All around great service. Pricing was competitive and fair. Eric came out for an initial estimate and was extremely knowledgeable and detailed. He was kind and communicative through installation and helped us navigate some challenges we had post-install brought on by our painters. Even though it wasn’t their issue, they helped us resolve it quickly, which was a huge relief for us! Our installer, William, was courteous and thorough - it’s evident he knows what he’s doing and cares about the final result. We had two other highly-rated vendors bid the project, and we are so happy we chose Precision.

He came out, diagnosed the issue, installed a new motor and replaced/repaired the e existing infrastructure in a couple of hours - even put in extra time just to get everything 100%. One of the torsion springs on my garage door broke and it was stuck in a closed position. I found Precision through a quick internet search, saw their great rating, and reached out for a repair estimate. Their response time was fantastic, as well as their communication. They followed up without being pushy. I contacted a number of businesses, and they won my business based on the communication and pricing. Once I decided to book with Precision, they scheduled a tech to come out same-day! Colby called to confirm, arrived on time, did a thorough inspection of my garage door, and presented me with reasonable options. He was professional and completed the work efficiently. Sent detailed paperwork upon completion. Positive experience!

Both Cody (sales) and Chuck (technician) we're awesome. Very professional, one-time and friendly. We called on Monday and reviewed our options on-site with Cody who came on Tuesday. It is a custom size, so we decided to have the door system overhauled and an automatic opener installed. Chuck came Wednesday morning and was finished with the job by noon. We used precision door again and they did a wonderful job!! Jackson arrived early the day after we call and was one of the most friendly and knowledgeable employees who we have ever used. He gave us options and explained the problem so my wife could understand since I was out of town. He explained the difference if he replace or fixed the existing system. She decided to have a new system installed since it was a long term fix. He completed the in a short time and she was very impressed with the professionalism he showed. We would recommend the company to anyone who has a problem with their garage door system!

This was a really great experience from beginning to end for us. We had a consult which went over what they would do for replacing our garage door and a solid estimate on parts, labor, and the project time to get the new door installed. From start to finish it was smooth. The install tech was courtesy and kept us informed on his approximate arrival. He explained what he would be working on and the time it should take. After install, he walked through some of the basic maintenance and made sure all was working to our satisfaction and the area was clean. We live in a townhome complex with HOA, so they wanted to make sure replacing the door was okay. As the homeowner, we did that checking and they matched up as close as possible to the neighbors' doors. The process was great; the door is working great and their interest in making sure we got what we need for repair/replacement lived up to what we expected and what they can do!

Even though our house is only eight years old, the garage door opened so slow it appeared to be 80. I was concerned one day soon the door wouldn't open at all and my car would be trapped inside. Our garage door broke on the hottest day we have had this year. Robert Ruffin came out to help us out. He checked everything over and then gave us a list of options we could go with which was great. We opted for a new opener since ours was about 30 years old. He gave us choices and then proceeded to install the new one. It is fantastic. He walked us thru the operational sequence of how the door and all of the new buttons all worked and made sure we understood them all. He was just awesome, polite and very helpful to us. My neighbor already asked for his card. I would use him again anytime!
