The work included an overhaul and replacement parts for the moving components of the existing, manually operated, 25-year-old garage door along with installation of an automatic opener. Hayden had scoped out the work in advance and provided quotes along with a detailed explanations of the work options. When we made the decision to proceed with the work, Precision was able to schedule it for the next day. Hayden called to confirm his arrival time, which was as scheduled. He helped us program the exterior wireless key pad. The door works flawlessly and is very quiet. Highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service.

I will have to say, that not only was the service spot on from the advertising, but also exceeded my expectations! The communication reminding me of my appointment in advance, is one thing. But on the day of the appointment. I received another text, with the name of the service tech and his picture. Providing that form of communication, is exceptional! And the icing on the cake, was not only the quality of the work. But the professionalism and care that the technician, Scott Kern provided! I would highly recommend Precision Garage Doors!!

We experienced some issues with our garage door opener remote and keypad. Joe, the technician, came over promptly. He is friendly, delightful, professional, and efficient. Within less than 20 minutes he fixed the issues. In addition, he recommended that we had the 30-year-old rollers replaced. He was able to do the replacement quickly as well. All in all, we had a wonderful experience with the repair/replacement work, appreciate the senior discount, and we would recommend Precision Door Service of Portland to our family, neighbors, and friends. Thank you, Joe!!!
