! I was so impressed with his perseverance, attention to detail, and his insatiable quest for excellence! Just recently had Travis perform a minor tune up, and while he was here, he noticed that the bottom weather strip is long overdue to be replaced. He will be returning next week, to install. I have No hesitation in terms of recommending this Excellent Company!
