This is the second time I have used Precision Door Service. The first was to install a new garage door opener and second was to replace broken spring. In both cases, the tech was polite, on time and professional. Today, David repaired my broken spring. He was there in less than an hour after of my call. He spent time to explained everything. I had him add some new rollers and the entire job was complete very quick. He cleaned up after the job. My garage door is now fixed and quieter than ever ! Just like new! Thanks David and the team for the quick and professional response. I will definitely use them again. You should give them a try!

I backed my trailer into a partially opened garage door. I called Precision Door Service after 5pm on Thursday and was scheduled to have a technician come to my house Friday morning at 7am. My technician, Dave H., was the ultimate professional - he was timely, extremely knowledgeable, and clearly communicated options for my consideration.
