Saw Tv ads. Was impressed by professional and large enough company that will be there. Call at 8 am when I discovered the main door opener no longer worked. Joe was here by 10 am and we had two new openers plus other fixes complete by 2 pm. Very efficient.

Joe did a good job of quickly analyzing the problem with the door. He replaced the small part to allow the opener to work again and fixed one of the loose rollers on the side. Then we discussed options for new door since mine is a 1985 wood door with original hardware. Joe provided me with a variety of options for improvement of the existing garage door or the option of getting a new garage door. I have selected a new door to be installed in the near future.

They installed the door 8 yrs ago and have serviced it periodically since. Noticed a clunking noise and called. Next day response. Diagnosed the issue with a bearing plate. Had the plates in the service truck. 1 hour later a satisfied customer. Door works smooth as silk.

Very happy with this company. First, they got me scheduled within a day. The technician, Ted, was able to arrive just ahead of schedule. Very friendly and knowledgeable. The issue we were having was a little unique because of the age of the garage door, but Ted was able to find a solution and it didn't break the bank. Great service, great communication, great reliability. Definitely will call again.

Our outside garage opener stopped working, wasn’t a year old yet. We tried to get it working, with no luck. I called Presision door, a man name Gary walked us thru several different ways to reboot garage opener outside unit, none of them worked. Gary said he’d send someone right over. We said hey it’s Halloween afternoon, tomorrow will be fine if no one’s available, my goodness, someone was here in less than 10 minutes, garage opener was up and running in just a few minutes!!! You have exceeded my expectations!! Now that’s unbelievable service!! Thank you Precision Door

This is my third experience with Precision Garage Door and I have never had a bad experience. I called in my problem late afternoon on Monday and they gave me an appointment the next morning, so I was very happy about that ! Brandon gets an A++ from me and my husband for his very pleasant and professional attitude. He was a pleasure to work with. He helped us decide exactly what type of garage door opener system would fit our needs and I'm very happy with it. He was fast and efficient and patient with my pestering him while he worked ????I hope Precision Garage Door treats him well because he's a five-star employee !!!!

Very professional tech knew what he is doing. Went through a 25 point exam (might be wrong wording)and tested everything. He did recommend a new battery since it was close to expo date. Rather be safe than sorry. Would definitely recommend and use again
