Estimate was fair. When it came time for installation they communicated exactly when they were coming, what they were going to do, and how long it would take. Tim was the lead and Kyle was his helper and student. Tim knew exactly what they were doing and the end result was perfect. If I need any more work done on my house I will be judging those tradesman to this high standard. Thank you Tim and Kyle.

I was incredibly impressed with them. The initial consult lasted about an hour - with the rep answering every dumb question I had, while take detailed measurements. He had given me mockups with confirmed quotes before he left. I got another quote from a different (well known) local company - where the rep spent a total of (I kid you not) 6 minutes. They were offering a Home Depot brand door at a higher price than Precision! Install day with Precision went smooth. The installers made sure I was happy with everything and cleaned up everything. I cannot recommend going with Precision enough.

Luke was top notch and the difference was night and day! Luke showed and explained the reason things failed and suggested a solution that keep our charming mid-century garage doors, but corrected and updated all of the moving parts and adjusted the sensors to keep everyone safer. Now, instead of sounding like a freight train is running through our garage when opening and closing, the door action is so smooth that it's nearly silent. Really appreciate Luke's explanations, attention to detail, and timely workmanship. Highly recommend!!

Setting up an appointment to look at our garage door issues was easy and they came out very quickly. Precision Garage Door Service made it really easy. We knew we needed to invest in doing something with our 3 garage doors. One had a broken spring another had issues with the cable and the spool and the third worked OK. We were looking into spending close to $8000 - $9000 for new doors and all that goes with that project. We saw the commercial on TV for Precision Garage Doors and liked what we saw. We were thinking this was going to be a long, drawn-out project. I couldn't have been more wrong. I called your company in the morning and that afternoon Jeffrey showed up. Jeffrey was very professional and friendly. It wasn't long before we had all the confidence in the world that we had the right company and the right person to take care of our garage door problems. Jeffrey was very thorough and meticulous. He could have told my wife and I that we needed all new everything and we would have done that. But Jeffrey pointed out the things we needed and the things that could be fixed and still used. Jeffrey put both my wife and I at ease and confident with being able to make the right decisions. When our spring broke yesterday morning and the garage door company, I've used in the past was closed, the first company that came to mind was precision and their commercials where they say "fully stocked ready to rock" - so I called. The representative looked at the booking calendar and asked how about now for them to come out. Robert (and yes, he's in the commercial) showed up in a matter of 30 minutes and was done an hour later. New springs, stranded cable and bearings done. Precision is the real deal. Jackson our installer did an excellent job fixing our springs and rollers in record time. Same day service with a smile on a Saturday! We had one door cable and spring break and decided to fix the second which had springs of a similar age and used double springs this time for longevity.

The spring on my garage door broke on a Saturday evening, trapping my car in the garage. I was able to call at 7:00 am Sunday morning for an appointment and a technician was at my house by 8:15 am. He did an excellent job and got it repaired. Very professional company and so easy to work with!
