Garage Door spring broke overnight. I hopped online at 7:00 AM and got an appointment for 11 AM same day. Brian and David called at 10:45 saying they were on their way. They got here right at 11:00. My husband thought we had a warranty but I couldn't get the system to recognize me online. Brian and David were able to find our previous account (it was in my husbands name) and merged them so we were able to use the warranty. Everything got fixed right up. They were very kind and friendly and best of all did the job well. Thank you!

Totally pleased. Our garage door spring broke with a bang. Brian from Precision came out the same day and quickly put in a new set of springs. Extremely affable, he then went over his inspection of our 26 y.o. garage door and opener assembly, pointing out potential problems and gave us recommendations. We decided just to replace the springs at this time, but Brian did not in any way engage in what I would call pressure tactics. When the inevitable happens to our garage door, we will be calling Precision Door Service to correct the problem.

I called Precision because my garage door would not close. They were there within the hour. (Just like the commercial says!) Jeffrey was very polite and helpful. He went right to work diagnosing the problem. Turns out that it was an electrical problem, so Jeffrey could not actually solve the entire problem, but he was able to hook the garage door opener up with an extension cord until an electrician can come to fix the bigger problem. He also did a full service on the doors to the garage and on our shop. GOOD JOB JEFFREY! Give that boy a raise.

My Service Technician, Colby, arrived at the perfect time. He knew exactly what needed adjusted, cleaned, examined and if something needed replaced (gave a price), and showed me how to annually perform specific touch-ups. He was convivial and completed the appointment in a timely method. I was completely pleased with everything.

Too be honest on my part, it was wishful thinking of getting a key pad installed on a very old unit. That said, I was very satisfied with the installation, and price. Can’t remember the technician name, but was very impressed with his professionalism and work . I just called these guys up; can be there in 10 minutes, and yep, 10 minutes, got a call from the tech, he was there. Definitely referring Precision too my friends.

Our door hardware broke on a long Holiday weekend, no matter though - Precision was there within minutes for the repair. The tech was as good as it gets! Our Precision Garage Door Service representative, Sam, understood what was happening with our garage doors immediately. He was very informative and efficient as he tested, adjusted and installed new rollers. He also assisted us with understanding the MyQ APP and how the systems work together. Pleased is not enough to say about the quick repair service for a broken spring on a Labor day Sunday. Nicholas arrived within two hours after I found the door spring on my Clopay door had broken. I had a single spring system on a double door. I read online that a single spring is not recommended for a door that is that heavy (170#). Without mentioning that to Nicholas, he said the same thing. After this second failure in 15 years I agreed. He rebuilt the entire system with standard two springs and aligned everything also installed new quiet rollers. Super qualified installer that takes pride in his work. Much appreciated. Thanks!

I called Sunday morning to schedule an appointment to repair broken springs on my garage door. The appointment was scheduled same day on the Labor Day holiday weekend. Robert arrived, inspected the garage door and provided me a detailed estimate with options. I selected my choice and Robert began work. He was efficient, thourough, and quick. He would not leave until he was satisfied everything was correct. I can’t recommend precision garage door enough.
