Our door hardware broke on a long Holiday weekend, no matter though - Precision was there within minutes for the repair. The tech was as good as it gets! He explained everything, gave us repair options, had all the needed parts in his rig, and got to work pronto. Cannot recommend Precision highly enough!

Pleased is not enough to say about the quick repair service for a broken spring on a Labor day Sunday. Nicholas arrived within two hours after I found the door spring on my Clopay door had broken. I had a single spring system on a double door. I read online that a single spring is not recommended for a door that is that heavy (170#). Without mentioning that to Nicholas, he said the same thing. After this second failure in 15 years I agreed. He rebuilt the entire system with standard two springs and aligned everything also installed new quiet rollers. Super qualified installer that takes pride in his work. Much appreciated. Thanks!

I called Sunday morning to schedule an appointment to repair broken springs on my garage door. The appointment was scheduled same day on the Labor Day holiday weekend. Robert arrived, inspected the garage door and provided me a detailed estimate with options. I selected my choice and Robert began work. He was efficient, thourough, and quick. He would not leave until he was satisfied everything was correct. I can’t recommend precision garage door enough.

We used precision door again and they did a wonderful job!! Jackson arrived early the day after we call and was one of the most friendly and knowledgeable employees who we have ever used. She decided to have a new system installed since it was a long term fix. He completed the in a short time and she was very impressed with the professionalism he showed. This was a really great experience from beginning to end for us. We had a consult which went over what they would do for replacing our garage door and a solid estimate on parts, labor, and the project time to get the new door installed. From start to finish it was smooth. The install tech was courtesy and kept us informed on his approximate arrival. He explained what he would be working on and the time it should take. After install, he walked through some of the basic maintenance and made sure all was working to our satisfaction and the area was clean. We live in a townhome complex with HOA, so they wanted to make sure replacing the door was okay. As the homeowner, we did that checking and they matched up as close as possible to the neighbors' doors. The process was great; the door is working great and their interest in making sure we got what we need for repair/replacement lived up to what we expected and what they can do!
