Or heck, just use their online scheduling system, because that got us the service we needed, already by Saturday afternoon. Trey was excellent: polite, professional, and skillful. And all is good! We'll be sure to come back to them for other garage door maintenance needs, because they were there for us!

The main gear in the opener had stripped out and the door was unable to open. This happened on a Sunday, I called and was preparing to leave a voicemail and a receptionist answered and was able to schedule me an appointment the next day. The serviceman, Brian, was prompt in his arrival window and professional in explaining the problem and the required service required. He was very prepared his workmanship was first rate. James did a workmanlike install of 2 garage door openers, outside key pads and inside wall control pads. He explained my options and how everything worked and how to get the best use of the new install. Got my car blue tooth remote synced up. New belt drives are quiet, LED lights very nice. James got me a nice discount for doing both doors.

Our garage door failed closed as we were headed out to a dinner engagement with our son and daughter-in-law. Our cars were trapped in the garage and they had to come pick us up. The springs, rollers and cables all gave out on my garage door. The Precision Team (Scott, along with another fellow who is still in training - I didn't catch his name) did a great job of assessing the needs, informing me of my options , and ultimately replacing the old broken parts with new, more solid parts. They were friendly and worked non-stop until the job was done. I would recommend them and call them back for other repairs or replacements in the future.
