I got on their website at 4:50am and setup an appointment to come and repair my garage door. By 11:00am that day, they had replaced the broken spring. THAT'S service. Vance, the technician did an excellent job of explaining what work he would be completing, he then told me what he'd recommend doing from time to time to keep the door in good working shape. Your company was recommended by a friend. You only have one chance to make a first impression and we were very pleased with the initial reservation, followup communication and arriving on time to start the service. Luke was our service guy who explained what our problem was and developed a plan to resolve. He communicated in a way we could understand and explained what options were. Precision Garage Door replaced broken springs several years ago and threw in some extras. This call was for a basic inspection as it's been about 5 years since, and our door is activated multiple times a day. I loved that their office phone is answered by a real polite and service-friendly person. I was scheduled for service the very next day. The technician was very experienced and knowledgeable. Granted, my opener is 11 years old, it is no longer produced, but still functional. My real complaint was the noise while in operation and the lurching when activated. Replacing the rollers and tuning the motor to adjust tightness in the chain cured the clanky functionality and transformed this system like never before. Best decision ever!

Sam from Precision Door Service was excellent. Same-day appointment, clear inspection and explanation, and a neat repair finished in about 30 minutes. My older wood garage door had some install limitations from previous owners, but Sam listened to my concerns and still improved the fit and function as much as possible. 1/24/2026 - Our garage door quit working and called Precision around 11:45. I got a text that David H. was coming between Noon-2PM. David showed up at 1PM and checked the garage door. He told us that we have options. We chose the option to replace the spring, cables and adjust the chains, and it also came with a 10 year warranty. He worked on it for over an hour and he later gave us information on how garage door works, safety mechanisms and how to take care of the garage.He also told us to watch for signs that needs to be addressed by calling Precision. Overall, I am happy with the work he's done. My garage door is not loud anymore and it is working in a great condition. He is very professional and has great customer service skills.

Our garage door stopped working around 1145 and David H to check our garage. He gave us options on how to do the garage and was very knowledgeable about what needs to be done.We chose to overhaul our garage and he was able to fix our garage door in an hour. He was also able to impart information on what work was done to the garage door. He also showed me how to maintain it, and when to call them (we chose to get the option with 10 year warranty. We are happy that our garage door is fixed and is not loud anymore.
