Luke did a fabulous job for us! He was very accommodating. Not only did he repair our broken spring, he also installed a new garage door opener that we had not put up yet, saving us the hassle of doing it. After the “tuneup” that he gave our 47 year old door, it works just like new. We are very satisfied with the work performed by Precision Door.

Excellent work! We were extremely fortunate to have Joe Igla as our Service Representative. He came in, diagnosed the problem immediately, and fixed the problem in no time flat. I had him do a complete and thorough review of the door. He made several recommendations, which I took, and in no time flat he was on his way. One of my springs broke on my 3 1/2 year old home. Eric was my technician. Eric was very respectful and professional. He quickly assessed the problem and then talked about options and cost. He not only installed the new springs, but he fixed the issues that came with a poorly installed door. He also added a handle to the garage in case I needed to open it manually. Then he helped me understand how to open the garage manually. He even gave me a garage door opener to replace the one my son took when he moved out.

I googled Precision, and read some nice reviews. I called to make an appointment, and was able to get one for the very next day. I felt that Joe really showed integrity in being truthful about what was needed with my garage door opener. He didn’t try to sell me something that I didn’t need. Joe (and apprentice Tim) did a thorough job, and now I have a garage door that opens and closes quietly and efficiently. Thank you for sending such kind and hard working folks to my home. You should be proud to have Joe, as he is top notch!

Hunter arrived when he was scheduled, called to let me know when he would be here. Inspected the problem and let me know what was damaged and explained what needed to be done. An amazing job! A friendly guy came out and gave us an estimate for two garage doors w/frosted glass. It was scheduled about 6 weeks out, which i wished was earlier, but they came on the day they said, and did a perfect job. They took out everything related to the old garage doors, rails, opener, electronics, etc, and put in all new hardware including seals. The new opener is super quiet and i love the look of the doors. Thank you.

Luke was exceptional. He came the same day I called (he was a little delayed, but called to let me know), he assessed our needs and did the installation of a new garage door opener and updated our running hardware on the spot. He had almost everything we needed on his truck. He needed a few extra parts, and one of his colleagues came by to drop them off. Everything was done in a matter of hours on the same day as the initial call. I'm sure I could have gotten a cheaper price, but the service and timeliness were worth it. And Luke is a very affable and capable guy. I would definitely use these folks again.

Quick response from Precision. Great repair man in Eric. Eric was on time and very professional. Besides replacing both springs on my door, he recommended new rollers and end bearings which were pretty worn out. And could have contributed to the spring on my door failing besides the age of them.
