I highly recommend Precision Door for great customer service . My 36 year old Genie opener finally died at my rental property so last night I made an appointment with Precision to come out and give me an estimate. Ray called about a half hour before the appointed 10AM time to tell me he's on the way. I asked about possibly going back to a manual locking system and not replacing the opener. There was no hard sell or objection from Ray ,in fact he offered a few different lock choices. I finally opted for a replacement opener that Ray installed quickly and at a very reasonable price. He took the time to go over everything with both me and my tenant and left the garage in better order than the way we started. Thanks very much Precision Door Service.Five stars !!! Bill Johnson

5 stars, service was great, from the receptionist who was friendly and helpful, to the technician. The door broke at 8 am and was repaired same day by noon. Technican was very informative, curdiious, and did a great job.

A five star company for sure! I needed my garage door checked because it wasn't shutting correctly, and my house is being inspected for sale . My service person came at the time I asked for , promptly at noon. I needed a new motor which took a couple hours to replace. The service person did the replacement on the spot,was polite, knowledgeable, and able to explain everything to me . When he finished, he made sure I knew how to use the code and openers. Excellent work! 5 stars . Advertising is very informative and gave me confidence in calling the company. The person who took my order was friendly,humorous, and efficient. Thank you for a thoroughly worry free repair.

I give this whole experience a 5 star. I was offered an appointment the same day which I couldn't do but they accommodated my schedule. Jon called 1/2 before arriving saying that he would be there on time which he was. He quickly assessed the problem with my garage door, installed extra bolts top of door panel and gave me the option of replacing the rollers given their age. I had already watched the videos on your website so knew exactly what he was talking about. He explained everything he did. His communication skills are excellent and he knows how to provide excellent customer service. Your website is fabulous and very informative. I am recommending your company to both realtors who are involved in the sale of my condo in Beaverton. Thank you for excellent service.

Great service! We were called in advance of the service call, our technician was very polite. Our problem was very simple and so to make the visit worthwhile, the technician did some simple maintenance to our system which we appreciated.

I am very happy with the service provided. I called Sunday morning and in 1 h the technician (Josh)was at my house. He presented the options I had and the estimate for each option. I chose to replace the rollers/cables/springs/shaft and he finished the job in 1h30min. Josh was nice, professional, and did a great job!

I don't remember my tech's name, but he was prompt, patient courteous and knowledgeable. We discussed the alternatives, and he was very open to starting with the least expensive of them (I think it worked.). I would certainly use their services again if the need arose.

Ray was fantastic! He assessed the issues and then explained to me what was going on and how best to remedy. We discussed the best way to fix and he proceeded to make the garage door perform better. We then talked about the life of my garage door opener and I now know what to be aware of in the next few years! He was very efficient and personable. I first hired another company that looked like a great deal but they did not know what they were doing. The other company caused problems, couldn't fix the garage door and their technician hurt himself. Aaron, with Precision, was knowledgeable and experienced. He told me that he wasn't the cheapest in town but explained the quality of parts they use to fix a garage door to make sure that a job was done right the first time. After seeing how dangerous a garage door can be if a spring breaks I wanted it done right and saving a few dollars was not worth it. While the service cost more than I expected, Precision was able to work around my schedule on a Saturday morning. Our tech Brad arrived on time, was very knowledgeable and professional and did a great job repairing our garage door. He needed to do some modifications that were not expected but still completed the job in an hour and I never realized an automatic garage door could open and close so quietly.
