On a cold afternoon my garage door decided not to close even after three tries. I hurried to my computer to pull up Precision Door's phone number, called, explained the problem, they were busy, might not get to it until the next morning, but on looking again, one of the technicians was finishing up another job & was able to come in 11 minutes. Always professional, always polite, once again the technician was able to check out the problem, suggested what might take care of it and got to work. A short time later, the door closed completely and the garage was tight for the night. I suggest to all when you have a garage problem, call Precision Door Service, you will be glad I suggested this.

We called because of a faulty outside keypad and the 2 staff members were able to get out to us the very next day! After consulting with the employees, we decided to replace the garage door opener as well as the keypad. They were able to complete the entire process in just a few hours. The staff were efficient, good communicators, and very friendly. I was also impressed that they thanked me for my patronage and shook my hand; you don't see that type of professionalism much anymore.

The torsion spring and cables on our garage door broke. Contacted Precision Door at 11am, had an appointment booked for noon. Precision Garage Door installed our new gorgeous doors last year. I noticed that one of them was not going up all the way on the track and called this morning. They had a tech over within a couple of hours and he had the minor change fixed quickly but still did a full review of all parts of the door just to see if anything else needed looked at.
