The service I received was excellent - 5 star. I called late in the afternoon one day and was able to schedule a service call for the next. Jon accessed the damage to the single car garage door and repaired it with a brace. He also made sure nothing else needed repair and oiled/greased the wheels in the opening/closing tract. (I might be using incorrect terminology!) He was very personable and professional. And lastly, the cost was very reasonable. I recommended your company to my real estate agent, in case anyone else damages a garage door in the last stages of moving!

Selected Precision Door service based on a large number of positive reviews and a good, clear, informative website. Due to a damaged single garage door decided to replace both the single & double doors. Victor from sales showed me many options and i made a selection based on style and budget. All in all total cost turned out to be better than i had expected (even comparing with Home Depot/ Lowe's and taking install / removal of old doors in to account). Selected Sandstone for color which ended up looking very nice with my brick fascia. Once the job was finished the install team helped me maneuver my non running car back in to position, which was a big help. Got clear tips on how to maintain the doors, track system & my old existing motor too. Would definitely use them again based on a great price and quality service.

I was very impressed with the individual that came to service my garage door opening. He actually came early--a good thing--and was clearly knowledgeable about garage door openers. Took him no longer than five minutes to locate the problem which he readily repaired. I would certainly call Precision in the future if I have garage door problems.

We received great service from our tech, Ray G. He explained everything that he was doing to fix our garage door spring. He recommended some additional replacements such as the barrings and rollers. He didn't pressure us into choosing the more expensive price, he did a great job explaining what each replacement was going to do. We are thankful for his suggestion. Our garage is a lot more quieter than it was before.

Precision staff worked on my old garage door several years ago and managed to identify and fix a problem which another company failed to do. I called today for an inspection and maintenance which, of course, was done well. We bought a "complete garage door tune-up" on a AAA Daily Deal. We were even able to schedule a "same-day" appt. for our service. Our technician, Dave, was friendly and professional. After completing his inspection, he explained the condition of our garage door and didn't try to sell us repairs we didn't need. Since our garage door opener is fairly old, we know we'll call Precision when it's time for it to be replaced!

Today we bought a coupon from Amazon Local and Ray came out this afternoon to tune up our garage door and install new rollers. Our request for service on our noisy opener was handled efficiently and courteously. We feared that bearings in the opener had failed and the unit would need to be replaced. It surprised us to get service the same day--in fact--we were called to see if it would be convenient for the technician to arrive several hours earlier than originally scheduled, Wow! Jon--our service tech--was careful, quickly diagnosed the issues, and quickly, (with a few squirts of grease} returned our door to quiet service. We used Precision Overhead Garage Door service to install a new opener, then later when the spring broke to do a complete overhaul of the door. Today Precision came out to service a garage door I had not opened in eight years. Ray did a complete and meticulous service of the door, gave me advice on how to extend the life of the door and did a quick check of the other door. I called this morning and the service was done today. Awesome quality service, that is why I always use Precision!

I'm impressed, our garage door spring broke on a Friday night, trapping one of our cars inside. Called Precision Door Service on Saturday morning around 9:00 and by 4 pm, Jon the technician was installing the new spring. About 40 minutes later the springs on, all of the hinges lubricated and a quick adjustment on the door opener. I'm totally impressed and happy with the service provided by Jon the technician and Precision Door Service! Thank you.
