Precision installed our beautiful sleek modern garage door and garage door opener in May 2024. Had an issue with door partially closing and then going up again. I called Precision and made an appointment for the following day. Joe Igla was the technician who identified the problem within 30 seconds. Of course the garage door breaks on a Sunday morning. Made an online appointment for the same day, and the tech was there is about 90 minutes. Springs were replaced, new key pad and additional remotes programmed within another 90 minutes. Robert was friendly and professional. Excellent experience!

I was lucky enough to have a technician at my house the same day, 1.5 hours after I called. I had a spring break, but my spring, garage door opener and wheels were 20 years old, so I went with the Best option available with the longer warranty. Couldn't program a new remote for my LiftMaster garage door opener installed in 2000. Called Precision because they were the dealer for LiftMaster. Joe arrived 90 minutes later. Trouble shot the opener and gave me a couple options. I choose to replace the opener. Joe had one on his truck and had it installed in 90 Minutes. Joe did a great job. Expensive but done right. Colby Diaz immediately diagnosed the problem with our new garage door system and fixed the problem. He was very thorough, went step by step back through the installation process, and made the necessary adjustments so that the problem would not recur. He then repeatedly tested the door with the inside wall-mounted keypad, the outside keypad, and the remotes. He was friendly and professional. When you call for an appointment, don’t waste time, just ask for Colby.
