This was the first time I have used Precision. It was easy to make an appointment and Jeffery arrived early, which was great. He was very friendly and efficient. He replaced the springs and bearings on my garage door and made sure everything was in good working order before he left.

Hayden came out and performed a broken spring repair. He was prompt and vert professional, also identified additional safety hazards on our garage system and was able to repair the spring and roller bar. He also inspected our adjacent doors to ensure they're in proper working order and what items to look out for and replace at some point in the future. Thank you for an awesome job.

Sam was our technician and did a great job. He explained what he was doing and why he was doing it. He was efficient in his set up of tools and parts to accomplish the rebuild of our door spring system. Sam took the time to show me how to lubricate the door hinges as well while he did that. Total time to replace my internal spring system was about an hour. He is a very knowledgeable person and an excellent representative of Precision Door Service.

He was professional, and polite and went over all my options to fix the door as well as replace old worn parts. I chose to take care of additional items beyond just the broken parts for peace of mind and to avoid any other issues in the near future. Brian had all parts replaced and the door working again within the 2 hour work window that was scheduled. I appreciated that his work van was stocked well and he could fix everything with one visit. When Brian was finished he went over annual maintenance to keep the door operating at peak performance. Much appreciated!

I was very surprised to book online and have a technician to my house within 3 hours. Beau was extremely professional and nice to talk to. He did not try to upsell me on anything, but did explain average life on certain items and our system far out passed that. I thought I was only going to get springs replaced, but knowing the rest of the system was 27 years old, we bit the bullet and upgraded. I was very shocked and surprised at the price, but I hope that covers the next 27 years and so on. Again, Beau was great to work with and he did a great job with installation and explaining everything to us.
