My garage door broke on a Saturday morning at 10 AM. I had a technician out at my house by 2 PM and it only took 45 minutes to install the new springs. My technician Nicholas was hands-down the best customer service I’ve received in a very long time. I never write reviews, but I really appreciated the great customer service and work that was performed.

My house is 20min from their shop. 30min to put in two new springs $528. Off course I agree to pay before they start. It was Sunday .The other quotes i had was $350-$450 coming in monday. They also try to sell you whole bunch of extra repair item that you probably don't need. Way over price.

Couldn't be more pleased with the scope of work. Extremely responsive. I called to ask about opener issues. Agent said a tech was available soon. Nick called me to say he could be here in about 30 minutes. He diagnosed the remote opener failure (worn out). Programed a new remote, adjusted the spring tension, lubricated the door hinges, and repaired a loose wall pad. I received a senior/veteran discount as well.
