I had an issue with my remote garage door opener and called on Sunday afternoon. From the time I scheduled an appointment to the time a representative arrived was approximately one hour. Trey did an outstanding job inspecting and troubleshooting the remote issue. He was professional, courteous and very personable. I’m impressed by the service provided by Precision Doors. Thank you!

Just paid for the service charges $75.00 . The tech want to replace one panel for garage door for $1,400.00 which he said can't repair or replace new garage door for $2,800.00 . And will adjust a left loose cable for $285.00 more. Luckily I didn't fall on this trap. This morning one company came to repair the door, replaced the strut enforcer, replaced two cables, adjusted the door tension, replaced my new rollers for $450.00 .

I am very impressed with how smooth and effortless this whole situation ended up being. Having my garage door spring snap in half and trapping my car in the garage seemed like a headache. I was recommended to call Precision from a friend. They where available on the weekend when I was home from work, and had all the parts to replace my old system! What a pleasant experience to unfortunate event. I upgraded my old 2004 system to a brand new lift master. Now I have a smart garage door opener with an app, a working key pad, a camera, LED light on a sensor, did I mention how quiet this one is? Thank you Joe at Precision!

I called Precision because my garage opener clicker was glitching and I wanted to be proactive and what a great decision! David Heath came out and talked new garage door openers. Who knew what an interesting subject. Ultimately I decided, due to the age of my current opener (2008), I wanted to upgrade to a new opener. David went to work. Within an hour I had a new space age Liftmaster installed with two new clickers, keypad, and garage opener button; and bonus it has a camera. David tested and confirmed all were in working order and then explained everything to me. I didn't start my day thinking I would be getting a new fancy garage door opener, but here we are. Super efficient and quiet opener and I would totally recommend Precision Garage Door Service and David

Our 20 year old garage door opener needed to be replaced, and Luke was the person to do it! He was super communicative and professional, gave us lots of options, made improvements that didn't cost anything extra, and took the time to help with the app and setting up the remotes in our cars. We got an appointment same day, the technician Boe arrived when he said he would, diagnosed the problem and gave us several options to choose from. He installed a new motor, door springs, roller and sensors very quickly and did quality work. So much quieter than the almost 30-year-old one he replaced. Had never used your company before but but was drawn to you by TV commercials. Jason arrived within the 2 hour window I was given. He courteous and knowledgeable of my situation. Explained the repairs that should be made and suggested a new door opener along with the costs. I declined the new opener because of the cost. He made the other repairs and adjustments very quickly and left.

Mark came out to replace a panel that was damaged on a new garage door that had been installed. He was punctual (actually arrived a few minutes early), polite, professional and quickly completed the work. While I wasn't expecting it, he also serviced the door. Great job!!

I had called 2 others, but no one answered. I had a loud squeaking noise as the door moved up and down. Trey came on time and did a safety check and said the moving parts of the door were worn and needed to be replaced. He also checked the garage opener and said there was some wear on it, but I didn't want to replace it as it was newer than the door and rails. He was very professional and did a quick and good complete job. I'm very happy with the service and his knowledge. Now that's the way to run a business! I had a broken spring and could not raise my door. Googled to find a service and was lucky to call Precision. The technician, Joe, came to house and noticed the springs were previously installed by Precision. I knew I had them replaced about ten or so years ago, but couldn't recall, or find the paperwork. Joe made a couple phone calls and they found the information (installed 12 years ago) and instead of a several hundred dollar repair (which I was ready to pay) only charged me the well under $100 for the service call as the springs were warranted. I've now posted their business card right next to my opener. Will definitely call them again, or refer them to anyone that asks me. Thank you Joe!
