This is the second time I’ve had repairs/ maintenance work done on my garage door and I will choose precision again. They answer their phone and schedule appointments right away. The technicians come out will all the gear they need to do the repairs so the work is done when they leave. They show up when they are supposed to and call ahead to let you know they are enroute. Chose because of outstanding reviews. Broke a spring on my O/H garage door late yesterday. Called them at 6 a.m. this morning and had my door fixed by 1040 a.m. same day.
