My husband and I were very grateful for the professionalism of Precision Door Service from their information on the website, to the receptionist, to the technician. Our technician was right on time and came out the following day that I called. Chuck Hunt was personable, knowledgeable, skillful and articulate, which helped us in deciding what to do after his inspection. Chuck gave us several options to consider for repairing our 25 yr. old heavy, wooden, garage door as well as replacing the Lift master equipment. He had everything he needed to replace and repair with him, which meant no waiting for someone to come back at another time. We highly recommend this company for their efficiency, honesty and genuine hopefulness. Thank you.

My garage door wouldn’t open and I couldn’t get my car out, called Precision and they came out within a few hours. Unfortunately the 24+ year old opener couldn’t be repaired. Luke went over my options very carefully, I chose the replacement and Luke started work immediately . A couple of hours later my new and fancy opener was ready to go and I’m really amazed and very happy by what it can do, much more secure than my old one. I have no hesitation in recommending Precision and Luke, excellent job and customer service

Ruth Radford

Really liked being able to schedule myself online. Nicholas was capable, professional and fixed the door in about 30 minutes. I will definitely consider Precision when it's time to replace the spring.

I paid well over $700.00 for the repairs. I added up the cost of parts which Came to less than $100.00. the tech. Was there for barely 2 hours. This adds up to being charged over $ 300.00 per hour for labor. This is highway robbery. You have people at their mercy and highly abused this. I am going to submit a formal complaint to the better business bureau and advise anyone to not use you. Don't see how you sleep well at night

Luke Dials is awesome. This is the third time he has done work for me. He replaced springs, weatherstripping, rollers, wheels, etc. on my current garage door. His work is spot on. He is super friendly. I will only have Luke do my work. I am very satisfied with him and Precision Garage Door. Highly recommend Luke and the company!

It was a pleasure to interact with Precision Door Service to diagnose and repair my garage door. The online appointment process was seamless, the communication with the office was smooth, and technician Beau was professional and efficient. I chose to replace my (twenty-yr-old) motor and spring: all the parts were in the truck, Beau was able to finish the job on the spot. I am very happy with the result, and the clean condition in which my garage was left. Highly recommend.
