What a great company, my garage broke at 11pm on Friday night, I called them at 6am the following morning thinking there’s no way someone will pick up. Asked for a checkup and maintenance since this is a new home to us. Completely “put together” and knew it as soon as the guy opened his mouth. I was told I’d need to spend anywhere from $1000-$2000, depending on the level of repair I chose. Unneeded repair. The doors are only 6 years old. Sent him on his way and just paid $145 to a large competitor for an education on care and lesson on lubrication. Too bad for Precision if they’re paying their guys for unnecessary upselling. Can’ BS a BS’er.

We where very impressed by the quick, courteous and efficient service. Your timing was perfect. We were told that you’d show up between 1 & 3 PM. Your technicians were here at 12:30! They did a safety review of our current equipment and explained the options available to fix our problems. Not only did they instal the necessary equipment on the door that needed repair, they corrected an issue on the other door! The repairs were completed and everything is now working with Precision. They cleaned up after the work was complete and hauled away the broken parts. When they left our garage was cleaner than they found it!

I was recommended Precision Garage Door from a friend. I called at 9:30 in the morning and was told that could have a tech out to my house between 12:00 and 2:00pm. At 11:30 David called and as the would be here at 12:00. I was thrilled to have that kind of response in todays day of everything is “6 weeks out”. David was awesome. He gave me a quote upfront, listed a couple options to consider and didn’t try to up-sell me on stuff I don’t need. David had my garage door repaired in less than 30 minutes.
