Broken spring late Saturday night at my home in Portland. Support my local business and see their advertisements. Scheduling was a breeze and was able to get in service call quickly. Call ahead from Jake helped with arrival timing. He explained the process and everything was lined out after safety inspection, so I knew what to expect in work order and cost estimate. On Monday evening, my garage door decided it didn't want to stay closed. Precision's on-line scheduling ap made it simple to schedule service on Tuesday morning! Gabe and Luke called to let me know that they were on their way. They were prompt, efficient, explained what the issue was and what my options were and, when I made a decision, they immediately went to work. When they were finished, they showed me what they'd done and pointed out a potential future problem for me to keep an eye on. HIGHLY recommended!

Ted was courteous and professional! If we need another garage door opener installed, he is the one to do it again. Ted came out on time and installed a new belt drive opener and his recommendation for a quiet opener was the perfect choice for our garage. Our bedroom sits above the garage. Ted also programmed my car to the new garage door opener and old garage door opener. We have a double garage side by side.

I am so pleased with the sevice from Precision, I would give more than a 5 star rating if I could! My garage door was not functioning at all, and is too heavy for me to lift by hand. First, when I called, a real person answered the phone. Christie (I am probably not spelling her name right). was courteous, professional, and had all the necessary information at hand. I have used Precision in the past, and the record was available. Second, I was told Brian would be the technician coming to my home, and since pictures of all the technicians are shown on the website, I knew exactly who to expect. Brian was also very courteous, professional and knowledgeable. After assessing the situation, he explained the options for necessary repairs or replacements of various parts. The door had not been assessed professionally in many years - my fault. It took a couple of hours to complete the replacement/repairs of various parts. Third, the company location, the response time, BBB rating and 'badges' shown on the website were all impressive; especially the pictures of the personnel. Brian said if I have any questions about the new opener, etc. to call the company for help. I will be calling in six months to schedule a maintenance inspection. The problem was solved in just a few hours. Thank you for your prompt response, and knowledgeable, courteous personnel. SO important.

I cannot express how amazing my experience has been. Although the actual work will be completed next week this whole experience has been amazing. I literally drove out of my garage with my hatch open and ripped my garage door off its hinges damaging most of it. Eric arrived within two hours of this happening. He not only surveyed the damage and put together a quote he helped me get it back on the rails enough to get it closed and secured it with a screwdriver. My quote came within two hours and I was estatic at the price. New garage door and new opener right around $1900. I thought it was going to be like 4000. Excellent company, excellent customer service, came to my rescue. You need to hire this company. You won’t be disappointed!! Nancy
