My service technician was Luke Dials. He was fantastic! He basically fixed a job that was done incorrectly by another company. He was very friendly and very informative about my garage door. Boy, you people are fast and efficient! With a broken spring, I called a little after eight and was told someone would be here a little after ten, which he was. Paul L. came and repaired the spring, put in new rollers on the side and bearings at my request and was gone before eleven. He left behind a door that was operating much more efficiently and QUIET! Thank you so much.
