We were locked into our garage (door wouldn't open), and Precision Team was super-responsive. They answered our initial call on the first ring, had a 2-hour window scheduled within 20 minutes, and Colby arrived within 90 minutes of our call. He was courteous, professional and friendly; he quickly diagnosed the problem (broken spring) and set to work. Once finished replacing broken spring + all rollers etc., he took the time to inform us about maintenance schedule going forward, including what products to use and where / how to apply. (He also let us know that we can have this done regularly by Precision if we prefer they do it). Other than the "rude awakening" start to the day, a really positive experience -- A+!

We chose Precision because you were the Original installers of the Doors. Joe was amazing! He talked to us about what he was going to do, was polite, kept us informed. I will not hesitate to use your services again.

We just had an issue yesterday with our garage door that’s almost 30 years old. We called for an appointment, and first off much to our surprise they had an opening for that afternoon. Of course we said yes to that! The technician that came out Jeffery was first very nice, we started telling him what happened… and right away he said he'd look at it to see if he could fix it rather than a replace it. We feel like most places would go automatically to replace it for the money aspect of it all. He checked everything over for the safety end of it.,..told us he could fix the door itself. He then figured three different prices for us. He had a good, better, best prices, and what would be done on each one. We choose the one we felt was best for us, and he did a fantastic job! He was not only patient with us asking question's of him, but left everything clean, and showed us what to do in the future to maintain a good working system! This was the first time we’ve used precision door, but definitely not the last!! Thank you again Jeffery!! Ken & Peggy K

My garage door wouldn't open all the way so I called Precision as they installed a new opener about a year ago. Luke showed up early (he called first to make sure it was ok), introduced himself and we chatted about the issue. He took a look and immediately found the issue. He explained my options, I agreed on which one to go with and he started working. Luke is so kind, polite, knowledgeable, and very efficient & professional!! He also reminded me to make sure and spray my hinges often. Luke makes you want to tell everyone to use Precision Door, which I will.

Our entire experience with Precision Garage Door Service was excellent. We were able to get a quick same day appointment. Andrew promptly arrived, inspected, diagnosed and explained what he found. He described available options to choose from, and installed a new garage door opener. Andrew was very personable, professional, knowledgeable and efficient! (And patient with all my questions!) Our door now opens and closes very quietly and smoothly. The inside wall and outdoor pads are great. We highly recommend Precision Garage Door, and thank Andrew for being the best! Karen Davies
