I will have to say, that not only was the service spot on from the advertising, but also exceeded my expectations! The communication reminding me of my appointment in advance, is one thing. But on the day of the appointment. I received another text, with the name of the service tech and his picture. Providing that form of communication, is exceptional! And the icing on the cake, was not only the quality of the work. But the professionalism and care that the technician, Scott Kern provided! I would highly recommend Precision Garage Doors!!

Within less than 20 minutes he fixed the issues. In addition, he recommended that we had the 30-year-old rollers replaced. He was able to do the replacement quickly as well. Confirmed today that they honor their lifetime warranty. A spring broke after 7 years and the parts were covered, I just had to pay for their time to come out and fix it, which was a minimal cost. Very nice support team, great service, thanks!

First, Luke was at our home ready to install new garage door opener mechanism the same day I called precision to schedule appointment. Second, Luke is very personable, courteous and competent! He and I moved some garage storage stuff/shelving out of his way. When done with garage opener, he put everything back without my knowledge and not asking for help. He was thoughtful to explain how to maintain the garage doors! He helped us before and it was a pleasure to see him again. He is a gentleman!

We had Chuck come to our house to fix a beeping noise coming from our garage door opener. We suspected it was the back up battery. It was not. The garage door opener was fine. He tuned the opener so our service call money did not go to waste. He then diagnosed our problem. We had an old unused Verizon cable box. Its back up battery was the culprit. Chuck removed the battery and the box. Thanks Chuck!
