Jeff was fantastic! He was very kind and patient with me (as a senior citizen, I really appreciated that). He answered my questions clearly, make suggestions on future work to be done, and was very professional and efficient. Absolutely great experience!! Our garage door spring broke at about 1:00pm, I called Precision and they had a tech here within 30 minutes. Service tech Robert Ruffin did a complete safety check of our 30÷ year old garage door and generated quotes for various services he could perform. He had all necessary parts to do the job and I trusted his opinion, was not pushy, was well-mannered when discussing options with my wife and me, and very meticulous in his work. Completed all service in about 2.5 hours and replaced all major parts I wanted. He also adjusted the door opener and lubed needed surfaces. Robert did an A+ job and the door is quiet and runs smoothly. I thought the total price was reasonable especially to get the entire job done the same day. Highly recommended !! - Mark Adams 10/4/25

Jackson was our service technician. He was able to come earlier than scheduled. He was very gregarious and nowadays to find a service provider with good customer skills is becoming rare. He got to work quickly, explained everything after his inspection. He discovered issues with the garage door that we were unaware of, which explained the problems with the garage door. The job site was left clean, we were shown how to use the new equipment and were shown what was replaced. We are very pleased with the work and worker. All moving parts of the garage door system were replaced.

My technician, Jeffrey, was excellent and did very good work. My old garage door had made it 23 years but finally died. He explained my options for a replacement door opener and also the options for replacing aging and failing parts in the door itself and tuning it up to work perfectly. My new garage door opener + the door repair and tune-up is now incredibly quiet in a way it never was before. Overall, it was an expensive job and more than I expected, but I can't deny great work. Jeffrey did great work.

Precision was wonderful to work with. I have never used this company before but am now a forever customer. My garage door spring broke late one evening. I called at 7am and Colby was at my house a little after 8am for the repair. He was personable and efficient - replacing the springs and completed some overdue general maintenance quickly. I felt pricing was fair. I highly recommended this company.
