Best service you can get, quick, easy, friendly. A window opened to an earlier time and was moved to it within 10 min. of making the appointment. Dave was like family with his performance and friendly manner, knuckles to you buddy! Precision will be the only one fixing or replacing my garage door when the time comes. The same day service is why I used Precision, mine needed to be done on the weekend. Also the 5 star rating. You will go along way with your service, VERY happy customer. Broken spring was the culprit.

I'd give a 5 Star Rating for the service I received. When I called for an estimate and to schedule an appointment my questions were answered without hesitation and I was offered next day service with a 2 hour window. I was advised in advance the technician name (along with a photo and profile), date of scheduled service and time he'd arrive. Dave P. was our technician. He called at 8:03 a.m. (our appointment was scheduled between 8:00 a.m. & 10:00 a.m.) stating he would arrive in 15 minutes...which he did. Dave arrived in a clean well marked truck. Dave appearance and demeanor was very professional. Dave went right to work and was finished within approx. 1 hour. Dave checked for appropriate condition and operation of the complete garage door functionality, not just the springs and bearings that were replaced. I felt he was forthright and truthful on his assessments and I did not feel he tried to up-charge me on anything that I really didn't need. The overall experience was excellent and I'd gladly recommend this company to family and friends. Thank You Dave P. and Precision for a job well done.

Originally our garage door opener was installed by Precision Door Service, so when our door spring broke, we called them to repair it. The technician, Aaron Wagman, arrived on time, surveyed the garage door and informed us of the potential repairs. He provided 3 quotes covering the repairs. We chose the complete package, which replaced all items except the rollers, in addition with this package, all parts now have a life time warranty. Aaron informed us exactly what he was going to do and gave us a time frame. He was efficient, his work was of high quality and he completed it within the time frame he gave us. We were impressed by the entire process.

5 stars! We responded to a coupon in the Oregonian, and were we ever pleased! Our technician, Ray, was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Our single garage door needed some major repairs to function normally, and he did it quickly and professionally.

Dave P did a great job. Our door works better than it has for 20 plus years! Dave repaired our 16 foot door by installing new springs, brackets, and bearings, and lubed the opener shaft, we are good to go! Dave was very professional in his work and is trained well. Very timely, provided a range of options for fixing the problem. One issue with the travel adjustments required him to come back the next day, so I can't give 5 stars. :( But the overall experience was very good, and the new garage door opener works great.

Josh called ahead to ask if he could arrive early which was awesome! He repaired the broken spring and installed new nylon wheels for the door. The door is like new! The price was very reasonable considering it was an emergency call. I would highly recommend Precision Door!

A garage door tune up was performed. Additionally, my door was often sticking upon opening, especially first open on cold days. The technician was on time (within 15 minutes of scheduled appointment) and called to tell me when he was close to arriving. He was friendly, clean and efficient. He did the full tune up and gave me a quote for the additional service that needs to be done. I am very satisfied with the service level. I had an Amazon Local voucher so I am also satisfied with the price. My only call out is that it took about a month to get an appointment, but I guess that just means they're busy (a good sign of a good business).

Dear Precision Garage Door, Overall, I had a great experience with Precision Garage Door. The technician, Josh, was on time, knowledgeable, and at no point did I feel like he was trying to rip me off or be dishonest. He identified the issue rather quickly, and the fix was completed within an hour and a half. I do however, have a recommendation. When I contacted Precision Garage Door on Friday, February 13th, at 5:02 p.m., I spoke with a girl who set me up for the appointment. She was not rude, but she was not personable, and she did not make me want to do business with Precision Garage Door (in fact, I had considered telling her that I would call someone else, as I expected her to be more helpful). She failed to disclose the $69.95 service fee, which I later found out about by reading reviews. I was not upset about this service fee, but I do expect to be told about it before you come visit my home! As a manager of a call center that schedules appointments for service at a car dealership, I know the repercussions of not quoting diagnosis time. The customer should always know what to expect - and when they don't, it is those experiences that contribute to a poor reputation and negative reviews. Other than that, I don't have any qualms with the service that I received. I will use your company again, as I was impressed with the customer service provided by Josh, along with the price of the repair. Thank you, Stesha Powers

We were so pleasantly surprise. When the Tech arrived he quickly assessed everything and gave us a number of options. What surprised us most was that he was ready to install our new opener right there on the spot. He estimated an hour and a half and it was almost exactly that. Brad was also a great guy. We have nothing but good things to say about the experience.

Excellent service, from the receptionist, estimator to installer. Prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. The final tab was not cheap, but, since we purchased two new garage doors and electric openers, we feel that the cost was well worth it. This company is highly recommended.
