I backed my car out of the garage before the door was all the way up resulting in damage to the door. ????????. I called Precision because you performed some maintenance on the door a year or so ago. I was pleasantly surprised to get an appointment for this afternoon. The technician was the same one I had before and he was prompt and professional. I appreciate your quick response. Called them and respond so quickly. Install a new garage door opener the same day. Pretty reasonable price with their items. I hired Precision Door after reviewing their ad in The Home Mag (Yamhill County). This company was Professional from the first phone call; answered by a nice human and their follow-up email, creatively sending a video overview of the assigned technician! The technician was timely, knowledgeable, friendly, and solved the problem. Again, very Professional.

Our spring broke on late Friday night, we called Precision to see if we can get serviced soon. We called at 7:00pm and was able to get an appointment for someone to come out on Saturday between 12:00-2:00. Marcus came at 12:30 and replaced both springs. We pad Precision previously change the springs many years ago and bought the Lifetime Warrantee. Precision honored the agreement and completed the service free of charge. Great work Precision for prompt service and honoring the Warrantee without hassle. Tuan

I was extremely impressed with all aspects of the service. The technician, Pen, was timely, professional, and he demonstrated great technical and communication skills. My expectations were exceeded! The problem was solved and then Pen went above and beyond to fix a similar installation shortcut on the 2nd garage door. Pen was courteous and professional at all times - exemplary Tech! Pen was extremely helpful and got down to business to fix my issue. Having a BBB rated service for the Camas Washougal area is important. I am a repeat customer and would give Precision 6 stars if that was an option!
