The springs, rollers and cables all gave out on my garage door. The Precision Team (Scott, along with another fellow who is still in training - I didn't catch his name) did a great job of assessing the needs, informing me of my options , and ultimately replacing the old broken parts with new, more solid parts. They were friendly and worked non-stop until the job was done. I would recommend them and call them back for other repairs or replacements in the future.

Absolutely awesome service. Brian and Beau came to my house as promised, on time. There's nothing as disheartening as coming home from work and realizing your garage door doesn’t work. I drove to one of the home supply stores near by hoping for quick help. As I was waiting there, with nobody showing up to help me, I went to Google and searched. In no time I was able to book appointment online for the same day. I walked out of the said store before anyone came to help me. Brian came by with Beau, both professional and Brian was so knowledgeable. He provided me with 3 different options, not trying to sell anything but just providing the facts which I appreciated so much. How many times do you get people who give you options without making you feel a pressure to get the most expensive one? Brian was the ultimate professional providing me with useful tips. In one hour my garage door was fixed and I couldn’t be happier. Cody showed up on time to talk about new garage doors and openers with us. Our old wooden garage doors were 45 years old so obviously things had changed and we needed help. Cody went over everything, made my wife happy with the color selection and answered all of my questions. Next thing we knew he had the actual quote done, went over it in detail and we were initialing documents. It was that easy! We had non-standard garage doors, meaning we had to order them from the factory and all measurements must be correct. Cody checked each door's measurements to make sure they were the same, checked mounts for the door's new hardware and openers. Great job Cody and Precision Garage Door!

Choose Precision due their great reviews. I booked an appointment online to replace a broken torsion spring and was able to set up for the next day. Stephen Curtis, our service technician, was great--he called about 15 minutes prior to our scheduled time to say he was on the way. Once he arrived he reviewed our garage door and gave us a detailed estimate for a few options. We selected an option and he completed the work in a timely manner.
