Jason was great. Install went smooth. He was knowledgeable and explained everything. Offered me upgrades and I didn’t feel pressured to take them. I did end up upgrading the all the parts after finding out all that was included as I felt it was worth it for my situation.

They installed the door 8 yrs ago and have serviced it periodically since. Noticed a clunking noise and called. Next day response. Diagnosed the issue with a bearing plate. Had the plates in the service truck. 1 hour later a satisfied customer. Door works smooth as silk.

Very happy with this company. First, they got me scheduled within a day. The technician, Ted, was able to arrive just ahead of schedule. Very friendly and knowledgeable. The issue we were having was a little unique because of the age of the garage door, but Ted was able to find a solution and it didn't break the bank. Great service, great communication, great reliability. Definitely will call again.

I was very impressed with Precision Door. I called to make an appointment for a garage opener problem. Andrew arrived within 25 minutes. He was very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. Our outside garage opener stopped working, wasn’t a year old yet. We tried to get it working, with no luck. I called Presision door, a man name Gary walked us thru several different ways to reboot garage opener outside unit, none of them worked. Gary said he’d send someone right over. We said hey it’s Halloween afternoon, tomorrow will be fine if no one’s available, my goodness, someone was here in less than 10 minutes, garage opener was up and running in just a few minutes!!! You have exceeded my expectations!! Now that’s unbelievable service!! Thank you Precision Door

This is my third experience with Precision Garage Door and I have never had a bad experience. I called in my problem late afternoon on Monday and they gave me an appointment the next morning, so I was very happy about that ! Brandon gets an A++ from me and my husband for his very pleasant and professional attitude. He was a pleasure to work with. He helped us decide exactly what type of garage door opener system would fit our needs and I'm very happy with it. He was fast and efficient and patient with my pestering him while he worked ????I hope Precision Garage Door treats him well because he's a five-star employee !!!!

Very professional tech knew what he is doing. Went through a 25 point exam (might be wrong wording)and tested everything. He did recommend a new battery since it was close to expo date. Rather be safe than sorry. Would definitely recommend and use again

My garage door broke and I called Precision at 7:30am the next day. Andrew was at my house by 10am that very morning and installed a new opener and all new mechanics. You can't even hear the door lifting, it is so smooth and quiet! Andrew was professional, knowledgeable and courteous! This is my 2nd time using Precision and I will continue to do so!!

Mike Connely your service tech did a repair at my neighbor's a couple of weeks ago. I had all ready decided I was going to replace my garage doors and was going to start the process soon. I saw his truck and went over and ask if he could take all little time to talk to me following his service call. I was impressed with his demeanor and information, so ultimately decided to have Precision do the replacement. I received and accepted the estimate today.
