Jason Davenport completed the repair. He was very friendly and explained what he was doing for the door. He not only fixed the wiring problems but also tightened all the screws and lubricated all around. The door looked brand new when he was done. He ran a few test openings to confirm it was working very well. And, he was even able to arrive a little early which worked well for me.

Curtis was out to the house within a couple hours on the same day of my call to the Precision office. He did an expedient assessment, and provided the options for repairs/replacement. He had a new spring assembly installed to replace the original one that had broken after 20+ years, and was able to put a sturdy re-attachment in place for the original one that the automatic opener had ripped ripped away from the garage door when I had tried to use the powered opener without the supporting lift spring assembly. Just wish I had called days before, when problems first surfaced. Very pleasant experience from a technician who knew what he was doing. I would not hesitate to recommend Precision for your garage door repair needs.

Joe did a good job of quickly analyzing the problem with the door. He replaced the small part to allow the opener to work again and fixed one of the loose rollers on the side. Then we discussed options for new door since mine is a 1985 wood door with original hardware. Joe provided me with a variety of options for improvement of the existing garage door or the option of getting a new garage door. I have selected a new door to be installed in the near future.
