The previous garage door company that I had used no longer serviced this area and the precision advertising jingle got stuck in my head, so I called to have my door repaired, Same Day service as advertised, the technician, Trey was on time and quickly diagnosed the problem, HE explained to me the services and cost to repair my garage door. Joe from Precision Garage Door was friendly and able to efficiently diagnose and fix my garage door tracks that were bent and squeaky. He provided options for different repairs and was able to bend the tracks back into place - and replaced the old rollers. All the options were reasonably priced and the end result was what we were looking for - no more squeaky door! Would definitely recommend.

Their repair techs replaced 2 panels in one of our new doors, which were damaged during the original installation. It took the service guy 20 minutes, start to finish, to swap out the two panels. However, it took the company nearly a year to get around to doing it. Overall, though, I still gave them a 5-star rating for customer service, price competitiveness, and effort to be the go-to garage door vendor in the PNW!
