Our spring broke on late Friday night, we called Precision to see if we can get serviced soon. We called at 7:00pm and was able to get an appointment for someone to come out on Saturday between 12:00-2:00. Marcus came at 12:30 and replaced both springs. We pad Precision previously change the springs many years ago and bought the Lifetime Warrantee. Precision honored the agreement and completed the service free of charge. Great work Precision for prompt service and honoring the Warrantee without hassle. Tuan

I was extremely impressed with all aspects of the service. The technician, Pen, was timely, professional, and he demonstrated great technical and communication skills. My expectations were exceeded! The problem was solved and then Pen went above and beyond to fix a similar installation shortcut on the 2nd garage door. Pen was courteous and professional at all times - exemplary Tech! Pen was extremely helpful and got down to business to fix my issue. Having a BBB rated service for the Camas Washougal area is important. I am a repeat customer and would give Precision 6 stars if that was an option!

This is my second time using Precision and I continue to be impressed with their speedy and quality service! Andrew arrived and was able to not only fix my initial issue due to a recent power outage but also recommended additional repairs and parts replacement based on the age and wear and tear on my garage door opener that will prevent it from breaking down anytime in the near future. My garage door has never been so quiet opening and closing! He also took the time to show me how to reset my opener settings myself should I have a similar issue in the future. Thank you Andrew and Precision for helping give me peace of mind with a now working and safe garage door! I highly recommend them for any of your garage door needs.

We came home to find out door did not close. Upon inspection we noticed loose cables. A quick Google search and scanning reviews proved to us that Precision Garage Door Service was the right company to call. Joe arrived three hours BEFORE our expected service arrival estimate. It took him about two minutes to diagnose the issue and was gone within an hour and a half. The door is now operates quieter and smoother. Joe also noticed a similar issue on our other door and provided a quote in case we decide to fix it. If call Precision any time there I'd a garage door issue and have informed our neighbors about the issue and who to call. I get the feeling Joe will get to know most of our neighbors soon. Thanks for helping us!

I hired Precision Door after reviewing their ad in The Home Mag (Yamhill County). This company was Professional from the first phone call; answered by a nice human and their follow-up email, creatively sending a video overview of the assigned technician! The technician was timely, knowledgeable, friendly, and solved the problem. Again, very Professional.
