Todd Kammeyer

Very responsive, great communication and well done work installing a new garage door opener. Highly recommended for garage door work.

Mike Kloberdance

Robert did a great job with our garage doors. They were realigned, springs were changed and he changed out one of the garage door openers. Everything works great! A bit overpriced though but you get what you pay for!

Dean Zografos

Andrew was great from start to finish. He called in advance with his ETA. Upon arrival he explained that he would take 20 minutes to fully examine the whole system. After his review he showed pictures of where my opener was either broken or damaged. He then gave me 3 written estimates from bandaid to complete fix. He didn’t pressure me at all. I chose the complete repair and he stayed overtime to complete the job. If I could give 6 stars I would.

Very quick response, which I really needed. Beau was outstanding! He quickly identified how to approach the problem and then in just minutes had it solved. He offered additional ideas on how to reduce the chance of repeating the (user error) problem. Beau was very friendly and easy to work with. I would happily have him service the garage doors in the future.

Called late Saturday afternoon and a technician was at our home at 9:45 the next morning (on a Sunday) to fix the garage door. Technician (Brian) was very competent and professional; he quickly diagnosed multiple issues and fixed them all. Would definitely recommend this company!

Thank you to Precision for your prompt service to fix our garage door. I was so appreciative for same day service. A technician arrived to my house within 20 mins of my call and they are the only local company that is actually open on weekends with an added bonus, they won't upcharge for weekend repairs! When Beau, the technician, arrived, he was so kind and courteous. He answered my questions and thoroughly explained all the components of the repairs needed. He also offered me a teacher discount on my service. He was done within 2 hrs which included warm conversation, configuring an estimate, performing the actual repair and cleanup. I would definitely use Precision for any future garage door repairs or upgrades.

Heath called us before he came and arrived on time! He was clean and professional. He also noticed our other garage door needed a replacement for the opener, cables, wheels, and coil. He was efficient and spoke clearly. We used so many services and products, there was not a place to put them on this form.

Precision Door Service repaired & replaced all the moving parts for my 60 yr old, double wide garage door. I was lucky they sent Jackson to review the damage & complete the work. He is an excellent technician; focused, hard working & very knowledgeable. There were a lot of moving parts & he explained in a way that I never left confused. I would work with this company again if I knew that Jackson would be on the job.

We had a new garage door opener installed by Joe Igla and he did an amazing job. Not only great workmanship but excellent/clear communications and customer service throughout the entire process. I also very much appreciated that Precision was able to book us an appointment so quickly (in just a day or two after I initially called) - and Joe was even able to arrive early to our house (after checking in with me to ensure that it worked for us). Overall extremely satisfied!

A part attached to the trolley on my garage door opener broke. I contacted several places to get an estimate. Precision Door Service was the only place that returned my call. They called and came out the same day. Robert was great to work with. He explained what needed to be done and fixed it right then. Thank you!

All of my two experiences with Precision have been more than satisfactory. The most recent involved a repair needed because of impact on a garage door. I was able to make the service call appointment easily online. The technician arrived within the window, and provided a specific ETA via text before arrival. I took the opportunity to have an inspection of all of the three doors, which was overdue. Jackson, the technician, was able to repair the door without replacing any parts and without leaving any of the original cosmetic damage. He did remark that we were lucky to have such a successful repair. I wish that were true about the car that hit the door. I decided to replace the springs and bearings on all of the doors after Jackson’s assessment. Jackson was affable, knowledgeable about our system, very practical, and very patient and thorough with explanations. He distinguished between the parts of the garage doors that were cheap and those that were of high-quality. He did not claim that we needed any replacements or upgrades. He did not try to upsell us either based on the repair or on the maintenance inspection. He provided various estimate scenarios so we could choose what, if anything, to replace, and among the component options. I have no ability to comment on relative cost other than we were given options relating to quality of materials and warranty.

I had to have them come out twice due to gremlins in the system. Both times they were thorough, quick, friendly, and generally great. They did not charge me the second time out.

Fantastic experience from start to finish. The office manager/ receptionist who handled my initial phone call was friendly, professional, and made the process incredibly seamless. Their TV advertisement is 100% spot on! They do offer same-day service! I made my phone call at 2:10 pm on Friday afternoon and by 3:45, Luke (service technician) pulled into my driveway. Very impressive! He was knowledgeable, professional, quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue with my garage door. Everything is now working perfectly. Great customer service, fast response time and excellent work. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door to anyone garage door repair service!

Outstanding service! Bo (Beau?) showed up, took a look at the damage and told me the door could be fixed. Got it done in less than 30 minutes. Not only was he friendly but he was efficient and I can't ask for more. Precision will be my "go-to" in the future for all my garage door needs. THANK YOU for making this easy.
