Wasted my time! Didn't do the work. Tried to up sell me on various parts that were working fine. Suggested changing parts that have many years left in them. Just wanted a spring replacement at the original price quoted. Up sell was 3 times higher! Then said he couldn't do the work because I rent the home which should have been disclosed at the time of booking. Will never use or recommend this company. Bait and switch!

We had great service from Vance yesterday, Feb. 26, 2026. I had found the garage door opened the previous day when neither of us had been out there, and the time and date on the inside opener were wrong. We discussed with Vance the possibilities of why that might happen and we stil don't know for sure, but I asked him to check everything out. He suggested two options including to lubricate the tracks, etc. which he did. He explained exactly what he proposed to do and the cost of both options. I really appreciate the quick response and working with Vance was a pleasure!

Scheduling service is very easy and they can respond very quickly. The technicians are extremely good at what they do, thorough, knowledgeable and very easy to talk to. I called to make the appointment at nearly 9pm for service the next morning. Received a text with the technician's name about 30 minutes prior to the time of the appointment and a call shortly after that. Trey was on time, pleasant and knowledgeable. Gave me some choices on repair, got approval and did the repairs in the estimated time of about an hour. We confirmed the garage door operated properly. Very happy with the work.
