Our technician, Tim, was very helpful and very clearly explained the work that needed to be done and our options for repairing our garage door. when we picked the option we wanted he got right to work on it. When he was done, he showed us what he had done and had us check that it was working. We were very satisfied and would recommend them.

Tim was a consummate professional. He arrived and assessed the situation (broken torsion spring) as well as the condition of the entire door assembly. We recently purchased a new home and the garage door opener was opening and closing on it’s own. We called and were given an appointment first thing the next morning. Then Precision called back and had a technician available within the hour-fantastic. Tim arrived and after listening to my description of the problem went to work. 45 minutes later he was finished and the door opener hasn’t misbehaved since. Mission accomplished! We purchased the door from Precision slightly more than a year ago.The seal at bottom when closed left a gap at one corner, then the door wasn’t closing without constant pressure on the button. The service person diagnosed all the problems explain how to deal with them and installed a thicker seal which we needed due other work in garage and serviced the door. He told us how to maintain the door. I was satisfied with this service wish the earlier installation had been better on the custom fitting and information front but very satisfied with product and this follow up .

Extremely pleased with Tim Paquin the service tech who replaced our old problematic remotes with new universal remotes. We had two (2) other service techs from competitors that said our garage opener system was too old for new universal remotes. Tim proved the other techs wrong and we now have new remotes that work. Thank you Tim for your diligence and professionalism, very much appreciated.
