I had a tune up and replaced the old rollers w/ the new nylon rollers, something I purchased on the AAA Member deals. I was leary at first, but couldn't pass up the deal. When the tech (Branden) came, he was fast, efficient, and friendly. I did have a slight problem w/ the door not closing properly after the tech left, but this had happened before and they were quick to have him come back out and repair with no hassel-it was a quick fix. Customer service was excellent and they were all fast and effective and wanted a smooth resolve as much as I did. I will be back to Precision for all my garage door needs.

Ray and his helper did a great job. One of my openers broke and I was past due for replacing my two 35 year old garage door openers. Ray reviewed the different Precision models as well as offering to install any other brand I might choose. I went with the Precision belt driven model. I cannot believe how quiet it is. In addition to replacing the old openers, they also replaced all the rollers, replaced both springs, adjusted the track and tightened and lubricated the door hinges. I could not be happier with the final result.

I was discouraged because my first appointment with a two hour time frame did NOT happen. However, Jess appeared 15 minutes later and I immediately knew his knowledge of garage doors was the best. Besides that, his personality and concern for being past the time limit was sincere. Jess was able to arrange a discount for me because of the appointment being late and followed through to get the part needed the following day to complete the project on my door----it looks great! I would recommend him to anyone with garage door problems!

Our 30 year old garage door system began failing the day before leaving on a three day trip. Precision Garage Door had someone arrive within a few hours at the stated arrival time. The technician was very professional. He explained to us what was wrong and what our options were. He didn't try to "sell" one option over the other. He just explained the pros and cons of each option and then let us decide what we thought was best. We realized that due to the age of our system we really needed more done than just replacing the garage door motor. The job was going to take four hours and it was already 4 PM. No problem. He had the equipment in his truck for the option we chose and could get the work done then. Given that we were leaving town the next day we were quite grateful that he was willing to work into the evening. He did and it worked fine. We are quite pleased with the work that was done and the professionalism of the technician. I would highly recommend Precision Garage Door.

Garage door repair. I think our tech was Brad. He was awesome!!! Brad came to my home on short notice because I couldn't get my garage door to close. He not only got it closed for me, but he showed me several techniques I could use in the future should I have that problem again. He also lubricated both doors, showed me how to do it myself in the future, and told me where I could go in my neighborhood to get the preferred product. Brad's professionalism and knowledge will certainly be a repeat customer in the future. Without reservation I recommend Precision Overhead Garage Door Service!

These guys are great! We called 1st thing in the morning with an emergency and they had a service person out within an hour. Aaron was amazing! He was extremely professional and knowledgeable. I would give Precision a 5-star rating if the price would have been more reasonable. I was given an estimate over the phone by Ponderosa Garage Doors for $450. Precision was almost double the price. The only reason I went with Precision was the lifetime warranty. Ponderosa's warranty was something like 2-3 years. Precision did excellent work, and the garage door works perfectly now. It's nice to know I won't have that to worry about any longer.

I saw their advertisement in the Oregonian and since my automatic opener was not functional, I thought I would give them a call. I am sure glad I did. The technician was named Aaron. I thought he did an outstanding job on my garage door. He is truly a craftsman. With the installation of a new motor, a weather strip (That I had asked for) and a tune up and inspection, the door works better than it ever has since I bought my house 6 years ago. Well worth the price. Kudos to Aaron and the rest of the Precision crew.

One of the springs to my garage door broke Friday afternoon,the beginning of the Memorial Day weekend. Thinking I had to wait till Tuesday to get it repaired,I was pleasantly surprised that a service tech was available late morning on Saturday. Aaron not only replaced both springs,but he also made some minor adjustments to the door free of charge. I would certainly recommend Precision for all your garage door needs!:)

I have only positive things to say about my experience with Precision door. My old door was falling apart and I needed to have it looked at. I agreed with Paul's assessment that it should be replaced. I thought the price was fair so I ordered a new door and after a short wait, Jess came out (arrived early) and did a masterful job of installing the new door. He was meticulous in his work and I am extremely pleased with the finished product! He did a very good cleanup too! No hesitation in recommending this company and their professionalism!
