We received great service from our tech, Ray G. He explained everything that he was doing to fix our garage door spring. He recommended some additional replacements such as the barrings and rollers. He didn't pressure us into choosing the more expensive price, he did a great job explaining what each replacement was going to do. We are thankful for his suggestion. Our garage is a lot more quieter than it was before.

Precision staff worked on my old garage door several years ago and managed to identify and fix a problem which another company failed to do. I called today for an inspection and maintenance which, of course, was done well. We bought a "complete garage door tune-up" on a AAA Daily Deal. We were even able to schedule a "same-day" appt. for our service. Our technician, Dave, was friendly and professional. After completing his inspection, he explained the condition of our garage door and didn't try to sell us repairs we didn't need. Since our garage door opener is fairly old, we know we'll call Precision when it's time for it to be replaced!

Today we bought a coupon from Amazon Local and Ray came out this afternoon to tune up our garage door and install new rollers. He called when we were told he would and he came when he said he would and was very knowledgeable, good at his job, pleasant and a gentleman. We will call Precision and ask for Ray in the future.

Our request for service on our noisy opener was handled efficiently and courteously. We feared that bearings in the opener had failed and the unit would need to be replaced. It surprised us to get service the same day--in fact--we were called to see if it would be convenient for the technician to arrive several hours earlier than originally scheduled, Wow! Jon--our service tech--was careful, quickly diagnosed the issues, and quickly, (with a few squirts of grease} returned our door to quiet service. He explained clearly what he was doing and followed that with a complete analysis and notes by e mail. We are delighted! Thanks, Precision!

We used Precision Overhead Garage Door service to install a new opener, then later when the spring broke to do a complete overhaul of the door. Today Precision came out to service a garage door I had not opened in eight years. Ray did a complete and meticulous service of the door, gave me advice on how to extend the life of the door and did a quick check of the other door. I called this morning and the service was done today. Awesome quality service, that is why I always use Precision!

I'm impressed, our garage door spring broke on a Friday night, trapping one of our cars inside. Called Precision Door Service on Saturday morning around 9:00 and by 4 pm, Jon the technician was installing the new spring. About 40 minutes later the springs on, all of the hinges lubricated and a quick adjustment on the door opener. I'm totally impressed and happy with the service provided by Jon the technician and Precision Door Service! Thank you.

Best service you can get, quick, easy, friendly. A window opened to an earlier time and was moved to it within 10 min. of making the appointment. Dave was like family with his performance and friendly manner, knuckles to you buddy! Precision will be the only one fixing or replacing my garage door when the time comes. The same day service is why I used Precision, mine needed to be done on the weekend. Also the 5 star rating. You will go along way with your service, VERY happy customer. I'd give a 5 Star Rating for the service I received. When I called for an estimate and to schedule an appointment my questions were answered without hesitation and I was offered next day service with a 2 hour window. I was advised in advance the technician name (along with a photo and profile), date of scheduled service and time he'd arrive. Dave P. was our technician. He called at 8:03 a.m. (our appointment was scheduled between 8:00 a.m. & 10:00 a.m.) stating he would arrive in 15 minutes...which he did. Dave arrived in a clean well marked truck. Dave appearance and demeanor was very professional. Dave went right to work and was finished within approx. 1 hour. Dave checked for appropriate condition and operation of the complete garage door functionality, not just the springs and bearings that were replaced. I felt he was forthright and truthful on his assessments and I did not feel he tried to up-charge me on anything that I really didn't need. The overall experience was excellent and I'd gladly recommend this company to family and friends. Thank You Dave P. and Precision for a job well done.

Originally our garage door opener was installed by Precision Door Service, so when our door spring broke, we called them to repair it. The technician, Aaron Wagman, arrived on time, surveyed the garage door and informed us of the potential repairs. He provided 3 quotes covering the repairs. We chose the complete package, which replaced all items except the rollers, in addition with this package, all parts now have a life time warranty. Aaron informed us exactly what he was going to do and gave us a time frame. He was efficient, his work was of high quality and he completed it within the time frame he gave us. We were impressed by the entire process.
