Colby did a great job overhauling our 53 yr old wood door. Many worn out parts along with the broken spring. New parts are sealed bearing type with 5yr warranty on all work.

SUPER - Sunday 3/30 - around 11:05 am called for service - garage door opener wasn't - working was told repair service man would be coming sometime before 1 pm - shortly after hanging up - rec'd call - saying someone will be arriving in about in 30 min or so & James did - immediately found the problem & then check the other parts on both doors - completed around 12:30 - super service - highly recommended - James is a very pleasant person

Garage door opener light was not working when opening and closing the door. Replaced light bulb. Also, inspection uncovered looser roller bearings. Replaced roller bearings on both ends. Finally, tightened belt and lubricated all hinges. Great job, Chuck Thank you

Today, years after my initial installation I received an email from Precision. I was informed that they would waive the inspection fee on my doors and fix minor issues. My garage door started to get louder, experience speed bumps along the track and then eventually not close all the way leaving a two inch gap at the bottom. So I decided to call Precision GARAGE DOOR SERVICE since I had exceptional service from them in the past. Bryan Sanders was the technician that arrived earlier than I expected (which was nice). He was very friendly and seemed to be an expert in the garage door industry. He made recommendations and let us know of all the options available to make our garage door safe & reliable. After Bryan completed the replacement of worn parts & made the necessary adjustments, he did a superb job cleaning up.
