Highly recommended! The technician, Penuel, did a great job repairing our garage door which had snapped a cable and did some damage to the track. He was very professional and knowledgeable. Also, they were able to schedule the appointment on a Sunday which was awesome.

I couldn’t be happier. Brian was so knowledgeable and efficient. I felt confident in his ability to handle all my issues with the garage door, and some I hadn’t even noticed. When he was done, Brian instructed me on how and where to lube the door to keep it running smoothly. He went through the warranty info. He is super thorough which I appreciated. In addition, he’s a personal young man and a beautiful singing voice!

We had a garage door opener replacement installed. Brandon was personable, and professional. He explained all of our options. When he was finished, he synced our vehicles and demonstrated all of the new functions. The new opener is SO quiet. 10/10 would recommend.

Joe was awesome! The window for him to be at my house was from 8-10am. He called me at 7:40am to say he was on his way. He got here right at 8:00am! My garage door stopped working on Thursday and he was here Saturday! Joe knew immediately what the problem was and fixed the faulty sensor wires on the spot! He was done by 8:25am. Very reasonably priced as well. Will definitely be using this company in the future! Thanks again Joe!!!!!!!

Tremendous job by Installer/Technician Jason. Our 13 year old spring broke. We upgraded to the 10 year warranty package which included heavy-duty, robust parts. The garage door now works flawlessly (no rattles/noise). Always pleased with Precision's work.

I knew of Precision from local advertising and an excellent review. I called around 4:30pm on a Thursday and they came the next day. The technician was professional and very knowledgeable. The repairs were done in a very timely manner and a very good cleanup was done. There was also a 10 year warranty for my repair.

I called Precision on a Friday spoke to Christy who was very pleasant and professional. Explained our situation and how we weren’t sure if we needed new garage doors or to just have an opener installed. She set up an appointment with Paul for the following Monday. Paul arrived at 10am and after looking over our doors, he assured us the doors were actually in great shape and should hold up for many more years, so we decided to proceed with checking out having just a door opener installed. Paul said he would call the office as soon as he left and they could set up a time for an inspection with technician. Within 5 mins of Paul leaving, I received a call from Christy, who had just got a call from Paul and said she could send their technician Brian out our way same day at 2pm, if that would work for us? Brian arrived on time and after doing a thorough inspection and discussing some options, we decided to go ahead with having the door opener installed. He said he keeps his truck loaded with supplies so lo and behold, he was prepared to do the job right then if we wanted him to proceed. What a pleasant surprise. You bet we were ready! After completing the job, he took the time to show us everything he did and answer all of our questions. Everything was wrapped up by 4pm and we could not have asked for better service. From Christy on the phones, to Paul’s helpful ideas, to the quick response and arrival of the very competent, efficient and friendly Brian completing the work. What a great team~and great company. I highly recommend any and all from Precision Garage Door! Thank you Brian for sharing your knowledge and really helping us understand the process.

Wonderful experience! Customer service was very friendly, and scheduling was easy, and she worked around my schedule. Jason, the technician, was punctual and very friendly. My garage door needed a new opener. He explained my options in a clear and concise manner. I had questions regarding the overall condition of the door, as is 30 years old. After he showed me the parts that were wearing out, he educated me on parts that could be upgraded. He answered all my questions with such patience and was not pushy on the options he gave me and clearly explained each.
