The torsion spring and cables on our garage door broke. Contacted Precision Door at 11am, had an appointment booked for noon. Our technician Beau explained everything in an easy-to-understand manner, showed me what was needed and what could be done now to mitigate problems down the road, and got everything fixed in the timeframe he offered. Precision Garage Door installed our new gorgeous doors last year. I noticed that one of them was not going up all the way on the track and called this morning. They had a tech over within a couple of hours and he had the minor change fixed quickly but still did a full review of all parts of the door just to see if anything else needed looked at.
