Booked my appointment one day ahead. The next day Andrew Del Fava came to service our door that had been neglected since it's install over ten years ago. Needless to say it made fingernails on a chalkboard sound beautiful. Not to be deterred, Andrew did an amazing job and got our door to almost hum, an amazing transformation! Andrew was prompt, communicative, very skilled and knowledgeable. Don't call around. Use Precision and be done!

Called Precision because of intermittent “banging” sound when the garage door was opening. Had same day service in a few hours. The technician, Jackson, diagnosed the problem immediately (damaged bearing plates) and replaced them quickly — a very affable technician who obviously knew what he was doing. My wife and I both told him that his skill would not be taken over by AI for a long time, if ever. We are completely satisfied with the work done by Jackson, and the rapid response time by Precision Garage Door Service.

Beau was great. First time using Precision. Got the rollers replaced and the door lubed. Beau explained everything, answered all my questions, did the work quickly, and the price was right. Luke is an outstanding technician; knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly. Precision’s service is top notch. Luke the technician was Fast, Professional, and Courteous. His workmanship is high quality. A year ago Precision Garage Door Service replaced opener, rollers and spring. 1 Year later... Free of charge, They warranty replaced one of the rollers. Additionally, lubricated the door hinges, rollers and rails.

Robert did a great job with our garage doors. They were realigned, springs were changed and he changed out one of the garage door openers. Everything works great! A bit overpriced though but you get what you pay for!

Andrew was great from start to finish. He called in advance with his ETA. Upon arrival he explained that he would take 20 minutes to fully examine the whole system. After his review he showed pictures of where my opener was either broken or damaged. He then gave me 3 written estimates from bandaid to complete fix. He didn’t pressure me at all. I chose the complete repair and he stayed overtime to complete the job. If I could give 6 stars I would.

Thank you to Precision for your prompt service to fix our garage door. I was so appreciative for same day service. A technician arrived to my house within 20 mins of my call and they are the only local company that is actually open on weekends with an added bonus, they won't upcharge for weekend repairs! When Beau, the technician, arrived, he was so kind and courteous. He answered my questions and thoroughly explained all the components of the repairs needed. He also offered me a teacher discount on my service. He was done within 2 hrs which included warm conversation, configuring an estimate, performing the actual repair and cleanup. I would definitely use Precision for any future garage door repairs or upgrades.
