Mike Connely your service tech did a repair at my neighbor's a couple of weeks ago. I had all ready decided I was going to replace my garage doors and was going to start the process soon. I saw his truck and went over and ask if he could take all little time to talk to me following his service call. I was impressed with his demeanor and information, so ultimately decided to have Precision do the replacement. I received and accepted the estimate today.

Tim was our repair guy. Very courteous, knowledgeable, and experienced! Our garage door spring broke over night and Friday morning the staff committed to having a repair tech out here on same day! That was fantastic. Tim called me in advance and said when he would arrive which was right on time. We discussed the problem he provide the quote and completed the repair timely! Thank you Precision!

Things seem to happen when you least expect it! Precision Door has always been responsive, prompt, and courteous. He showed up within a couple of hours of my phone call. He was prompt, courteous, and professional. He explained the problem and provided me with some options including repair or replacement. My garage door is a mess, but I just needed it to work for now. He fixed the problem in about an hour and provided me with a quote for replacing the entire system. I am very satisfied.

I went to take my trash out, hit the opener and heard a pop. Door opened up, but when closing had a major failure. Called Precision and they came out the same afternoon. Andrew arrived earlier than quoted. After a quick inspection, he noted what failed and why. Turns out that the previous owner did this on the cheap. Everything now fixed and working as it should be. Thank you Andrew and Precision. Highly recommended.

Very easy to get an appointment. Andrew came out and fixed my problem. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything in a way that I was able to understand the different options. Would certainly call Precision again.

A friend recommended Precision. When I called after 7:00 PM, I was greeted in a courteous way. I called back to get clarification and was greeted again with respect. The repairman arrived the next day and quickly helped explain how the door actually operated and gave some reasons why the problem happened including some ways to fix it correctly. Some good preventive service was recommended and I accepted.

Techs arrived on time and evaluated the doors. One spring broken. Recommended rebuilding both door systems as they are the same age and the second spring has similar number of cycles. Repair completed and we are very happy with the results.

We've had our garage doors since 2016 so there was maintenance needed. Brian was was excellent! He explained the process clearly, gave us solution options and communicated effectively.
