The key lock for the garage was broken. Luke showed up exactly on time. He was very courteous and helpful. There is a learning curve to operating the lock if the power goes out. He was so patient with me and had me run through it twice. I told him l never had so much fun with a repair! Make them your first call for any garage problem.

From my first contact, everyone was professional, courteous and could not be more helpful. I was incredibly impressed when I was told a repair technician would be able to be at my home within two hours of my phone call. The technician, Joe I, called to confirm that and arrived promptly as promised. He quickly diagnose my problem, give me a breakdown of the cost and the time needed for repair. My call started with Kim. She was courteous and professional. Got me scheduled same day and let me know Hunter was tech. Hunter called to let me know arrival window and showed up in the window. He diagnosed the problem, offered solution and suggested improvements without a hard sell. I upgraded based upon his presentation and knowledge. He fixed the problem, went extra to program a remote and educated me on home maintenance, pointing out the training videos on the companies website. He was professional, courteous, knowledgeable and reflected well on the company. I was relieved to have same day service at a reasonable price with some education thrown in. Highly recommend this company and it’s standards.

Luke showed up pretty fast after I called with my garage door stuck halfway open. He was able to assess the problem quickly. Luke explained the options I had and once I choose one he immediately got to work and had the door functioning within an hour. He also pointed out maintenance tips to keep the door working properly. David was great. He gave me several options. He never pressured me for anything. I choose to have the high end opinion because we use the door a lot. It was still less than half of what was spent only about year before for the same type of repair. Obviously I called because that failed. I now have a warranty on the work. I understood what was being done and why. The price for the quality was great and the service outstanding. I do hope it's at least 10 years from now; nevertheless, Precision is who I will call if needed. I am glade I called. All the 5 star reviews are deserved!
