Our garage door spring broke, leaving our vehicle trapped in the garage. We felt confident in calling Precision Garage Door Service, who's well known in our area. Technician Scott was able to come out within about 30 minutes and replaced both springs within an hour. He answered all our questions and was friendly. Precision's rapid response and excellent job were much appreciated by us. We won't hesitate to recommend this company to others if they have the need.

Precision Door was prompt, courteous and a delight to work with. They answered their phones! Tech Nick Alby was knowledgeable, on time and made the repairs in a timely manner. He explained everything to me, took pictures so I would have all the info I would need to address the cause with my HOA. He has my needs in mind which means I’ll be back to precision if I need any help in the future. Joe from Precision Garage Door was friendly and able to efficiently diagnose and fix my garage door tracks that were bent and squeaky. He provided options for different repairs and was able to bend the tracks back into place - and replaced the old rollers. All the options were reasonably priced and the end result was what we were looking for - no more squeaky door! Would definitely recommend.

Prompt response after I called for a repair to a broken garage door spring. On site quickly, determined what the problem was and the needed solution. Although I did not get a competitive bid, the price of repair and service seemed reasonable for the number of parts and the time taken to complete the repair. Very pleased with Jeffrey, the technician. Friendly, polite and knowledgeable. Quality work.

Colby is an asset to Precision Door. Called and spoke with me about coming earlier than our appointment. Examined the situation and provided a detailed breakdown and estimate, which was reasonable considering the age of the garage door. Proceeded to repair the door and it works perfectly! All repairs completed within two hours. Thank you for your professionalism. If I have any issues in the future I will definitely call you. Carl

Their repair techs replaced 2 panels in one of our new doors, which were damaged during the original installation. It took the service guy 20 minutes, start to finish, to swap out the two panels. However, it took the company nearly a year to get around to doing it. Overall, though, I still gave them a 5-star rating for customer service, price competitiveness, and effort to be the go-to garage door vendor in the PNW!
