Garage Door spring broke overnight. I hopped online at 7:00 AM and got an appointment for 11 AM same day. Brian and David called at 10:45 saying they were on their way. They got here right at 11:00. My husband thought we had a warranty but I couldn't get the system to recognize me online. Brian and David were able to find our previous account (it was in my husbands name) and merged them so we were able to use the warranty. Everything got fixed right up. They were very kind and friendly and best of all did the job well. Thank you!

Totally pleased. Our garage door spring broke with a bang. Brian from Precision came out the same day and quickly put in a new set of springs. Extremely affable, he then went over his inspection of our 26 y.o. garage door and opener assembly, pointing out potential problems and gave us recommendations. We decided just to replace the springs at this time, but Brian did not in any way engage in what I would call pressure tactics. When the inevitable happens to our garage door, we will be calling Precision Door Service to correct the problem.

I called Precision because my garage door would not close. They were there within the hour. (Just like the commercial says!) Jeffrey was very polite and helpful. He went right to work diagnosing the problem. Turns out that it was an electrical problem, so Jeffrey could not actually solve the entire problem, but he was able to hook the garage door opener up with an extension cord until an electrician can come to fix the bigger problem. He also did a full service on the doors to the garage and on our shop. GOOD JOB JEFFREY! Give that boy a raise.

My Service Technician, Colby, arrived at the perfect time. He knew exactly what needed adjusted, cleaned, examined and if something needed replaced (gave a price), and showed me how to annually perform specific touch-ups. He was convivial and completed the appointment in a timely method. I was completely pleased with everything.

Pleased is not enough to say about the quick repair service for a broken spring on a Labor day Sunday. Nicholas arrived within two hours after I found the door spring on my Clopay door had broken. I had a single spring system on a double door. I read online that a single spring is not recommended for a door that is that heavy (170#). Without mentioning that to Nicholas, he said the same thing. After this second failure in 15 years I agreed. He rebuilt the entire system with standard two springs and aligned everything also installed new quiet rollers. Super qualified installer that takes pride in his work. Much appreciated. Thanks!

I called Sunday morning to schedule an appointment to repair broken springs on my garage door. The appointment was scheduled same day on the Labor Day holiday weekend. Robert arrived, inspected the garage door and provided me a detailed estimate with options. I selected my choice and Robert began work. He was efficient, thourough, and quick. We used precision door again and they did a wonderful job!! Jackson arrived early the day after we call and was one of the most friendly and knowledgeable employees who we have ever used. He gave us options and explained the problem so my wife could understand since I was out of town. He explained the difference if he replace or fixed the existing system. She decided to have a new system installed since it was a long term fix. He completed the in a short time and she was very impressed with the professionalism he showed. Our garage door broke on the hottest day we have had this year. Robert Ruffin came out to help us out. He checked everything over and then gave us a list of options we could go with which was great. We opted for a new opener since ours was about 30 years old. He gave us choices and then proceeded to install the new one. It is fantastic. He walked us thru the operational sequence of how the door and all of the new buttons all worked and made sure we understood them all. He was just awesome, polite and very helpful to us. My neighbor already asked for his card. I would use him again anytime!

This is the second time I have used Precision Door Service. The first was to install a new garage door opener and second was to replace broken spring. In both cases, the tech was polite, on time and professional. Today, David repaired my broken spring. He was there in less than an hour after of my call. He spent time to explained everything. I had him add some new rollers and the entire job was complete very quick. He cleaned up after the job. My garage door is now fixed and quieter than ever ! Just like new! Thanks David and the team for the quick and professional response. I will definitely use them again. You should give them a try!

A technician was able to come out quickly. Beau was very professional and quick to diagnose the problem and fix it. He was considerate and asked if it was okay that he come through the house, and also asked if I wanted him to wear shoe covers. He called ahead of time and showed up when he said he would. When I called to speak with someone about the appointment, they were also very professional and quick to help on the phone. If I need garage door service again, I would definitely call Precision!
