Had a great experience with Precision! I reached out over the weekend and they responded immediately, tech came out on Monday and our garage door was fixed by Wednesday. Michael was great, explained everything clearly and our options he was also very personable. So happy to have our garage door working again. We will be using them in the future if needed.

Jackson came to resolve some issues another company left un-resolved. It was apparent Precision Garage Door Service trains their people properly to resolve any issues that you may face. I was so impressed with their service I also had them replace my older garage openers with new side mount openers. When they were finished all of the original issues were resolved and the doors ran quietly and efficiently. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service.

Same day service. David was great. I was expecting to have to replace the entire door but David said "I can fix that" He had everything he needed with him and got the job done on the same visit. Exceptional service. From the outside you cannot tell how badly damaged the door was.

We needed new garage door springs, cables, rollers, ball bearings, and a new opener installed. Our small garage was a challenge but Hayden made it all work!! He came out quickly, did a great job, was very conscientious and made sure everything works. It’s very quiet and smooth compared to our 25 yo chain motor!

great service! Bo was the technician, and he explained the work to be done to repair the weather stripping? on the bottom of the door. It was worn out. He was professional and friendly, and the repair was done quickly. It only took a couple of days to get on the schedule, which I appreciated, even though it wasn't any type of emergency. I've used the company before and will use you again, I'm sure!
