Called them for a lift spring adjustment on one door. Turned out both doors needed some tuning. Everything runs smooth (lubed springs and rollers)and correct now. Techs were friendly and professional.

Luke Dials was the employee that came to my home today to fix my garage door. He was kind, knowledgeable and thorough. We even joked about our Ducks/Beavers likings. He fixed the garage door and then explained what he did and showed me, as well. When your automatic garage door isn't working who do you call - well I chose Precision Garage Door Service of Beaverton and the whole experience was amazing. From my initial phone call to the technician arriving in the next half hour - yes they responded that fast - the technician was super friendly, very helpful and once he assessed the problem, he gave us several options to chose from to fix the problem. Definitely would not hesitate to call them again and highly recommend them for all your garage door needs.

Nick was amazing. I needed extra garage door openers for everyone that we have coming and going, and we had a bolt that would occasionally come loose and we would have to re-screw it into place. Nick came out, same day, I got 2 new openers - he programmed them, he added an additional nut to keep the other nut from coming loose, AND he helped to set up the App on my phone and make sure that homelink wasn’t available on any of our vehicles so he could help to program those as well. Very thorough, super friendly service. Could not recommend highly enough :)

Timely and excellent service. Called and received same-day maintenance service. The representative, Luke, was professional, courteous, and informed. Reviewed the maintenance to be done, which included testing the remotes, and completed the work timely, with a final demonstration test of the door and remotes.

Colby was very knowledgeable, thorough with the inspection, very observant with identifying all pertinent fixtures. He fixed them all saving us another visit or another garage problem.
