Our Tension spring broke in half on Saturday and we were unable to open the garage door. The following Monday it was completely fixed for a reasonable price. Hunter was the technician that fixed our door, he was friendly, efficient and went above and beyond. We have had many same day cancellations during the pandemic from companies doing appliance repairs, etc which left us in a bad spot for weeks at a time. This company definitely cares about their customers and I highly recommend them.

Luke showed up on time and was friendly and courteous. Replaced the broken spring and overhauled the entire door with new rollers, cables, etc., and was finished in 1.25 hours. Door works great now and is noticeably quieter as well. Precision was great to work with.

Luke Dials did a super installing a new garage door opener and got the old garage door to stop squeaking and being very loud going up and down. It’s like having a new garage door. Luke even called that he was able to come earlier to take care of the job.
