Sam was our technician and did a great job. He explained what he was doing and why he was doing it. He was efficient in his set up of tools and parts to accomplish the rebuild of our door spring system. Sam took the time to show me how to lubricate the door hinges as well while he did that. Total time to replace my internal spring system was about an hour. He is a very knowledgeable person and an excellent representative of Precision Door Service.

I’d highly recommend Precision Door Services. They live up to their TV ads with professional, knowledgeable and courteous staff. Brian was my repair technician. He was professional, and polite and went over all my options to fix the door as well as replace old worn parts. I chose to take care of additional items beyond just the broken parts for peace of mind and to avoid any other issues in the near future. Brian had all parts replaced and the door working again within the 2 hour work window that was scheduled. I appreciated that his work van was stocked well and he could fix everything with one visit. When Brian was finished he went over annual maintenance to keep the door operating at peak performance. Much appreciated!

I was very surprised to book online and have a technician to my house within 3 hours. Beau was extremely professional and nice to talk to. He did not try to upsell me on anything, but did explain average life on certain items and our system far out passed that. I thought I was only going to get springs replaced, but knowing the rest of the system was 27 years old, we bit the bullet and upgraded. I was very shocked and surprised at the price, but I hope that covers the next 27 years and so on. Again, Beau was great to work with and he did a great job with installation and explaining everything to us.

Nicholas did a great job. He called me and arranged to come early. He checked out the door, rails and opener to make sure there were no underlying issues. He replaced the bottom seal with a much sturdier metal framed seal. Tested it to make sure it sealed completely. He cleaned the door where he had been handling it. Very professional. He left me very satisfied. After three weeks of waiting for Gary to respond, I was very relieved. Thanks very much Richard

Really great service. They were able to schedule an appointment for the very next day. The technician was right on time and diagnosed my intermittent functioning garage door opener. It turned out to be the electronic panel in the opener box. The unit is 17 yrs old and yet they had a replacement panel right in the truck! I have used Precision on a few occasions now. The latest was for an issue I was having with the wall mounted garage door opener. I called and got an appointment for the next day. The technician got here and took a look and had it resolved in 15 minutes and let me know what he had done and he also did some other checks to make sure everything looked good.
