I was recommended Precision Garage Door from a friend. I called at 9:30 in the morning and was told that could have a tech out to my house between 12:00 and 2:00pm. At 11:30 David called and as the would be here at 12:00. I was thrilled to have that kind of response in todays day of everything is “6 weeks out”. David was awesome. He gave me a quote upfront, listed a couple options to consider and didn’t try to up-sell me on stuff I don’t need. David had my garage door repaired in less than 30 minutes. I couldn’t be happier with the response, the repair and the service I received from Precision and their tech David. Much thanks!!!

Loved the service. Problem resolved very quickly and enjoy service person David Pla. I had problems with your call center The person kept telling me I did not purchase the system in August 2012. But made an appointment for David to come out. David assured me I did purchase it after I provided a copy of the contract I received at the time of installation and my payment.

Simply the BEST. On a weekend and the old garage door bites the dust! Precision Door came to our rescue ready to solve the problem. Joe was at our door just an hour after we reached out to them for assistance and he was ready to handle our garage door opener issue immediately. We have used Precision in the past and Joe was our technician then as well. Today’s visit was somewhat more involved but he handled everything in a very timely and professional manner, start to finish. The new Liftmaster Wall Mounted opener is a significant update to our garage door system was obviously the best choice for our home. I would most highly recommend Precision Door and our technician Joe when you need expert service delivered on time at a very competitive price.

I have used this company before and they were great - their customer service and technicians are the best. The spring on my garage door broke and they were able to get a technician out and the repair was done the same day. David was on time, friendly, respectful and did an excellent job.
