Joe showed up exactly when he said he would. I described the problem to him. Within minutes we had a remedy, and the problem was quickly fixed. He also did a quick inspection of the garage door system, and made some recommendations that gave me options. It was quick, relatively inexpensive, and excellent service. I highly recommend Precision, and Joe in particular.

Luke did a fabulous job for us! He was very accommodating. Not only did he repair our broken spring, he also installed a new garage door opener that we had not put up yet, saving us the hassle of doing it. After the “tuneup” that he gave our 47 year old door, it works just like new. We are very satisfied with the work performed by Precision Door.

Excellent work! We were extremely fortunate to have Joe Igla as our Service Representative. He came in, diagnosed the problem immediately, and fixed the problem in no time flat. I had him do a complete and thorough review of the door. He made several recommendations, which I took, and in no time flat he was on his way.
