My garage door stopped closing, and it was making a horrible noise. I researched a couple of companies and found Precision got consistently good reviews. I went to their website and was amazed I was able to make an appointment for the next day. Booking the appointment was painless. Today, Luke came out and looked over my garage door. Luke was awesome. Very personable and easy to talk with. I will be replacing the garage door and will post an update when it is done!

I called at 8:00 am regarding a broken door spring and they were at my residence by 12:30 pm the same day making repairs. My service technician, Joe Igla, completed a quick assessment to determine if there were any other issues, reviewed the costs and recommendations, and then proceeded with the repair. Precision came in December ‘24, did a tuneup. This morning I went to walk my dog and garage door key pad stopped working and would not close…I got remote from car and closed then took with me, when returned key pad did not work ( good thing had remote with me ) called Precision, they came out within a few hours…Brian ( technician ) was so helpful explaining things and he got things working great…highly recommend him for any needs

We have currently had our home, new since 1992, and the 3 garage doors have been in service since then. I have had other garage door people service them. But, since Dec. 2024 I have had Precision service and maintain them. Today I had "Joe" replace all the rollers on the one door that gets used the most. Called in the afternoon, and he was here by 2:00pm. Courteous and knowledgeable, he completed the work very quickly and the door is almost new again. They are the best in the business.

We had a broken garage spring 2.5 hours before we had to leave to catch a plane. The repairman came and replaced both springs and serviced our ancient garage door in time for us to catch our ride to the airport. Amazing Customer Service.

The work included an overhaul and replacement parts for the moving components of the existing, manually operated, 25-year-old garage door along with installation of an automatic opener. Hayden had scoped out the work in advance and provided quotes along with a detailed explanations of the work options. When we made the decision to proceed with the work, Precision was able to schedule it for the next day. Hayden called to confirm his arrival time, which was as scheduled. He helped us program the exterior wireless key pad. The door works flawlessly and is very quiet. Highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service.

On time, friendly, quick install. Came back when interior light wouldn’t turn off quickly. Turns out the sensor was picking me up as I was walking around it. Working as should. Very quiet operation.
