Fantastic tech, Joe Igla!! He arrived on time for the appointment I was able to fix our issue and explained everything he was doing. I was surprised that they were able to come out the same day I called and gave me an appointment for 2 hours after I first called them.

Tim was professional, efficient and very thorough in replacing a panel on my garage door. He kept his eyes open on both doors that we installed and found items that presented a safety issue. Thanks to Tim p for a job well done. He did a thorough inspection of the door, cables, rollers, etc etc. and found a couple other issues besides the main spring breakage. We discussed the options, including prices, and agreed on what work would be done. He said the work would be done within an hour and he was spot on! Garage door opener failed after almost 18 years of service. Called Precision this afternoon, who dispatched Marcus within an hour. Marcus arrived, agreed the opener had reached the end of its service life, offered us some replacement opens, and 1.5 hrs later we had our new garage door opener installed and in service. Great job, Marcus, and thanks to Precision for the fast and efficient service!
