My garage door wouldn't open all the way so I called Precision as they installed a new opener about a year ago. Luke showed up early (he called first to make sure it was ok), introduced himself and we chatted about the issue. He took a look and immediately found the issue. He explained my options, I agreed on which one to go with and he started working. Luke is so kind, polite, knowledgeable, and very efficient & professional!! He also reminded me to make sure and spray my hinges often. Luke makes you want to tell everyone to use Precision Door, which I will.

Our entire experience with Precision Garage Door Service was excellent. We were able to get a quick same day appointment. Andrew promptly arrived, inspected, diagnosed and explained what he found. He described available options to choose from, and installed a new garage door opener. Andrew was very personable, professional, knowledgeable and efficient! (And patient with all my questions!) No one wants to have problems with their garage door. There was an obvious broken spring. I found Precision using a Google search and liked the way they described their business. I used the web based schedular and was able to schedule an appointment the next morning at a convenient time. I got a call from Jackson to give me a heads up when he was about 15 minutes away. When he arrived he inspected the entire garage door system and we talked about alternatives and I selected the services that I wanted. I then went inside to play with our dogs while he fixed everything using supplies he already had in his truck. Everything was very convenient. When he was done we opened and closed the door several times while I looked at things that were replaced. The door works perffectly and also looks and sounds much better. I am very happy with Precision and Jackson.

The spring on my garage door broke on a Saturday evening, trapping my car in the garage. I was able to call at 7:00 am Sunday morning for an appointment and a technician was at my house by 8:15 am. He did an excellent job and got it repaired. Very professional company and so easy to work with!

Estimate was fair. When it came time for installation they communicated exactly when they were coming, what they were going to do, and how long it would take. Tim was the lead and Kyle was his helper and student. Tim knew exactly what they were doing and the end result was perfect. If I need any more work done on my house I will be judging those tradesman to this high standard. Thank you Tim and Kyle.

I was incredibly impressed with them. The initial consult lasted about an hour - with the rep answering every dumb question I had, while take detailed measurements. He had given me mockups with confirmed quotes before he left. I got another quote from a different (well known) local company - where the rep spent a total of (I kid you not) 6 minutes. They were offering a Home Depot brand door at a higher price than Precision! Install day with Precision went smooth. The installers made sure I was happy with everything and cleaned up everything. I cannot recommend going with Precision enough.

Luke was top notch and the difference was night and day! Luke showed and explained the reason things failed and suggested a solution that keep our charming mid-century garage doors, but corrected and updated all of the moving parts and adjusted the sensors to keep everyone safer. Now, instead of sounding like a freight train is running through our garage when opening and closing, the door action is so smooth that it's nearly silent. Really appreciate Luke's explanations, attention to detail, and timely workmanship. Highly recommend!!
